Had an excellent stay for a cousin's trip. Easily enough space/rooms for everyone. Very responsive to minor issues that arose. Would highly recommend.

Zeida home was perfect for my birthday getaway! It was the right accommodation for my 8 group of guests, airbnb was very spacious and very clean 🧽. House manager was very responsive and proactive and responded to every concern I have. This Airbnb is a must to book when visiting Costa Rica with a large group of people !!!!

We stayed at Casa Crystal from June 16–21, 2026, with a group of 10 guests, and our experience was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. The home was spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The location was excellent, and the views were breathtaking. Our host, Zeida, and our housekeeper, Jorling, were truly extraordinary. They were so welcoming, attentive, and kind that we felt like family throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our trip even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts. I will definitely visit Casa Crystal again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable stay. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We had a large group visiting for a mission trip in San Jose. We were perfectly accommodated at Zeida’s place. Plenty of room for all of us!

Zeida was the best host I have ever had. We had a group of 26 and she was so kind, helpful, and responded very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this pool house in Escazú. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains and city. The pool was definitely the highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Costa Rica. The location was excellent, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions while still feeling private and peaceful. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Escazú, I would highly recommend this pool house. We would happily stay here again!

Zeida's house was amazing! Yorling was amazing and helped keep everything in great shape during our stay. The house was exactly as described and was even nicer than the pictures in the listing! The location is great with many things to see and do within a reasonable drive. I would highly recommend Zeida's house and will plan to book it the next time we are in the area!

I am extremely grateful from start to finish to the host and to Yorling, who welcomed us very warmly and took care of keeping the place clean for the 2 days we were there. The place is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped, and the pool is wonderful, even for a dip in the early morning, as the water is quite warm. We will definitely be back, and I recommend it 100%.

We turned Bachelor’s Heaven into Ladies Castle for our trip. 6 women each having our own bathroom and privacy. Excellent. Views are unbelievable. Host is wonderfully responsive and the staff was the bonus, especially Abner. I would definitely rent here again.

Our stay at Zeida's place was amazing... Zeida was the best Airbnb host I have worked with. She was on every question I had, Zeida not only answered all of my questions, she made helpful tips to make sure we enjoyed Costa Rica. And Jorling our housekeeper was great, 5 star service. When we had a request she was on it immediately! She did everything to help, even helped bringing in groceries... There were 20 people in my group and everyone felt the same about our stay.... Our stay at this Casa Crystal was wonderful, even with the rain throughout our trip. The home was clean, cozy, and just as described. Jorling, the maid, was excellent—she kept everything spotless and made us feel very comfortable. A huge thank you to Abner, the driver recommended by our host. He truly went above and beyond, going out of his comfort zone to help us. Despite the rain, he made sure we had groceries and meals, always with a positive attitude and a willingness to help. I highly recommend using Abner if you stay here—he made a big difference in our experience. The host was also responsive and helpful from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others! --- Let me know if you want to make it more casual or formal!

The other guests and I had a great time at Zeidas. She was very helpful and Yorling the housekeeper was so nice and did a great job keeping up the house. Pool nights were great with the heated pool and view from the patio was beautiful and we brought in the new year overlooking the city and watched the fireworks go up. All in all a great place to stay and worth it. Thanks for the memories and hospitality

Great Host. Responsive. Fabulous Boutique Hotel type yet very Homely. Views of City are really worth. Pool in second floor is really cool. House layout is unique.

I couldn't ask for anything better. My family loved the home. If I ever need a space as beautiful and spacious as this one again, it will be the first place I check. Zeida is incredibly gracious and responsive; she never made me feel like a bother despite my many questions. The housekeeper, Yourling, was wonderful and a pleasure to have around when needed during the day. Like I said, I got so much more than I expected.

Very large and comfortable space that can accommodate large groups. Has a beautiful view and in a good location especially if you have a car. Some of the best areas of Escazú are a few minutes away by car. We even went to a great little butterfly farm/restaurant just 5 mins away. The housekeeper, Jorling, is lovely and so kind and kept the place immaculate.

We loved Casa Cristal! We cannot wait to come back. The picturesque views, warm private pool, and multiple hot tubs were fantastic. More than enough space for large group or family gatherings. Zeida and Jorling were responsive and friendly. Jorling greeted us every morning and ensured the entire place was spotless and sparkling clean! Highly recommend!

This home is 10/10 so beautiful! The host, assistant, and cleaner were very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. The home is exactly as described and bigger than I could have ever imagined!

We took a family trip, a group of 11 to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! Zeida was amazing in her responses, she directed me where to get transportation, and a chef for breakfast! We had traditional Costa Rican meals, and every bite was yummy. The caretaker and housekeeper were helpful with every request we had and the home was always kept clean! Thank you Zeida for having your home available for us to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday!! I plan to definitely return!

