The place is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and it's super clean. Marbella is an excellent person. A wonderful stay; I would definitely come back.

The view would be extremely hard to beat. We decided to hire Marabella and Elizabeth to prepare breakfast and lunch for us. Their cooking skills were amazing; delighting everyone in our group. We look forward to returning someday!

This was our second time staying at Casa Luna Del Mar. It is well maintained, has plenty of space with large king beds and a wonderful housekeeper that even did our dishes every day. We love the private pool and palapa next to it for hanging out and eating. Marbella is a fantastic housekeeper and we’d recommend this place to anyone with a large group. Thank you Alex!

A group of friends and I stayed at Casa Luna Del Mar and we absolutely loved it. Super close to restaurants, the ATM, drinks, etc. Alex was very quick to respond with questions and Marbella was absolutely fantastic at the house. We would 100% book again!!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Our large surfing group had an amazing time at this Airbnb. The property was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach with great surf spots nearby. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for our big group, and the communal areas were perfect for hanging out after a long day of surfing. We especially loved the outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Highly recommend this place for any large group looking for a perfect surf getaway!

Nice place

We went on vacation with the whole family and Casa Luna del mar was the perfect essence for us. Spacious, comfortable rooms with a very large bathroom. The bungalows are equipped with everything you need. The water temperature of the pool is super rich. The outdoor kitchen and grill allow you to spend a pleasant time outside. The beach is a huge space for walking and the house has direct access. In general everything perfect, Marbe always attentive and very attentive. Thank you Alex, we hope to match again soon.

It was a very nice experience, the house is in perfect condition and Marbella's service makes you feel right at home. The location is very good as it is close to several restaurants and shops. The pool is great, as are the other facilities, although on the part of the beach that belongs to the house there are some rocks, but if you walk to the side you can get in very well. We certainly hope to return very soon with the whole family.

Everything was excellent in the stay, the house with all the amenities, Miss Marbella is very kind, the food is delicious, always attentive, super clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, 100% recommended. Everything is as they describe it.

We took our niece, sons and their friends to Troncones for a getaway. It was a fabulous home and location walking distance to town. We thought is was perfect! Marbella is so helpful and arranged cabs, massages, And cooked us dinners two nights. Five bedrooms with king beds are in the main rooms (with extra futons in each room) And there are two casitas. Many of the amenities were simple: plastic chairs in the palapa, and plastic lounge chairs, but the home quality was wonderful and views/setting exceptional. We would love to come back! We were more than happy with this private home right on the beach! It was so nice to have daily housekeeping and the option for Marbella to cook for us which was very tasty! Location is ideal and Alex was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if available 😊

Our group of 8 was met by Marbella and she showed us around. She was accessible the whole time we were there. She cleaned every day and she was available to cook any meals we requested for a very reasonable price. The property was obviously designed with care and forethought to ensure that large groups had space to enjoy time as a group, but also be able to go to our own private retreats. Having numerous lounge chairs, a huge covered area, outdoor kitchen, and shade even in the pool meant that everyone could get as much or as little sun as they wanted. The beach was one of the nicest we've encountered in our many trips to Mexico. the boogie boarding was fabulous. One of the restaurants we really enjoyed but haven't seen mentioned in other reviews is La Mexicana. They have excellent food and live entertainment a few nights a week. Alex was a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa Luna del Mar to others.

This place is paradise. We had a blast! Wonderful, gorgeous location right on a beautiful beach - walking distance to great restaurants and a few shops. The place itself is beautiful and very clean. Lots of space for a big group and very private and quiet neighborhood. Maribella was the on site host and was great. Helped with anything and everything we needed - from making meals to arranging in home massages and tours. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for the best stay! One small word of warning though is to watch out for rip tides in the water out front. To the left about 100 feet is a nice sandy beach (it’s pretty rocky directly in front of the house) but the rip tides are quite intense and there aren’t lifeguards or anything, so just be careful and don’t go out too deep unless you are a very strong swimmer. Have fun! 😎

My group consisted of a large group of friends aged 25 - 30 and Casa Luna Del Mar was the perfect place to escape for the week! The photos don’t do it justice! We snorkeled, surfed, rode horses from our back gate, ate, drank, and had such a great time. Alex was always very responsive. Marbella (on site manager) and her staff were very friendly and super helpful. We arranged two delicious dinners that they cooked us on the pool patio as well (totally recommend). The location is perfect. Walking distance to sandy beaches, many restaurants, bodegas, pharmacy, and the mini supermarket. I would give a 100% recommendation to stay at Casa Luna del Mar and I may even come back! Be sure to check out Roberto’s Bistro a 2 minute walk south down the beach!

