An extra twin bed can be added to Bedroom 5 to accommodate up to 16 people. (This option is available only if your group exceeds 15 guests and incurs an additional charge.)
The sofa is as wide as a twin bed and very long, providing extra sleeping space for up to 17 guests.

- Storage Unit: There is a locked storage area within the villa reserved for the maid’s cleaning supplies, which is not accessible to guests.
- Side Door: Besides the main entrance, the villa has a side door that remains locked and is used solely by the maid for service purposes.

Palmanegra was a beautiful stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. Easily accommodated 11 women in comfort and met all our needs. It was in guarded community and was safe to walk the neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again! The only thing that could have been better is the concierge that was listed. It was almost impossible to get an answer from them. It took 2+ weeks to get a response when planning the trip, so they ended up being not useful at all. Everything else was as advertised and we would still stay here again. Thanks Juan!

My family of six loved this house. It’s in a great location, it felt very safe, the house was beautiful and we loved the daily cleaning by Juana. The only thing was that we wish we could have used the pool - it was too cold to use in December. Other than that, definitely worth the money and loved our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The host’s communication was top-notch, and the services were beyond great. Their concierge helped us plan a private chef experience, and they even arranged fun extras like getting a piñata for our group. The place itself was spotless, felt super safe, and was just perfect for a group getaway. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!

Juan’s house was exactly as described, pictures does not do this place justice. Very quiet community, not far from a few restaurants and with the address Juan provided we had zero issues with our driver finding it. My friends and I loved this place and will definitely be back! Thanks Juan 🫶🏽
