Nice place; the staff on site were very friendly; our 3 medium-sized dogs were happy and safe; the kitchen is well-equipped, it has everything you need, just like being at home. The terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge chairs is very comfortable. Andres' attention was exceptional.

My family and I had an amazing time. The cabin is so cozy, with spaces for all of us to spend time together and also enjoy private moments. Our dogs had a great time; they ended up super tired from running around in the garden so much. The facilities are impeccable, and it's close to downtown. We loved it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice cabin and the garden is beautiful 😍 we were very comfortable, we would definitely come back, we had a problem with the arrival, because we could not contact the phones, but Andrés was always attentive and helped us get there and Uriel the caretaker was very attentive, I highly recommend it, also my pets 2 dogs, they were very happy.

An excellent place to relax, very cozy. I took a family trip to spend New Year's Eve and this place was great! The cabin matches the description, it has everything you need in the kitchen and cleaning supplies, the terrace and garden are very nice and spacious where we spent a pleasant time chatting and playing since they have several board games. Communication is good and clear with Andrés; he was attentive and had a nice touch with a gift. Uriel, the caretaker of the cabin, was always attentive. I would definitely come back, and I recommend it.

The cabin is very comfortable, cozy. A beautiful and spacious garden, very well kept. We were late leaving and decided to go to lunch and get to know the town first (it was before the accommodation) and we arrived at night and Andrés was very kind and flexible for the late arrival. Impeccable bathrooms and kitchen. The house has everything you need to arrive with your ingredients to prepare your dishes. It has napkins, spice racks, dishes and pots of all kinds, it has a washer and dryer. Appliances and coffee maker (bring your coffee or capsules) bathrooms all with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. Bring your toothpaste. It also has towels for each person. It includes dish soap and fibers as well as kitchen towels, which is wonderful because we forgot them. The beds are very comfortable and in general we had a wonderful time. Very attentive staff. The location was very good, we loved the house, we were 14 people and 2 dogs and we fitted perfect, all happy, you feel at home, the caretakers are always on the lookout, 100% recommended, we will definitely return.

Use the place to do nature connection activities with a group of 8 people. The location helped me to get to a waterfall quickly and the garden was very green and abundant. We were able to walk barefoot and relax. The house has wood on all sides, very cozy. My students are very happy. The fridge is normal for a family, but for 14 people I think it's tight and there are no toppers to make space efficient and store food. Very quick service by message, it was minimal to get everything to my liking. The event was wonderful and I will definitely hire again for my next event. Thank you Andrés for contributing such a nice place to make dreams come true.

We had a great time. The chalet is perfect and they have it impeccable. The place is beautiful. We don't have any complaints. Highly compliments.

The Chalet is beautifully preserved. Super clean when we arrive. Very easy to locate with the prior directions sent by the Host. The garden is beautiful to contemplate and relax in. There is a very cute wooden swing that has fun with chichos and big ones. In general, everything is good. Smooth communication. We went Monday through Wednesday. The people who take care of the place were suddenly a little late in answering the phone, but when they were already communicating with what we were asking for or asking for. The gas from the stove did not explain how the key was and on the 1st night we took dinner because they didn't turn on the stove and it took a while Uriel and Libya, but when everything went it was fixed. As a point of improvement, they could already have FIREWOOD ready for the fireplace, to avoid having to look for it. And if you go during the rainy season, then there's nowhere to find it easily. I would definitely return again in a season that does not rain so much to be able to enjoy the garden more. It was a quiet, enjoyable stay.

Excellent Chalet for spending very comfortable days, very decorated according to the construction, very equipped and very careful, SUPER CLEAN and TIDY, very nice and spacious garden that you enjoy a lot, very close to the commercial avenue of Avándaro for shopping for food, very good service, they are on the lookout for what you need Andres, Ulises and Libya. For a setback we did not arrive at the time and kindly waited until almost midnight to receive us.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD , ANDRES WAS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR HOW WE WERE LIKE LIBYA AND URIEL WHO TAKE CARE OF THE CABIN , ANDRES GAVE US A GIFT ( 2 VERY RICH DESSERTS) FOR CHRISTMAS REASONS, THE LOCATION IS PERFECT VERY CLOSE TO THE CENTER OF AVANDARO WHERE YOU CAN ACQUIRE EVERYTHING. AND THE PLACE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL, AS AN ADDITIONAL COMMENT MY GRANDDAUGHTER LEFT SOME TOYS AND THEY IMMEDIATELY REPORTED IT TO ME AND SENT THEM BY PACKAGE TO MY HOME, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR ATTENTION!!

A great experience, the house has everything you need, a very spacious and well-kept garden, ideal for large families with small children, extraordinary communication with Andres from the beginning and the attention of Uriel and his wife during the stay was first, we will definitely return. The garden is not designed to play soccer or other sports, as well as they take care of it a lot, but it is understandable since it is in perfect condition.

The Chalet is spectacular, it is a very spacious cabin, large spaces, super equipped to prepare any type of food including the Fondue ;) Everything was very clean, communication with Andrés was always quick, very easy to talk to him and when we needed things, he always responded instantly, the garden was always responsive, the garden is spectacular, full of fruits, all kinds of plants, roses, lavender, amazing!!! children really enjoyed all that space and you can see the lake, the location is very good, the location is very good, that very quiet area for hiking with children, that on weekends Don Alex passes for horseback riding which we enjoyed very much. It is an excellent option and the house has a very special vibe, I highly recommend it, thank you for everything :)

The house is incredible!!, it feels a lot of peace and quiet. It has all the amenities and the garden, which is beautiful and how big it is. Also a plus, at night while we were on the terrace the smell of trees and plants, we were amazed. Very attentive all the time, and good location, you can see the lake of the house.

Being 8 was very good because each couple had their own room if they are looking for privacy with coexistence. We are happy to be back!
