Great place, very roomy, great kitchen, pool and pool swing are wonderful, great views, nice that it's a gated community, easy drive to/from the airport, other beaches, waterfalls and Parque Nacional Rincón de la Vieja. Highly recommend!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is just like the photos and is in a great location between Coco and Hermosa. The air conditioning works great and there was always plenty of hot water. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we used the bbq and outdoor space often. It’s a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. The water was great to drink there too! We would stay again!

Wonderful stay

Had a great stay at Michael’s place. Accommodating us for an early check in was a huge help in our situation. Place was located close to coco, hermosa and octocal so it was a snap to get to a beach and we saw all three in our short stay. Great location in a quiet gated community with a good view, nice pool and comfortable furniture and beds. Air conditioning was excellent and downstairs actually stays quite cool even without it . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here . Thanks for a wonderful visit Michele!

We loved our stay at Villa Hermosa! The house was even nicer and more spacious in person than the photos represent, with a good layout and plenty of room to relax. The pool was perfect and the sunsets from the house were absolutely beautiful. Michael was a fantastic host — very responsive and helpful — and his recommendation for a private chef (Fogo) was a highlight of our trip, the food was amazing every time they came to cook. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was absolutely an amazing place to stay. The pictures are exactly what we saw in real time. Michael was always available to answer any questions. We tried the restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores that Michael recommended. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, relaxing and peaceful place to stay, this is for you.

We loved this home and can’t wait to come back! The other reviews are accurate and the photos/descriptions are accurate. As the week went on, I noticed more great stuff - there is a box full of toys and snorkel stuff which was so useful. We actually found a boogie board in the laundry room on the day we left! There were beach chairs (4) to use as well. There is a shower by the pool to remove all the sand. There are plenty of seats and different areas to chill. The beds/pillows/linens were soooo comfy, I wish I could’ve taken more naps. The house was a good size for 8 people. Our grandma liked the side apartment (it was less stairs and better for her knees). Our old car had trouble getting up the hill on a rainy day but the guards gave us a tip so we could get up (drive on edge). The rental car didn’t have issue. My only regret was not using the balcony more - the view is gorgeous!! It is perfect for napping, reading, chatting, happy hour etc. Great house!

We had a great stay at Michael’s home in Playa Hermosa. The home is beautiful and has a great little pool and spectacular ocean/gulf views from both the 1st and 2nd levels. Plenty of cooking utensils, appliances, and pots/pans were provided to make home cooked meals. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. I will say that the community is located in a rather hilly area and may be difficult to reach without a 4x4 vehicle. We had a manual drive minivan and it was quite a challenge to make it up the hill each time- particularly when the roads were wet. The home also has quite a few stairs, so may not be as accessible for those with mobility issues. Water pressure/temp was occasionally an issue in some of the bathrooms, but that may be more of an issue with the area rather than the actual home. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again!