Excellent stay. The house is just as described. It's very spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own private bathroom. The pool is a good size and the sea is just a few steps away. Mrs. Marbella is very friendly and keeps the house clean. Great for family gatherings. The only drawback is the location, the beach is not suitable for swimming, it is dangerous.

We traveled with our extended family which included three boys ages 4-8, moms, dads, and grandparents. This was the PERFECT place for us to spend a week playing, exploring, and relaxing. The house itself is amazing and was built with uniqueness and attention to detail that was beyond what you see in the pictures. Marbella and her family are the primary on-site caretakers and managers and they do an AMAZING job keeping the house and grounds in perfect order and, if you'd like and for a very reasonable fee, they will cook a fresh and amazingly delicious breakfast and dinner around your schedule. We enjoyed pretty good food at most restaurants that we visited (Roberto's just a few doors away stood out) , but Marbella's food was generally the best around. Also, on most nights, you can walk a few minutes south toward Roberto's and help to dig up newly hatched turtles and let them go free in the ocean. This was fun for our kids and the adults, too. Selfishly, I would like this gem of a house, and Troncones in general, to stay undiscovered, though since you're reading this, you have discovered it:-), and you will be thrilled with this place if you are seeking a fun, relaxing, and no-logistics-need beach vacation.

Wonderful place for a large group. Just a bit south of the busier part of Troncones. Walkable but we had a car for our small kids. The beach access is marvelous and feels very private with few people populating that end. Maribe and the staff were wonderful and Alex was very helpful with all of our questions. It was everything we could ask for for our family vacation!

Beautiful clean home. Comfortable beds and spacious beautiful rustic bathrooms. Staff is friendly, helpful and clean. They were waiting to greet us at the door and showed us the whole place. Staff is available to cook (for extra cost) and I would highly recommend you hire her to do so and enjoy the whole experience. The cooking was amazing and you’re able to relax without worrying about meals. The place is ideal for families with children, the pool has a shallow area where kids can play and sand area next to the pool and away from the beach where even the adults had fun playing beach soccer! The pool is tested and cleaned daily. The beach directly in front of the house is rocky but if you walk a minute or two to either side you can enjoy the ocean. Alex answers promptly and clear. Great experience overall! We will definitely be coming back!

Superlatives all around. All eleven of us went home feels ng as if we had shared a bit of paradise. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pools was ideal for the. Kids and the house is on the best stretch of beach in Troncones. Marbe knocked herself out both keeping the house clean and orderly as well as serving up delicious meal s six of our seven day visit. We plan to return next winter. Thank you , Thank you for the best possible vacation.

A great choice

Casa Luna Del Mar is the perfect place to stay at if you want peace and privacy. You have a pool and a private beach just steps away. The rooms are air conditioned and palapa is cool. The ocean breeze makes the palapa cool. Toño and Marbel are great! You have local stores for anything you need. The ocean has a some rough waves rocky areas. If you walk to the left of the house you’ll have a very nice beach with no rocks. The waves are little rough but not too rough. You will also have no one trying to sell you things on the beach. You can actually relax and listen to the ocean. I would highly recommend. I will be staying here again.

Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful villa. The pros Every bedroom is equally lovely. King size beds in every room. We are a family of 17 and the property was perfect. The pool, beach, ocean palapa were more then we had hoped for ! Marabella cooked many delicious meals for us at a nominal price. The cons, Nothing that would stop us from renting again. We have stayed at many large homes in Mexico and Hawaii. This is the first home that checked all the boxes. We plan to return !

Casa Luna del Mar was our home for some days, the facilities and conditions of the house are very good and according to the description of the publication, the beach is very quiet, the ideal place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the day to day and the big all inclusive hotels, it does not have TV throughout the house but if all the amenities for a quite pleasant stay. The attentions of Marbella and Toño, in charge of the place, were 10, in our case we were a group of friends. We rent the whole house so attention was 100% for us, we hired Marbella's services for food and we really do not regret it, the delicious food and the portions enough to be more than satisfied. Definitely one more choice of accommodation with all the comforts but in a more homely environment, definitely 100% recommended for families or groups of friends.

