Incredible views! Watching the sunset from the balcony on the 2nd floor was the highlight every evening. Tons of great restaurants around and a lot of trails to beaches nearby that are less crowded. If you go in the rainy season I would get a 4x4 if you rent a car ..or plan on getting an ATV with 4x4 it's pretty steep getting to the house...but totally worth to get those incredible views!

The house was perfect. The ocean views were incredible and the layout was thoughtfully designed. The host and her team were beyond accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Villa Violeta was absolutely perfect for my friends and I. We were a group of 7, and there were plenty of spaces for communal activities as well as large enough for privacy. It will be a workout getting luggage into the home with the set of stairs, and it will be absolutely worth it! The home had everything that we needed and more! Their concierge services allowed us to have a stress-free trip as we reserved airport transportation, golf carts, and a private chef through them. We were taken away by the delicious meal and tablescape that Chef Nuri prepared for us for Dia de Los Muertos. Things to know: - DO get the golf carts, as it is at the top of a beautiful hill - There is daily cleaning of the home, except on Sundays - The home has AC on the floor with bedrooms. No AC on the kitchen/main living room floor, but we were totally okay! I would definitely love to stay here again. Huge thanks to the Villa Violeta team for all of your help!

It's difficult because much of our complications didn't have to necessarily do with the house itself. We loved the house. It was extremely difficult to get to and from town even when purchasing a golf cart, to which depending on the size of your group, we would definitely would get more than one cart because it was hard getting a lot of people up and down the mountain and charging the cart was a problem. I killed a very large cockroach that was on the very high ceiling of our bathroom but I had to spray chemicals all over to get it down. Also killed a large black scorpion in the master bedroom. Again, not necessarily the houses fault because you're literally almost in the woods up there so it made sense. The cleaning lady that was there every day was super kind and helpful. We had massage therapist come up to the house twice which was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the house but would probably stay closer to town next time.

The house is very, very nice, large with everything you need, and more, a place to rest from the excess of people in Sayulita, it is very clean. Sandra, Lina's representative, is a super good host. The house is far from downtown, since it is on a hill. It is advisable to rent the golf cart, but having a private pool gives it a plus. Thank you

Our family of 8 both young and old, all found this property to have everything we needed and could ever want. The communication with the hosts was immediate and always friendly. The heated pool and breathtaking views could not be beat. Our family had a seamless stay! Thank you ❤️

We had an incredible stay at Villa Violeta. The view will be engrained in our memory forever. The architecture and style of the furnishings in the home were modern but comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a perfect temperature. It was amazing to spend time in that sort of luxury.

8 of us stayed here for a wedding in sayulita. The house was gorgeous located at the top of the hill. Only thing I could recommend would be to opt in for the upgraded golf carts to manage the hill better or get a UTV. Views were incredible. The host was there waiting for us when we arrived from PVR airport with the driver she had set up for us which was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The six of us had a spectacular week. Really a special place with every need in the kitchen, poolside met. A gorgeous beach minutes away by golf cart.

Lina place was beautiful and clean. The housekeeping every day makes you feel luxurious. Lina communicated very well and was helpful with everything we needed.

We had a great stay! The house is perfection and the gardens surrounding the home are as well. The drive to and from the main are of the town is very steep but the views make it worth it

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Villa Violeta. I have 0 complaints. Lina was so helpful. The staff was amazing. Having cleaning service everyday gave that hotel feel Airbnb’s are missing. The water gets hot. C, for Caliente…not C for Cold in the showers. I would stay here a million times again. So safe. So private. If I ever come back to Sayulita this is definitely where I’ll be staying. The pictures do this property no justice it’s far more beautiful in person. I was simply in awe.

Villa Violeta was amazing. The views are to die for. The cleaning crew were great and made the house spotless. We would recommend this house 1000%. My wife and 4 kids stayed there, and we all loved our experience.

The property was not only better in person but probably one of the best houses in Mexico I've rented especially in Sayulita! The staff was kind, helpful and very accommodating with anything and everything we needed. I will be back, this is now my go-to home to rent in Sayulita! Thank you for an incredible birthday experience :) Me and my friends will never forget it.

Our trip to Sayulita couldn’t have been more perfect! Lina and Esteban were super hosts with great communication before and during our stay. They were very responsive and helped us with a few issues that we had. The house was perfect. Even better than the photos. Betty, the daily housekeeper was amazing! We loved having our beds made, and fresh towels . The kids played in the pool for hours ! Having the golf cart to get down to the plaza and the beach was so fun and definitely a must. The house is at the top of a steep hill with the most amazing views. We will be back!!

Absolutely amazing! The home is even better than the photos, we would love to stay here again. Lina and Dora were extremely helpful and informative, even arranging for airport transport and golf cart rentals. The location in the hills was perfect, it was private but a quick cart ride to town to enjoy the restaurants, beach, market and excitement.

I stayed at the villa with 5 girlfriends and it was absolutely perfect for us. The view is amazing, house was gorgeous, so many awesome spaces to relax and catch up in. Having a cleaning service everyday made this place feel above and beyond. Would 100% stay here again! Probably my best Airbnb experience yet!

The house and its sunset views were stunning. It was a quiet oasis - but a quick golf cart trip - away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita. Lina and Dora were both extremely communicative and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at Villa Violeta again!!!

Everything was great. Only. The street is very dangerous to climb and descend. It's the only bad thing it has. But the house is there. Very nice and comfortable And a spectacular view

Villa Violeta is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It has a perfect location- about 5 minute golf cart ride from town and into the hills. I was also happy to see that the house is more beautiful than the pictures. The house manager was responsive whenever I had a question and there were several other employees that helped to upkeep the house while we were there (cleaning lady, pool cleaner, gardener). I will definitely be coming back to villa Violeta on my next stay in sayulita!

Lina was responsive, attentive, and helpful. She answered all our questions prior to booking, and made herself available to assist with booking activities and transportation, while providing recommendations. Although difficult to locate at first, the property itself was incredible. You are greeted with staff to show you around & answer any questions to may have. Sitting on top of a hill, you’re surrounded by panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The architecture is eye-catching, with a beautiful, yet minimal and natural interior finish. Each space is curated to provide space, comfort, and tranquility. The bedrooms are very comfortable and private. The second level is extremely spacious for gatherings, while the third provides the highest view point and perfect for a morning coffee. The pool was warm, relaxing, and enjoyable. Additionally, the property is secure and private. As a bonus, daily housekeeping was provided. We highly recommended staying here when visiting Sayulita.
