La Casa Grande is just that - very grand and big! Four well-appointed bedrooms, comfortable enough beds and very nice linens, fully functional kitchen, great rooftop deck - and hot tub. Pictures accurately depict the wonderful Mexican-style design and decor of the home. While the house was grand, the huge rooftop with panoramic views of the city and sunset were the best feature of the place - something you won't get if you're down in the city. A supermarket is just a 10 minute walk up the road. Daily cleaning service was wonderful - the place was always left immaculate. The location is challenging located several steep blocks from Zona Centro on a very busy access road into and out of the city which is lined with narrow sidewalks. But, city bus (Urbano $10 pesos) is very easy to use, taxis and Ubers readily available and cheap. Gabriela always responded quickly when we had questions. Olga (cleaning) and Sylverio (gardner) were lovely and muy simpaticos.

Love the place!!! Great location, good room space, very clean (Olguita did an excellent job by cleaning the house every day), lovely decorations and the idea of having an extra apartment for our friends was very convenient.

It's a beautiful house, the best I've been to on Airbnb, I recommend it 100%, plus Gaby and Mary are super friendly. Everything was beautiful.

The house was fantastic and Gabi was very friendly and responsive. A housekeeper came every day or two to clean and do laundry, which was an unexpected treat.

We rented this place to celebrate my wife's birthday. Gaby was always attentive and her place is amazing, the house is as described or even better. The location is very good as the center is a 10-minute drive away but you can also walk. My only area of improvement is to put an umbrella for the Jacuzzi area, since the sun hits hard and there is nothing to cover yourself from the sun, and the sound equipment in the house failed so you need to bring a speaker. Other than that, everything is amazing. The rooms, bathrooms, location. Without a doubt, if I return to San Miguel it would be an option to stay again

Beautiful and spacious house in San Miguel de Allende, equipped to have a good time with the family even in cold weather. Very comfortable bedrooms, which allows you to rest and disconnect. Excellent taste in decoration and architecture in keeping with the concept of the area. We will definitely be back here.

Unbeliveable stay at Casa Grande! Everything was perfect! The staff were wonderful and the view from the rooftop was spectacular! The location was great; you could walk down but better to take a taxi or Uber back up! You can't get that kind of view unless you are high up! Beds were very comfortable. We could not ask for a better place to stay and will definately back!

This place is great and huge. All was clean and is very well equipped. There are a lot of stairs but it has a very convenient bedroom at ground level next to the garden. Perfect for families, friends and couples. I found difficult to enter to the garage as there is no room to park and avoid blocking the street. Keep in mind the jacuzzi is not included in the cost.

The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and spacious. Very secure. Gabby was responsive to all our needs and house was spotless. The cleaning woman (Olga) was very thorough and efficient. Kitchen had top of the line appliances. Master bed was very comfortable. Although the house is one mile from the plaza in the center of town, cabs drive by the house frequently and the bus stop is almost right across the street. We took the bus most days for only 8 pesos. San Miguel de Allende has so many great restaurants and the scenery and climate is fantastic. This was our 6th visit to SMA. We stayed in this house for 32 days.

Gabriela was incredibly helpful and responsive for our short trip in San Miguel de Allende. The property looked just like the photos, was very comfortable, spacious and close to downtown. I highly recommend staying here!

Gaby provides excellent service, the communication is perfect, always attentive. The house is SPECTACULAR, much larger than we imagined with a large garden and huge terrace that if it had not been cold we would have taken advantage of the jacuzzi and beautiful views. Super comfortable rooms, top quality beds and linens with several delicious pillows. The rooms have everything you need and beautiful decor. We enjoyed the living room for hours with the fireplace that kept us warm and in a very comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is beautiful and super equipped with everything you might need. The garage is spacious for several cars, only the access is somewhat small, so a very large truck can be difficult to get in, but not impossible. We'll be back for sure! It's one of the most beautiful houses we've ever rented. Just one recommendation, it has several levels, so the stairs would be very difficult if you have mobility issues, but we will return for sure.

Our stay was magnificent! Gaby and the team were extremely responsive & made everything super easy for us. The house is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful architecture and design. The terrace rooftop has incredible views and everybody had enough space to unwind privately. It’s a 10-15 walk down to the center (wear your walking shoes due to the cobblestone roads) : ) or a short taxi ride! This is a special place and will definitely be back!

A fairly large and clean house, with a great location a few minutes from downtown San Miguel and a shopping mall. The communication with the host was always constant and the attention excellent. If they travel in a large group this house is a great option, very well equipped with everything you need, 100% recommended.