Our stay at Casa Luna del Mar was fascinating. The facilities are first. The photos don't do justice to how nice the rooms are. Marbella gave us excellent service, prepared several meals for us and is a very good cook. I have no negative comments about this place. I hope to stay here again someday as it was a wonderful experience.

Casa Luna Del Mar was a magical experience. As a fellow Airbnb host I am fairly critical, however all of my guests expressed how impressed they were. The location is private and steps from a very quiet beach. My group of 13 adults had lots of space to be social with eachother and also had privacy when needed. The pool/ outdoor dining area was were we spent most of our time. The palapa gave the pool area shade so that you can have the option of sun or shade while swimming. The staff was very accommodating. We had Marbe cook us breakfast each morning, she also cooked us a few lunches and dinners. The price was fair, and the food was yummy. Tono was great with arranging our transport and helping us with any questions. The Casa was grand, clean, and truely paradise. Book today without hesitation.

Alex and his staff were impeccable hosts, attending to our every need with graciousness and expediency. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well equipped and perfectly suited for our group (which included young children). This is a beautiful property situated in a small and friendly beach town. This is our second stay at Alex's beautiful home. We love the easy access to the beach, restaurants ect. You can walk everywhere and have easy access to the town. Alex has two full time caretakers on the land Marbe and Tony who are always around if you need absolutely anything at all ... The house itself sits steps from the beach. Each room is spacious with a huge bathroom and overlooks the pool and Ocean. Marbe is available to prepare meals for you if you would like or you can use either of the two well stocked kitchens, there is one upstairs and downstairs. We love this house and plan to return again and again .....

We felt very comfortable in the house; it looked even prettier than in the photos. The owner and his staff are extremely friendly and always available. It allowed us to coexist as a family 100% I highly recommend it if you want to spend time with family or friends with all the comforts without being surrounded by hotels and tourist life although Ixtapa is 20 minutes away. Marbella, the cook, made us eat delicious food!!!!! We're thinking about our next date to come back. Thank you for everything.

We had the most amazing time at casa Luna! Seriously heaven on earth! Marbella made us the best food ever and kept the house spotless. The house itself is amazing and has everything one needs to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We will definitely be back!

We just came back from our stay at Casa Luna Del Mar and would definitely go back. We rented the entire house and bungalow for 4 nights and this was perfect for our group of 14. Jorge was quick with his communication and everything was easy. We had breakfast made for us one morning and Marable even went into town for us to get groceries. You should stay here!

I've stayed here with my family and our friends. The communication from Jorge is very fast from the first contact. The check in is easy as Tono and Marbella welcome us. Tono is the concierge who could make any arrangement or reservation. Marbella could cook any local meals you want, everything was tasty and fresh. Langosta and pescano are our favorites. The villa is huge, clean and very well designed with outdoor shower and toilet. Anything you need is here. Troncones is a small village with a beautiful beach. The waves are very strong and there are a lot of rocks so bathing is restricted to some areas only, but the sand is soft so kids can build castles. And they can catch some small fishes, crabs, snails. Horseback riding on the beach is among our favorite activities. We will return here some day. So long.

When we arrived at Casa Luna Del Mar what we saw greatly surpassed our expectations. The location of the house was perfect for our families various needs. We opted for the house portion which was extremely spacious and very well kept. We had the pleasure of meeting a couple other families who were renting the other units. Everyone took full advantage of the pool, beach and common outdoor kitchen. We will be back in the near future!

The host was very prompt and welcoming and quickly responded to my many different emails with questions, both before and after arrival. The Casa was an excellent choice for our family reunion. Every kitchen was well supplied, all the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and elegant. Much thought has gone into the whole compound, with wonderful shaded and sunny, grassy areas around the pool as well as hammocks and beach chairs in the sandy area closer to the beach. The two onsite managers were both friendly and attentive to our varied requests, from helping to find a local person for informal Spanish lessons to taking us on a hike to an interesting cave. Marbe, the housekeeper and cook, prepared wonderful dinners for us many nights at a very reasonable extra charge and was very friendly and attentive. Elias speaks good English and keeps a beautiful jardin. I would recommend this lovely Casa with great enthusiasm to anyone!
