The house is very nice, it has all the amenities. And Luis is very friendly and helpful.

The house is very nice, super comfortable and with all the services and amenities offered. The heated pool is ideal for swimming lovers. Luis was super responsive to special requests, which helped us have a great few days with the family. Lupita should never be missing, as she is the crown jewel. The only thing worth mentioning is that, if there are elderly people with mobility issues, going up and/or down two flights of stairs to get inside and enjoy the entire facility would be a problem. Other than that, everything is perfect. We will definitely be back, Luis!

We had a great weekend at this house on the shore of Lake Tequesquitengo. The property has very spacious areas and comfortable rooms that are perfectly equipped for relaxing. The amenities are very complete and everything is in excellent condition. The available equipment and amenities stand out, such as the TVs, sound system, refrigerators, and grills, which made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. The pool was spotless and the view of the lake is simply spectacular, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Luis was an attentive, friendly host who was always willing to help with any detail. It's definitely a great option to enjoy with family or friends. Totally recommended and we hope to return soon.

Everything was really amazing. I highly recommend staying at Luis's house. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, beautiful, with warm water in the pool, and Luis is an excellent host who's always attentive. There are Oxxo stores and places to eat less than a 5-minute drive away.

Our stay at this Airbnb was just amazing. The house is really very nice; from the moment you arrive, you can feel a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The facilities are in perfect condition, everything works properly, and, something we really appreciated, it was spotlessly clean! The host was excellent, always attentive and available, responding almost immediately to any questions or needs we had, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and hassle-free. The house is quite spacious, ideal for enjoying with family, with comfortable and well-laid-out spaces that make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It is definitely a place we would go back to without hesitation, perfect for a weekend with the whole family.

Everything was excellent! The view is spectacular!! Super spacious, modern and with the best common spaces to enjoy. The pool gets the sun all day long, so it has an ideal temperature even in the middle of December. Luis is always attentive and helpful. We would love to return!

We’re visiting from Chicago and luckily found this gorgeous house. The views are amazing. The host, Luis was helpful and always responsive. The house and the pool were always clean. Our favorite part of the trip was being able to enjoy Lupita’s delicious home cooking twice a day. She is helpful, friendly and very trustworthy. She made our visit very comfortable. The house is better than a 5 star hotel.

This place was very worth it, it is so much more beautiful and amazing than the picture portrays. The price is also great for what you get. The pool was climatized so even on the hottest hours of the day you can get in the pool and still be cool. The host Luis was very understanding of me and my group. We had everything we needed. The security at the front didn’t give us a hard time and even helped us find groceries the first day we were there. There was also a restaurant that delivered to the house. The beds were very comfortable. They had two refrigerators so we had plenty of room to store. The house was also very clean. Not to mention it has a view that it out of this world. This was the perfect place for my girlfriend to spend her birthday vacation!

We had a great experience, we were a group of 4 couples and it was perfect for us to accommodate, each in their own room with a full bathroom. The pool area is spectacular, with a lake view, refrigerator, lounge chairs and barbecue. Luis was a great host, constantly communicating to offer his help, he recommended a taxi service to move us and we were passed by the contact of Mrs. Lupita, who offered us her additional services to cook breakfast and food during our stay, ask for her as delicious cuisine. We highly recommend this place for large groups!
