We had an amazing stay in Playa del Carmen! Dan was a great host, and the property was exactly what we needed for the perfect family getaway. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and made it easy for us to truly enjoy our time together. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Dan’s place to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

I’ve got to say this is the place to be to feel safe and close to 5th avenue. The airbnd itself felt like a resort with its own patio and lighting. Beautiful pool and planets of room for kids. Private security and not everyone can get inside. Will definitely be renting from them again thank you. Also close to many restaurants including alux which I highly recommend to everyone and coco bongo

We were a 11-person bachelorette party and really enjoyed this spot. We spent a lot of time at the pool and in the spacious dining area. Dan & Marian helped us organize an amazing chef and boat tour to Isla Mujeres! Thank you for making the bachelorette a success!

We had a fabulous 5 days at Dan Marian’s property. The accommodation was pristine and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect on Playacar . Easily walkable to any restaurants and taxis were plentiful if needed. Communication was always clear and responsive and we couldn’t have asked for more. Our family 100% recommend to anyone

Great stay. Very spacious and well equipped home. Absolutely nothing to complaint about. Cleaning services were a plus and we appreciated the flexibility to allow for a late check out. Would recommend this 10/10.

We had such a wonderful stay. There was everything we needed and more at the house. The pool was beautiful and felt private. The house had a lot of space for everyone to move around and the back patio was so peaceful at night. We couldn’t have had a better experience here. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive. We would 100% stay again.

Amazing condo in the gated community of Playacar. Rooftop pool, gym, cleaning every 2x days, responsive / proactive communication made the stay beyond enjoyable. Walkable to just about everyone in playa Carmen in 20 mins. Stayed here 2 weeks and would do it again!

Amazing and very comfortable stay! It was exactly what I wanted for our friend trip. The neighborhood is in a secure and quiet neighborhood yet it is a short ride to the main street. On top of that, Dan and Marian were very good and responsive hosts. They gave were very proactive at giving us recommendations and making sure we were comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay!

We had a family reunion with six adults in this beautiful condo. It was perfect in every way, the pool was fantastic, and the bed is very comfortable. It was super close to fifth Avenue shopping and food. Would rebook this condo in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Vida Loca! It was the ideal setting for a bachelorette trip as it was spacious and comfortable for all nine of us. We especially loved the pool and the large dining table for gathering and enjoying meals together. Dan and Marian were very helpful and responsive, assisting us with everything from getting groceries to planning a fantastic boat ride. We also appreciated the home’s location within a gated community, which felt safe and secure. Highly recommended for large groups looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Great spot, looks exactly the same as the photos. Would come back again
