This is a fabulous home to rent in San Carlos! it is huge and beautiful and the views are absolutely spectacular! Such a great spot for a large group as it has a large dining and living area, big media rooms, spacious backyard and plenty of bedrooms. Definitely check it out! And Gaby was a super responsive host!

Gaby was such a nice host and super responsive and helpful. The place was so gorgeous and located in a quiet and safe place. Don't think the views could have been any better. We had all the amenities available to us and the place was spotless. Would definitely come back!

The views, house and location were amazing. It was so picturesque and the beginning. But the number of problems we ran into were horrible. The toilets backed up and were over flowing down the car port and rooms. Wetting suitcases and clothes in bottom rooms. It took over 6-7 to fix the sewage, while human feces was coming threw the showers And drive way. We had no WiFi, no oven, no cable tv even though there were TVs, no spoons, front door handle kept falling of the door, no pool towels, no second floor AC, some door knobs didn’t work, no hair dryers, no gas ( we had to pay for our own gas for cooking and hot water ), no extra linens , hand towels were dirty, no cooking knives, and the patio bathroom had a leak that surprised people with a sandal full of more toilet water. All these issues made our stay so stressful. Not having gas since 7am-noon then having to pay for it ourselves if we wanted hot water or to cook was unacceptable. Host said Gas was 20% but that was impossible since it ran out only 15 hrs after we checked in (oh we filled gas tank to 15%). Human feces and even a couple of used condoms running down the drive way when guest were arriving was a embarrassment. The house had a lingering bathroom sewage smell that we never quite got accustomed to. If all these issues were addressed this house would be a dream to stay at. Had we known to bring towels, basic cooking knives to cook in the full kitchen, and other basics Airbnb guests have come to expect, we could have prepared better for our stay.

Artemisa, I'm very sorry for all the inconveniences you experienced at our place. We'll try to address all the issues you mentioned. The house is ready to receive 15 people and that is what we clearly state on the Airbnb page. We are sorry that there have been more than 50 people in it and that this will cause a collapse in the drainage of the house. The gas tank is delivered calculating 15 people for the three days. It is explained that if there are more people in the house, the extra expenses that arise will be borne by the guests. You are still welcome whenever you like and by then we will have solved all these details.

I sincerely recommend the Olympo house. It's more than just 5 stars In addition, the care I received from the moment I wanted to rent was great, all the people in charge were very friendly and responsible. As for the house; the panoramic views, the ambiance, the cleanliness, the decor, at last so many other qualities...wonderful. Anyone that may be interested in going to San Carlos this is the perfect house to stay in. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, the house is beautiful, new, spacious, clean with a very nice view. The host Gaby was always very attentive in case we needed anything.