We booked Casa Cristal for my mother's 90th birthday celebration. Zeida opened up areas of the home not usually accessible to guests to accommodate my mother's limited mobility. The staff were very responsive to our requests, and the few things that went wrong during our week-long stay were fixed promptly. Johana knew where to shop for the specialty ingredients we were looking for and was very patient with all the late sleepers and early nappers. We felt thoroughly spoiled. Thanks so much for helping to make our celebration special.

We held our zen retreat at Zeida’s place. We had a great chef. But more importantly, we had an excellent fully stocked kitchen available to us the whole time. We felt so privileged to be in that space. It was transformative! The people in the area were very friendly. We found a wonderful driver that made himself available to us the whole time. The views were stunning! And the atmosphere was perfect for a zen retreat. There were lots of spaces throughout the facility for private meditation and prayer. The housekeeper was super pleasant and very capable of keeping my group’s concerns as her highest duty. We would definitely recommend this space to anyone that wants a high-end experience in Costa Rica!

We were a group of 12 people, 6 families stayed in Zeida’s place that had 6 attached bathrooms a pool etc Zeida helped with organizing our trip from the beginning when i booked the place She’s very quick and patient with our questions and gave lot of recommendations and inputs Zeida also found an excellent driver for our excursions and a chef for one of the day About the property itself it had amazing view of sunrise over mountains in the morning with the backdrop of greenery and in the evening it changes to amazing night lights view of San Jose and central valley Housekeeping was great our rooms and kitchen were clean when we got back from day trips everyday I strongly recommend Zeida and her properties for a great trip to Costa Rica

Very good property, the only drawback is that I had workers on site as a housekeeper, which I think interrupts privacy, since if you rent a house you don't know you have to accept other people, however the lady is super good and friendly

Great host! We enjoyed this house a lot. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Everyone in my group had the same feeling, a feeling of being at their home. Raquel helped us a lot. Her service was excellent! We are really happy about our stay in this beautiful house.

This is a lovely large home with an amazing view. We loved the big living space and pool. The rooms have attached bathrooms as described in listing. House is attached with lots of windows so you do see other people come and go. One room is in the courtyard so we had to lock and unlock the home for their access. Overall beds were good and AC’s worked so we will be happy to rent again.

Zeida allowed for a earlier check in which it was very appreciated . Claudia the caretaker of the house was very attentive and super nice . The house is modern . My group was pleased with all the room. The views of the city are excellent . It allows for a very relaxing experience at night . The only thing I could find negative was the mattress in the lower floor bedroom was too soft for my liking but i would definitely recommend Zeida place .

We booked Zeida’s mansion for our 18 person wedding party. Everyone was able to have their own room - the house is HUGE - all of the rooms feature huge windows overlooking the city and had private or semi private bathrooms. There is plenty of space to have some quiet time or to get together for huge meals. The view of the city at night is spectacular and the heated pools were very appreciated during the cooler evenings. Our host, Zeida was instrumental in planning our trip from arranging transportation to and from the airport, suggesting and booking tours (zip line, white water rafting and deep sea fishing), securing our wedding location and even a wedding commissioner. We had chef service twice daily and Reyna the fabulous house keeper looking after us every day. The location is just outside San Jose with local conveniences just a short walk down the hill. Uber knows the location well and is very easy to use if needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place has great views and is extremely clean. Thank you for the great staff and for a delicious breakfast each morning too.

I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. -Zelda the host was awesome. She was very responsive with any needs we had. She made suggestions on things to do, set us up with a great chef to cook one night, and set us up with a driver for a day to do activities in Jaco. -Reyna was there to make sure we had everything we needed at the Airbnb and that it was nice and clean daily. We made a huge mistake about entry into the Airbnb and they were very gracious and forgiving. -The location is outside of San Jose but it is nice and quiet. -The space itself was very spacious and pictures were very accurate.

Zeida is an amazing host who is super responsive and accommodating. The house has so much space and easily can fit three to four families. It has an incredible view of the city and has a great pool on the balcony. I'd recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in Escazu.

Beautiful home and the house staff is amazing. The host is very accommodating, and even helps with scheduling transportation and/or excursions. Zeida makes sure you are taken care of. For large groups, look into hiring a chef, we did and it went well! The heated pool is the cherry on top. 5 stars! Will recommend.

The photos don’t do the house justice. It is truly breathtaking. Zeida helped our group find drivers for our excursions and provided daily cleaning services. She also suggested a chef that came to cook us delicious breakfast. I would def stay here again.

From booking to departure, Zeida was most helpful with planning and communicating ideas and adding suggestions. She was understanding, flexible, patient, and just short of being an angel. The housekeeper was great and very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. The chefs were on-time and amazing also. They provided meals that were delicious and heart filled. Zeida helped to align transportation to the beach and other places. The communication for this trip was simply amazing with everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was one of the best houses I’ve stayed in a while!!

Zeida place was nothing short of a great stay! Our ubers were only like $2-$7 when we didn’t use the driver Zeida recommended which he was also great we made it to all our activities on time and he coordinated everything we needed. The chef Zeida referred us to also made our breakfast for two days on our trip and it was very good. The airbnb is very spacious, clean, and the pictures don’t do it justice it looks better in person.
