A fabulous place!!!!!

Excellent house, spacious rooms and common areas ideal for large families! There is a market nearby for a very tasty breakfast and a few minutes walk from downtown Merida with many tourist attractions, I would book this house again

Amazing Stay in Downtown Mérida! Our group of friends stayed at Guio’s beautiful home in downtown Mérida, and it was the perfect place for our long‑overdue reunion. The house is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a fully functional kitchen and incredible bedrooms that made everyone feel comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — we were able to walk to great local restaurants, cafés, and activities, which made exploring Mérida easy and fun. The house gave us the perfect setting to relax, catch up, and enjoy our time together. Guio was an outstanding host. Friendly, flexible, and extremely responsive, he went above and beyond to help us navigate our travel situation when our flights back home were canceled due to snow after we had already checked out. His support made a stressful moment so much easier. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and have already shared photos and stories with our friends and families. We truly hope to return and enjoy this home again

Wonderful place. 12 of us stayed here and loved the pools to cool off, the beautiful space with high ceilings and big bedrooms, and the nice kitchen and social area. It's also a quick walk into the center of town. Great communication and a clean place too. We would be very happy to return again some day!

If you're traveling with a large family and we had a family of 10, this is the place to stay. Street parking was not a problem. the property is extremely walkable. the Santiago neighborhood is wonderful. The rental property is just as advertised. beautiful inside with pool and hot tub and wonderful foliage. not to mention fully equipped for all. The host greeted us by text message to make sure the check-in went smoothly and also carrying checkout. to make sure that the checkout would go smoothly.

Great place in Merida for larger groups. All rooms with bathrooms. Very convenient. Nice public and social areas. Two plunge pools to refresh in the hot weather of Merida. Great interaction and response from the host. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic place, it was a very expansive place with much to do, including full kitchen, two pools, karaoke, and much more. The location has a ton of character and right in the middle of town, with plenty of restaurants and other activities all walkable.

Had a wonderful stay at Guio’s place! It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. We were a large group and had lots of comunal space plus private spaces when we needed. I highly recommend her place!

This is a Wonderful casa. We loved the inner area that was open to the sky. All of the greenery was beautiful. With the fully outfitted kitchen, many bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable feeling, it was perfect for our extended family. Guio was great - an extremely responsive host.

The place was great, love that every bedroom has its own bathroom and A/C. Note that there is no indoor common space aside from the kitchen, and the kitchen is not air conditioned. Guio was great! There were jugs of potable water ready when we got there, and after the TV broke we got a replacement the next day!

Our stay at this beautiful home in Merida was fantastic. The house is gorgeous and provided a comfortable space for our large group. The location is within walking distance to downtown areas, making it easy to explore the city. The highlight of our stay was the incredible host. Guio was extremely responsive and immediately addressed any issues we had, including a broken AC and some bugs we found. Traveling to the Yucatan during the rainy season and hot summer months, it's common to encounter bugs. However, our host hired a company to spray the house during our stay, and we didn't see any bugs after that. In addition, the host went above and beyond by offering to add a free night to our stay due to the AC issues and even left me a thoughtful birthday gift. Such a personal touch made our stay even more special. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Wow! Truly an unbelievable property to stay at. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. So much space for a large ground and perfectly located in the center of town. I would recommend to everyone!

Great host! More than expected

The host is always and quickly attentive and very helpful. The maintenance of the house is meticulous. Bathroom, pool and kitchen accessories were generously at your service. The house is furnished and decorated in a way that makes you feel at home with everything that makes you feel very comfortable. We were 16 people between 20 and 84 years old, an excellent unforgettable week.

Great place, the house is beautiful, spotless, great taste, everything perfect! located 5 minutes away from a small local market with great findings! Walking distance to everything I absolutely recommend it for a big family was fantastic!

If you’re reading this and wondering if you should book this place.. DO IT NOW! This is a dream home! The pictures don’t do it justice. Guio was an amazing hostess, she answered all of our questions in a matter of minutes/hours, was super helpful and friendly, gave us precise instructions, and made sure that every detail of our stay was perfect. The house is huge, each bedroom has all the amenities for a great stay: great beds, A/C, fan, enough outlets, big bathrooms, spotless clean, dressers, night stands, one of them even has a private balcony… additionally, you’ll find a beautiful dining area, a big living room, a well-stocked kitchen, and two stand up pools. I can’t wait to go back!

We booked Guio's place for a girlfriend's trip and absolutely loved it. Each having our own room and bathroom was priceless. We spent hours dipping our feet in the pool and chatting, and the location was perfect for downtown activities. The house is gorgeous and well-equipped. Guio was fast to respond to any needs and questions. Highly recommended!

Guió was great. The only issue was the hot water problem.

We were 15 friends for a week at Casa Guiomar, and the truth is, very happy because it had everything you need to have a comfortable stay, in addition to being well located because it is in the center but in an area that allows you to reach and move around without problem by car, and walking we had shops, restaurants, churches and squares a few blocks away. This reservation is a great choice👌🏻

Spectacular is the perfect word to describe this Airbnb; it felt more like a tiny mansion for our family. The 8 rooms in the house are perfect for a large family,each bedroom with its own bathroom, fan, and air conditioning; exquisitely decorated, comfortable and comfortable. Be prepared to walk through the big front doors and venture into a wave of happiness and calm. You arrive at an oasis where you can cool off with its two star-shaped pools; a spacious kitchen with everything you need if you like to cook; dining room with two beautiful wooden tables 🪵 to accommodate a large group of people and have a great time. An inner courtyard with beautiful plants 🌴🌿🍀that decorate the atmosphere. A great location, with just a 10-minute walk to the Centro de Merida in a very nice and very safe area. The living room with large comfortable and modern armchairs; a bar and TV where you will enjoy pleasant and unforgettable moments as a family. Fast internet, no interference. The host responded quickly to our calls and attentive to our questions. 🍀Of course I would stay in this magnificent property again. 🌏
