We love Los Tules. Have been coming here for years and hope to rent the same condo next year!

This location is amazing. A grocery store right across the way was key for our group. Having the pools available to us but also being right on the beach was amazing. I also did an Airbnb experience by bringing in a chef and this house was perfect for that. The amount of bathrooms was great and the AC was essential. I really have no complaints. We had a great time and I will be coming back!

The Los Tules complex is always a great stay!

This place was spacious and in an excellent location. The apartment itself had everything we needed, including filtered water, kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, ac and fans, comfortable beds, and an amazing large patio overlooking a pool. The beach was great and the grounds were beautiful. The shopping center with grocery store across the street was great for supplies, and a laundromat down the street (South) did full service (wash/dry/fold) and were very friendly and quick! Getting around the city was easy, and we loved PV and Sergio’s place!

Excellent host, he sent us a welcome kit, always very attentive, he was told about a screen that was failing and he sent us a new one! Spacious rooms, all with full bathrooms!! We have a great time

Beautiful space full apartment, ocean view 😍 All appliances that you need and everything clean.

Will definitely book this place again! It was perfect for our large group; everyone had their own space, bed, bathroom, and privacy. Both balconies had beautiful views of the grounds, pool, and beach. The upper level balcony is accesible from two of the bedrooms and has beach loungers to relax. The lower balcony is accesible from the main space with two large tables. The host was very attentive and communicative during our stay. The entire apartment was very clean, fully equipped with the necessities, and we even arrived to a beautiful arrangement of fresh cut local flowers! These are details that make you feel at home.

We had a fabulous stay. The condo was lovely and very spacious for our group of eight. We especially enjoyed the large patio overlooking the pool and beach. Location was great as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sergio.

Right from start to finish this property was perfect for us! Clean, spacious, great location and a big deck overlooking the pool and ocean! We were 4 couples and loved that everyone had their own full bathroom! The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes and cooking utensils! Sergio was a pleasure to deal with, responded to our questions very quickly! Sergio hooked us up with his taxi driver Ciro who was there for us every time we needed a ride! The pool area and restaurant were fabulous and the cleaning of our unit half way through the stay was an added bonus! We would love to stay here again! Thank you Sergio for such a wonderful place to stay in!!

The truth is very good vacations that we spent by my family and a server . We were a total of 6 adults and 4 children . All happy . We like it so much , see you next year . Many thanks Sergio .

Very well located,comfortable,clean,with supermarket in front ,squares and downtown very close, public transport on foot of the hotel,nice view,the apartment is very well equipped and comfortable,every year I choose that destination and location.

Our trip was a family trip with 7 adults and 2 children. We all enjoyed the tranquility of the accommodation. It was very easy to buy things we needed since Plaza Caracol was across the street, and there was also a very well-stocked little store inside Los Tules. The kitchen was super complete with all the necessary utensils Each family was able to have their own room, and there was enough privacy for each of us. The terrace for spending time together was also very spacious. Oscar helped me get a taxi to pick us up at the airport and was very helpful in answering my questions. We are all leaving very happy and satisfied with this accommodation.

We had a great vacation. Everything is exactly as described. The pool closest to the condo was calm and the least busy. The restaurant on the resort was delicious. Sergio is proactive, welcoming, attentive, and quick to respond to any concerns.

Place is nicer than in the photos. The complex is very nice too, and close to pools and beach. Sergio was very responsive to my questions and usually responded in 15 min, and was very helpful. We had a later flight and he was very understanding and let us stay past checkout time, which was a great help with the small kids. No complaints here, i feel like i got my money's worth with this rental. Would absolutely recommend.

