The property was amazing and really enjoyable. They had great customer service and was very fast to respond. The house is beutifull and they were very nice with accommodating whatever we needed. Our family loved it!

Palmanegra was a beautiful stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. Easily accommodated 11 women in comfort and met all our needs. It was in guarded community and was safe to walk the neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again! The only thing that could have been better is the concierge that was listed. It was almost impossible to get an answer from them. It took 2+ weeks to get a response when planning the trip, so they ended up being not useful at all. Everything else was as advertised and we would still stay here again. Thanks Juan!

Great place for a big group. The backyard gets no sun, but other than that it is perfect!

My family of six loved this house. It’s in a great location, it felt very safe, the house was beautiful and we loved the daily cleaning by Juana. The only thing was that we wish we could have used the pool - it was too cold to use in December. Other than that, definitely worth the money and loved our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The host’s communication was top-notch, and the services were beyond great. Their concierge helped us plan a private chef experience, and they even arranged fun extras like getting a piñata for our group. The place itself was spotless, felt super safe, and was just perfect for a group getaway. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!

Juan’s house was exactly as described, pictures does not do this place justice. Very quiet community, not far from a few restaurants and with the address Juan provided we had zero issues with our driver finding it. My friends and I loved this place and will definitely be back! Thanks Juan 🫶🏽

I booked this place for my bachelorette party. It was 12 of us there. So much room and space for everyone. The outside was so nice in the back with the pool and cute. The front and home itself felt very protected and secure. Inside the home was just modern & beautiful. Juan was responsive and helpful. He works with a concierge group that helped to coordinate all activities mt Maid of honor planned! Some of the amazing activities booked through them we would rec are private transportation vans for airport and all activities, they did balloons/decor before your arrival, private chef dinner 1 night, Marg bar and bartender one day at airbnb, visited a cenote, and booked a yacht day our final day w food and beverages provided! Ahhh it was so amazing and fun. All of us had the best time!

Amazing place to celebrate my 30th bday! Juan and the concierge service were super helpful and our maid was incredible. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave!
