An excellent Airbnb to stay at; I highly recommend it. It is very clean and safe, and the condo staff is very friendly. There is direct communication with the host, the pool is clean, and you can have a good time indoors. If you go for a walk and check out the nearby restaurants, you will love them. Excellent place and service; my family and I would definitely stay here again. 😀👍

This place had alot of highlights. The views are fantastic and we enjoyed daily whale and bird shows. The pool is huge and clean, and the grounds are lovely. We had zero worries about security and the beaches/town in Punta Mita felt very safe and relaxed. The bedrooms were wonderful as the A/C we ran at night was ultra quiet and the beds were very comfortable - good sleeps! The kitchen is fairly well equipped and we managed to cook a fair bit at the condo. The Nespresso machine was well appreciated! It was a short 10 minute drive to daily surfs at la Lancha and Burros, and a 25 minute drive into Sayulita. We didn't use the upper balcony as the seating options weren't very comfortable. A few fans/lights don't work - it's definitely an older building and the unit is showing a bit of wear. Overall it was a great place to stay, and Fernando was very responsive to any questions I had.

Fernando was so willing and helpful. We loved staying in his condo and felt it fit us perfectly. Punta de mita is a nice little town and walkable from the condo. The pool and grounds of the condo are beautiful. There’s two grocery stores just across the street. The ocean is great there. We watched humpback whales from the balcony. Many restaurants a walk away.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Fernando's place. Pros: Great value, spectacular location, wonderful pool, clean space, good neighbors and community. Cons: Some light maintenance work like painting and refurbishing the tiles in the bathrooms would go a long way to making the place feel a little nicer. Also, the passwords to the door entry and wifi need to be updated from what is posted on Airbnb, though Fernando was responsive when we had these hiccups. Overall, one of the best values in the area, and would recommend.

We had a great stay at faro de mita. Fernando is a very responsive host. Close to restaurants, groceries and beaches.

We had a wonderful stay in Faro de Mita. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. Everyday we enjoyed the stunning views from the patio, especially the sunrises. The grounds were very clean and well groomed. We always felt safe on and off the property during the day and evening. The location was great. We loved that we could easily walk to upscale restaurants, but we could also enjoy seeing how the locals live. If you want authentic Mexican food on the street, we recommend Theresa’s Tacos and Dulce Churros. The beach in front of the condo is rocky, but if you like beachcombing, you can find sea glass, pieces of tiles and seashells. If you like soft powder sand it’s worth walking a few kilometers at low tide or driving to beaches nearby. We really enjoyed Playa la Lancha (more secluded) and Playa Destiladeras (busier, and has a restaurant by the beach). The condo had two beach chairs we brought with us when needed.

Stunning views, spacious, clean, and comfortable!

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo over the winter break. The view of the bay was amazing - we saw humpback whales every day! The pool is huge and family friendly, and the private access to El Anclote beach is great for surfers and beachgoers. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and short strolls to the many excellent restaurants on Ave El Anclote and the surrounding neighborhood. The condo had plenty of room for us to relax comfortably. Fernando was a great host - helpful and responsive.

Had the best time at Fernando’s condo. We love La Pescadora for fresh fish- ask for Henry he’s an amazingly fun waiter! We loved La Rustica for wood fire oven pizza! We loved Mina for authentic Mexican food! Loved El Cafecito for daily breakfast! All of these places within a block and on the beach. We felt super safe and comfortable.

Amazing view and great spaces! We loved the nano-wall that opened up onto the large deck. The condo is well stocked - a reminder to bring your own shampoo. The location is very walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. The pool is fantastic, very large with a wading area for kids. A quiet location, we had a wonderful stay here and would return. Fernando was a fantastic host and I would recommend his beautiful condo!

This was our second time staying at Faro de Mita. We love this complex so much. Fernando was a great host. He communicated well and answered any questions we had during our month long stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and Mr. Fernando is an excellent host, the beach is amazing, and very quiet, there are delicious restaurants very close by.

