Impeccable house, just like in the photos, with everything you need for a nice stay. Monica is always very attentive. Very comfortable beds. There's a pool in the back with warm water!! I'll definitely be back. Easy access. I recommend it.

Monica made our trip one to remember. She was the kindest person we met the entire trip! Was extremely flexible on check in and check out, and we are very appreciative of that. The place itself was super nice, and the community has security to enter the villa, and anther security to enter the community. At the time this was annoying but looking back it made me feel extra safe. I plan on returning here in the future as I definitely recommend this place.

It was a great place to stay at perfect zone nice quit neighborhood judith went the extra mile when one of doors on the master room was locked she resolved the problem for and i really appreciate that! Monica was great as well the only suggestion is it would be so much better of if there was keys for the rooms that way nobody stays lockout of a room but other then that i recomend it 100 percent!

We had a wonderful stay. Early sun in the morning at the house pool and finished up each day at the beach. We hope to stay here again soon.

We had a wonderful time in the Flamingos area near Bucerías!! Monica our host on site & was VERY HELPFUL with whatever we needed!! The house was gated with a 24 hr manned security gate. There was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach where we enjoyed playing in the waves!! The house was well equipped to cook for and seat 8 people, the bedroom & bathroom setup were wonderful offering lots of privacy!! The weekly cleaning service provided with the house was MOST DEFINITELY a great feature which made our monthly stay even more enjoyable!!

The house is perfect for a large group. Beds are comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Hosts are very responsive and super helpful with any issues that arise. Looking forward to coming back sometime!

The house is very nice, well organized and in perfect condition. The location is great. They offer an extra fee for the pool to have a good water temperature and they request that all the visitors' IDs be sent, those are the aspects we did not like. Your attention and that of the person in charge, as well as that of the security personnel, is excellent.

The house is located in a quiet area with a lot of security, a block and a half from the beach. We liked the minimalist style of the house, spacious, with lots of natural light; the small pool, but we were very comfortable inside it talking and on the terrace playing cards. The sheets and towels were white and clean. We had other towels for the pool. We used the furniture they had for the beach. There was shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms. A large number of kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. They have a washer and dryer. Mauricio welcomed us and was attentive to us, if we had any questions he answered them. Very accessible for check-in and check-out times. Thanks for your attention, Mauricio. we look forward to returning.

Judith was incredibly gracious throughout our stay. When I reached out hoping to check in a few hours early, she quickly connected me with Mauricio, her home administrator. Mauricio met us promptly, provided everything we needed, and gave us a thorough overview of the space. Absolutely comfortable. We went to the family and they all slept comfortably in their rooms. The subdivision where the property is is safe and strict with the issue of noise and access. In good condition the house. Highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation in a secure area. The private pool is a very pleasant plus. The space is bright and well maintained. Mauricio is very helpful and attentive. The beach is close by . It is sometimes difficult to organize 9 people to go and come from the beach with a single card: a second one would be appreciated. Few restaurants around without getting in the car. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

This was the second time we stayed at Judith’s place and we absolutely love being there, it felt like home once again! Everything was as described and if we needed anything, Mauricio was right on top of it, no questions asked! It’s a beautiful secure space with lots of room especially for a big family of 10! The pool was a hit and the beach was a short 5 minute walk away. We loved having access to a ping-pong table and the barbecue for a small fee as well. The new washer and dryer was also a very nice touch and easy to use. We would have liked if there were more condiments available like the last time we stayed, such as cooking oil, pepper, and other spices, but we were able to purchase some at the mega nearby no problem. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place and will definitely be returning again, if it is available. Great place for a family vacation. We booked last minute due to another host canceling our reservation once we had already arrived. Judith gave us a quick response and was able to get us keys within a couple of hours. Once we arrived at the house we got a tour by Mauricio who was very friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, Mauricio was very attentive and quick to respond any question we had.

It was an excellent stay, the house is incredible and the hosts always attentive, they supported us in everything. Highly recommended, thank you so much.

I went with my family on vacation and we had a great time, from the moment one Judith was very attentive to us, giving us recommendations of the beach and restaurants nearby, as well as the instructions of the house, which is very nice and comfortable, super well equipped with everything you need to be quiet. A very nice house for family trip with friends. The area is very nice, very quiet. The administrator, Mauricio, was always aware since we booked, and a few days before he got in touch to see how he could support us, he totally helped us in the process, he clarified all our doubts, and during the reception he was there, very kind, he provided us with some recommendations. Given the long road trip, it was flexible with the time of arrival, which is quite appreciated. A highly recommended place.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home- we were all sad to leave and hope to return in the next year or two. It was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the swimming pool was amazing! Judith and Monica did their best to help the entire family feel at home here, including our one year-old grandchild and extra fun things like leaving up the Christmas tree, and the fun treats for New Year’s Eve!

This gem was an absolutely perfect space for my big family during our vacation. Judith was an exceptionally amazing host, very proactive, professional and friendly. Check-in was easy and it was so wonderful to meet Moni, her assistant, who provided us with outstanding service throughout our entire vacation, but especially at the end when I forgot my purse and she personally delivered it to the airport, Thank You So Much!. The kids loved the pool and there was a nice lounging area outside. We had an abundance of amenities for cooking/cleaning, no shortage of hot water, and ample space for the whole family to enjoy. The location was superb and we felt very safe in the community. Also beach access was just a short walk away. What really made this vacation extra special was walking in and finding the tree adorned with personalized ornaments for each family member and the gift basket. Thank You Judith for opening up you space to my family and for the thoughtful gifts. Highly recommended!