What an outstanding home! We had such a lovely time staying this April. The house exceeded all our expectations and the communication with the house manager was excellent. The home itself was extremely beautiful and comfortable. Our every need was met from the beautiful bedrooms to the clean, spacious bathrooms, to the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces and amazing views from the rooftop deck and jacuzzi! The location was wonderful - close to the man square so that we could easily walk down the hill but mostly chose to taxi back up. as it was not directly in the center, it was not noisy and felt more private. The views were wonderful and it was easy to access everything we wanted. We could walk to a nearby large grocery store to pick up food and necessities. Gabriela was a pleasure to work with - she answered our every question and followed up quickly. The housekeepers and grounds maintenance staff were lovey as well. All together a wonderful stay! We would visit again if given the oportunity!

This property is a gem. Probably one of the nicest airbnb properties that I've stayed at: architecture, floor plan, amount of space, decor, furniture, materials - amazing. Hot tub's view on the city at the sunset is to die for. You can also rent an additional apartment, which is connected to the main house, so instead of 4 bedrooms, you'll have 6 plus some extra sofa beds. If you have a group coming where everybody will have their own space and bedroom, this house is a perfect. House comes with a garage space in the courtyard where you can fit 2-3 cars. Gabriela is an amazing host who was easily accessible and great on communication. We never had any issues, and she was very helpful. I will highly recommend this property and hope to be back again.

Perfect location and service!

Beautiful home, very well kept, clean, comfortable, and excellent location. All of the staff were top notch. Gabriel was very accommodating, attentive and quick on communications. We completely enjoyed our 13 night stay. In fact we were disappointed that we had to leave it felt so much like home. Very impressive home with plenty of space. Location is perfect for access to Centro and other areas of San Miguel. Large secure parking area that is easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for large family gatherings. There are four bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, plenty of room to gather but yet enough space to get away from each other if you just want privacy. Everything in the listing is very accurate but the pictures just don't do it all justice. It is a much more beautiful home than we anticipated.

This house is beautiful and extremely spacious for multiple families. Our stay in this house was extremely pleasant. It is very well equipped. The service we received from the host was extremely good. The house is also in a great location. I highly recommend this house if you ever visit San Miguel de Allende.

Gabriela is an excellent host. The house is very well located, spotless, nice and comfortable.

The house is spectacular, better than the photos. Up to 3 or 4 cars fit in the fully secure garage. The kitchen has everything and is of excellent quality (plates, pans, etc.), so you can cook anything. The terrace has an amazing view. All the rooms have very comfortable beds and a set of very good quality hotel-type pillows, sheets and duvets. All the rooms are very spacious with their own bathroom, except for one, which is smaller than the others but sufficient to sleep comfortably. It has an extra condominium-style room that is also very comfortable. The cleanliness of the house is outstanding and all the decor and furniture give it a very original and cozy touch. It's about a 15-minute walk to the center, but the most practical thing is to take a taxi for 40 pesos (2 USD) and 5 minutes. A house to visit with friends and have a great time. Gaby is always very attentive to details, check-in and check-out, she is in constant contact to resolve any issue. Overall, the best we've had on Airbnb!

The house is better in person than in the photos. It is very spacious and clean. The location is good, although it's not downtown and you have to call a taxi, which takes 5 minutes.

Beautiful home. I loved the location. It was an easy walk to El Centro but I'd recommend taking a cab back with is an easy and inexpensive ride.

This house is gorgeous! The location holds excellent views and for those young and good health a quick walk to the center. I loved being outside the center and feeling like a native. The local shopping center is just up the way and the staff is so helpful and available for any issues you might have. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We were a group of 8 and had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly like pictures and had plenty of space for our large group. Communication with Gabriela or Paola was spot on, whenever we needed something or a had a question they were there for us immediately. Thank for everything and look forward to coming back!

This house is great. I visited San Miguel for a wedding and me and my 7 friends fitted way more than comfortably here. The house is very elegant and and the view from the rooftop is stunning. The location is fair enough, it is not located near the church but a 5 minute cab does the work perfectly. The location is a small trade off between an incredible view from the jacuzzi and a 15 minute walk to all the attractions. I would recommend this house for any type of visit in San Miguel.

It's a very nice and HUGE house! It's ideal if you come with a lot of family, or friends, I liked the terrace, the layout and how quiet the area is. Although it's not close enough to downtown to walk there, it's ideal if you have a car, since it can accommodate up to 4 people. I would definitely come back, and Gabriela and Paola are super nice and super attentive.