We really enjoyed the condo, pools, and garden areas! Shopping was steps away in any direction! Easy access to busses or taxi service! Overall our stay was fantastic! Our fridge died and we had coolers and ice brought right away and a new fridge the next day! Thank you to Oscar and Sergio! Great stay thanks again

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very comfortable for a large family, the privacy is magnificent. Access to the beach and swimming pool is very easy. It has Piazza Caracol in front and therefore, you can stock the pantry. The kitchen is excellent, it has a good dish, enough to prepare everything

Sergio was so responsive from start to finish. His place is quite large and not cluttered at all. Views of pool and ocean were amazing from both huge decks. I’d definitely book Sergio‘s unit again! The restaurant on the property is so good and staff is very attentive. There is a large store and bank across the street so you won’t need to go far if you forgot anything at home. Los Tules is both relaxing and so close to downtown if you want hustle and bustle. Book it!

Great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Family friendly, great location, grocery store across the street. Pools are great but there are better beach sections in PV.

The apt is lovely. Big balcony with views to the pool and beach. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. My family of 10 included 6 children and they had a blast. The pool is so much fun. Los Tules is safe and everyone working there is very attentive and kind. If you need a personal chef, they can put you in contact with a very affordable cook, who makes yummy, healthy meals.

Excellent place, good location... If you're just looking to party and drink, you might not like this place... For rest and relaxation, it's perfect. The only downside is that the residents take over the beds all day,even if they are not physically in them.

The house is great and spacious. The view is nice. The balcony is so large, every night, we gathered around, drinking wines and talking to each other. The host Sergio and Oscar are very helpful not only around the house, but they also pointed me to the right local places or local services, for example, covid-19 testing sites, taxis to arrange for transport of my large golf travel bag. The kitchen appliances are very new and modern.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location! The ensuite baths for each bedroom were incredibly nice and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We loved hearing the waves from the patio! We hope to be back soon!

This place was better than even the pictures can show you! Each room has its own bathroom and shower and even extra one downstairs. The place was clean and sergio was very attentive and was available with fast replies anytime I need to ask a question. This was beyond our expectations! Close to very good restaurants to eat at walking distance, market across the the street to shop, and the front desk always had a taxi ready for us within minutes. The views were spectacular!!! The beach access and pool access was my fav part!

Great space for a large group. We had 9 people, two families - perfect for adults and kids. Loved the patio space and ability to watch the pool from the unit. Easy to shop for groceries across the street and lots of restaurants too. The lobby was very easy to chat with and called us a big cab to take us to the airport early in the morning - airport about 15 minutes at most.

If you are looking to be safe and clean, this is the place. And Sergio was super attentive

This condo was amazing! Right across the street from plaza caracol for shopping, groceries, and food. Also close to bus lines. Property has several pools, beach access, and mini market. Also a restaurant next to the pool so kids can swim while adults chat. Staff at front desk was helpful with taxis. 2 story unit - upstairs has 3 bedrooms with king, king, and 2 twins. each room has a bathroom (note there is an unsafe ledge at top of stairs so keep an eye on little kids). Main floor has bathroom, kitchen, dining, living room and 1 bedroom with 2 fulls and bathroom. Large balcony with seating for 10. Great place for our 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids).

This property has everything you need to have an amazing vacation. The bedrooms are big , the 5 bathrooms too and with great waterpressure showers. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. acroos the street from property there is a super market. The terrace has beautiful plants all around with flowers and the view is great , The gardens around the property are beautiful. You can hear the ocean waves at night , so relaxing. There is a restaurant in the property and the food is good too. Many swimming pools to choose from. I am so happy this property is shared with the world !

Great location. Old time charm with Mexican decor, but it was well equipped, patios were nice, close to beach, awesome pools & view. Staff at restaurant treated us like family! We definitely would return. This resort is perfect for our family of 6.

Close to the least used large pool, and close to all the stores & groceries at Plaza Caracol, with a verdant view of the complex and ocean from a third floor advantage height, this is the best located unit at Los Tules. Great well furnished terrace, comfortable beds, plus the much appreciated extra refrigerator for drinks, this four bedroom suite has a pleasant homey atmosphere that will leave everyone feeling pampered.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. With a very well-equipped terrace and a beautiful view. The gardens of the complex are very nice and excellently maintained. The pool area is very family-friendly and very well maintained. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. One of the best locations