Highly Recommend this unit for an easy, relaxing and fun family get away. Fernando provides everything you need, even dishes for kids. The pool is awesome and beach access just a few steps away. Walking distance to really good restaurants and shopping. And the view can’t be beat! Great communication and recommendations from restaurants to excursions. Doormen at the gate were super helpful and nice too. We look forward to visiting again!

The place is much nicer than shown in the photos. It is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, the facilities are nice and well maintained. Ocean view and a large pool. Close to major restaurants and service stores. And we were in constant communication with the host.

Fabulous location and a well kept complex.

Fernando’s place could not be better. The view is incredible, the location is perfect, and the home is so comfortable with everything you need. The entire wall of windows opens up to the 2-story patio so you get to experience true indoor/outdoor living, it’s heavenly!

We had a wonderful trip. I have stayed in this complex before and this property is by far the best. The place is much larger and more beautiful in person. We were very very comfortable and enjoyed every minute. We are planning to come back in December.

Great view and location.

Enjoyed a beautiful week here. Fernando was attentive if needed. They had a pack n play and high chair which was a big plus!

Fernando's place is picture perfect! The view is spectacular as are the grounds and pool of the condo. The neighbors are so friendly and welcoming, especially with our 5 year old kiddos. The condo is in a perfect location---walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and surf breaks. The secure parking was a great bonus. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time there. We would definitely go back!

Fernando's place is fantastic! Excellent location, huge space with great finishings. Fully stocked kitchen with everything that you need to prepare meals at home. It's basically right on the beach in front of the surf break, and close to many good restaurants and grocery stores. Fernando made everything around check in/check out super easy. My friends and I had a great time and will be looking to stay here again in the future!

We came to Punta de Mita to surf and if that is your intention this condo is ideally located. Couldn’t have been better. Many good breaks within walking distance or a short drive. There is a surf shop right around the corner and upstairs. Highly recommend it for rentals. The beach directly in front of the condo is rocky. If you plan on taking young children to the beach they might not find it as fun. The pool at the condo is gorgeous. The view from Fernando’s condo is stunning. Honestly the pictures posted do not do it justice. The condo is really lovely and brighter inside than I expected. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, sharp knives, etc. The washing machine, dryer and dishwasher run great. Fernando provides filtered water. The laundry room is a great place to store beach things. There are a few mini marts on the street but they have a limited selection and it’s a bit pricey. I would recommend a stop at La Comer before your arrival if you come from the airport for a big grocery run. They have a limited selection and it’s a bit pricey. I highly recommend Sandra for a massage. She’s right next to the surf shop. Check in process was simple. If we came back I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

We were very comfortable, Fernando was very attentive to our questions, always giving a very quick response and facilities for the arrival, the The apartment is the same as it appears in the Publicación. We were looking for a quiet place, where there were not many people, due to Covid. Very well located, small supermarket with a very good assortment very close by and also close to the restaurants of Punta Mita. The quality of the internet can be improved.

We had an amazing time staying at Fernando’s! We came down for two weeks and worked “from home” which was great! This is a perfect spot for anyone looking to stay in Punta Mita - very close to everything you need! Fernando is a great host, very helpful with local tips and super responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

Great spot, easy to walk to everything in the quaint town of Punta ❤️Mita. We got lucky and were able to go to the local Carnival night, and the wave El Anclote is an easy walk.

Fernandos place is great. Very clean, easy checkin and has great amenities. The pool is amazing, and you right across the street from a great surf break. The entire town is walkable and has many wonderful food options, a grocery store, and pharmacy All a couple minutes away. Highly recommend.

Great location and amazing view! Good to know and not mentioned in the description, there’s a laundry room in the apartment. There’s also a Nespresso machine and an orange juice extractor (in case you stop by the grocery store before getting there)! Very friendly people around. We would go back!!!

Beautiful and clean place with a great pool and central to everything! Gorgeous views! Only cons are there were no screens on doors and windows and no dispenser for the large bottles of water for sale downstairs.