We were a group of eight for most of our time here!! This home is very roomy! We would definitely come back again. Thank you so much Judith and Marco!!!! And a big Thank you to Mauricio and Marcela our house concierge’s who were available anytime of day. Very helpful with any questions we had and anything we needed. Beautiful walking area in the middle of the palm treed street. Walk to beach, convenience store, pharmacy, medical clinic, some restaurants. Always a breeze from the ocean. Rent bikes, trail to Bucerias. Oh and pack light, bring lots of bathing suits. Weather is nice and warm always. Sprinkled one day for 5 minutes in the 3 months. Enjoy!!

comfortable quiet insurance

This house was super spacious and beautiful! The private beach entrance was walking distance. There isn’t much on the beach so don’t expect any vendors or other entertainment. However, if you drive around 5 minutes to Bucerias there’s a lot of things to do on the beach. The house itself is located in a really nice neighborhood with plenty to do a along as you have a car and money to spend. If you drive out of the community there’s a lot of cheaper options. Communication was great but be aware that there are a few cameras inside the house that are on 24/7. We were told they only capture very specific areas but it was still odd knowing they were on. Overall it was a beautiful home and fit many people comfortably.

Excellent every location, everything to spend a family a pleasant stay

Everything was great. Beautiful house and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed another day but had other stuffed already planed. Make sure you have everything when you go to the beach as the area is catered mostly to guest staying in the hotels. Good thing the homeowner did provided chairs small cooler and shade umbrellas.

Judith's house is increíble for families looking to stay outside the resorts but still enjoy an amazing location and amenities. We used the backyard pool every day and there is also a community pool but we didn't use it. The beach is 2 blocks away, there are 2 major grocery stores a 7 min drive away, Buerias is 10, and tons of restaurants and other things available in a 10 min radius (public beaches, mall, restaurants, etc) PV is HOT but every room has amazing AC, including the main common area in the first floor so we were really comfortable. Definitely will come back

This property is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Plenty of linens and towels to service our needs. The patio and pool area was great for afternoon sun and dips. Access to the beach and beach club which had great food and service was a nice added touch. You do however have to reserve at least 24 hrs in advance as they have cruise ship passengers who will book a day at the beach when in port and can be quite busy at times. Having beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler was fantastic for trips to the beach. There are lots of restaurants a short taxi ride away or cook your own meals in the well furnished kitchen. Hosts Judith and Marco as well as property manager Lorena were quick to answer any questions and solve any minor issues that arose. Would definitely recommend this property with a 5/5. Thank you Judith and Marco for sharing your property with us for our 2 month stay.

This house was extremely comfortable in a safe private gated area. There was a pingpong table on the rooftop that was fun to play on at sunset. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden by the pool for breakfast. Just keep in mind that it is very difficult to access the beach or you have to walk or pay to go through private property. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 people and we would likely stay here again. Thank you!

The house is identical to the photos. It is a very quiet place, the pool is delicious, the beach that is nearby is very nice. I would definitely stay here again. They answered my questions all the time and we had a great time.

We had a great time, the house is super well located, very spacious and we loved the details / courtesies to celebrate the new year. Hosts were always helpful or communicative, I would definitely recommend this property.

My family has a great time staying at this place. The private neighborhood is super quiet despite all the tourism in the area. There are quite a few fancy restaurants to try out in the country club row and a ton of supermarkets/restaurants just outside the gated community as well. We didn’t actually try the Club Sabal daily rate but we did use their public beach entry gate for free. The beach is super nice with no big rocks in the water. There weren’t a ton of people on the beach either which was pretty nice too. Overall the post is very accurate with regards to house amenities and layout. This house/location is definitely very family friendly! There can be some traffic outside the community at times so definitely plan accordingly. We were able to visit Puerto Vallarta a couple times and were able to make the trip in less than 40 minutes from here. I would definitely return again at some point in the future!

The place was exactly like the pictures and bigger than expected. The location was great. The house had everything we needed except a grill but we opted not to grill instead used the stove. The wifi worked great and loved that all the rooms had ac and TV with cable. Short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome it’s about a 15-20 min flight from the airport. It’s in a gated region of the beach area and within that is another gated entrance to this specific home. The home was a described and is very beautiful. The pool is awesome and each room has an ac unit. No issues and communication was amazing between the host. Would recommend.

Marco’s house was beautiful just like the pictures! The house was big and clean and we were given some free juices and peanuts from the host for when we arrived so thoughtful! The living room’s AC was not working and it got pretty hot during the day but at night it was fine. I was told the broken piece was ordered so it might be ready for the next group.

Everything is incredible! No words, the cleanliness, the attention from the hosts, the house in perfect condition, the pool is wonderful, the location is excellent! My family and I had a very comfortable stay and felt right at home. There's a beach club nearby called MozzaMare, and it's super cool! (A bit pricey but worth the cost.) We hope to be back soon.👌🏻

Fun place to stay in between everything if you are driving all over

The home was clean and very comfortable! It is located in a gated community on the main resort road in Nueva Vallarta. It was in a great location we were familiar with so getting around was very easy. You can walk to the beach, but most other treks require a cab. Moni met us for check in and was very responsive to questions and concerns we had. She was very kind and gave us a great tour at check in. The hot water heater was a bit of a challenge and required repair. Moni was on top of it and took very good care of us, communicating the whole time. Thank you Moni!

Everything is very good, the house is very large and pleasant for families, the location is very good for those who want the beach. A car is necessary for getting to any shopping mall or for going out. Some small things in the house didn't work, but they were fixed very quickly. Everything is great; you feel right at home.
