It was a five star stay even though when we arrived Craig was finísimo g a leak in the kitchen but he was really attentive and caring. The amenities are exceptional and you will find a lot of vendors just stepping to the beach area just in case you like your time alone; you won’t have that. Resort is beautiful and spacious. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you won’t find anything in the kitchen so take everything you need to cook. Other than that everything is amazing and fair enough close to the main area in town. We definitely recommend it and we are planning already to go back to this place in the future. Ample space for 10 guest and location was great. Very clean and organized. The ocean view was beautiful. It is also very closed to a great steak house with great food. Thanks again.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. Place was clean and as described. They were gracious and view was amazing. With a little effort I would have given it a 5 all around but there is some room for improvement. First and foremost the code to get up to ur floor in the elevator is not always easy. And the front door lock is definitely a MUST IMPROVE! We got locked out multiple times to point where I had to call Craig at 10:30pm to help. The BBQ Grill is a must upgrade. It’s literally on its last leg and needs to be upgraded foresure. And lastly the microwave was not working and we were not told until after we attempted to heat up baby food and I called Craig. He did state that the previous renters had broken it and the part was now on back order. But it would have been nice to have known before we checked in. These are simple and rather easy fixes to make the place worth every penny but for what it cost per night those things should have been addressed and fixed before

Very clean and spacious place for the family. Host was friendly and quick to reply during our stay. Definitely recommend and would stay in the near future.

Ladies' trip was absolutely perfect here! 8 beds, all made, plenty of towels, etc. We were so comfortable. Condo is FABULOUS.

This was our first time at Rocky Point and this was amazing. Our view from the Penthouse view was amazing over looking the water. I would recommend the Penthouse condo if anyone want an ocean view. The property was very clean and all the staff was very friendly. The kids had lots of fun at the beach on jetski and the banana boat and they also went ATV riding down the street from the condo. The Penthouse Condo was 10/10.

Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath condo with a beautiful large patio in building C. Closest building to the beach and the beach pool, Casa Blanca has a total of 4 pools and one of them with a swim up bar. We’ve stayed in several Casa Blanca condos and this penthouse was by far the most beautiful and spacious. We had 9 adults in this trip and fit very comfortably. Casa Blanca is pet friendly as well and near several restaurants and bars within walking distance. I highly recommend you book your next stay here! Wendy and Craig were very thorough and clear on instructions and had great quick response with any of our questions. We did have an issue with the AC unit as we were unaware of the sensors but the hosts got back with us right away. If at all possible I recommend the sensors if set up on a timer give the guests more time to come in and out as we felt the AC would shut off immediately and we would have to reset it way too often. Two of the bedroom suites had their own mini splits.

Fantastic condo with everything you could ask for out of a 12th floor penthouse!! Unbeatable views, space for everyone, and an unbelievable balcony! We never felt guilty for just hanging out in the penthouse!!

Coincidentally, this is our second time staying at this same place. We stayed here four years ago with some friends. Casa Blanca Golf Villas has become our favorite spot. Wendy simply solidified our belief that this place is perhaps one of the best places in Rocky Point. Wendy and her team communicated continuously and was very responsive, which made the process very easy and stress-free for us. We definitely recommend this place.

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. From the gorgeous decor, comfort, and all the little extras, it was AMAZING! Other AirBNB owners need to take notes from this host!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Rocky Point! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony views were absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and right on the beach. The host was very accommodating and even let us stay a little after check out! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This unit is quite simply the nicest condo unit I’ve had in 20 years of traveling. Four bedrooms would easily sleep 10. The kitchen was pristine and had everything we needed, the furniture was new and comfortable, and the king suites were spectacular. And all of this before walking outside to a two-story oceanfront patio

We’ve passed this location many times on our prior stays in Rocky Point and finally stayed here and glad we did! The grounds were extremely spacious and well kept the pools were very clean and we loved the swim up bar and the restaurants were amazing with great service / staff and great food. The check-in process was extremely smooth and easy parking access. This was one of the easiest check-in processes ever because the instructions were very easy. We only had a minor issue when we tried to unlock the door, but Wendy was extremely proactive and opened up the door for us and we fixed the issue ASAP! This rental was very spacious with very large restrooms and a very open floor plan. We especially love the large windows to the patio it made the space feel very open. We will be back for sure! Thank you for our stay.

Love this unit! We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay.. ever roomy and comfortable! We thought it was going to be a little busier.. but still had a blast. And was amazing pet friendly!! My dogs had a blast!!

The suite was perfect for the 8 of us. All had a bedroom to sleep in comfortably and spacious enough for a little get together. We celebrated our parents 50th anniversary with family and it was perfect. The fact that it is pet friendly made it possible for us to bring our fur baby as well. The view from the balcony is amazing and will definitely be trying to book again in the future.

Great view, and plenty of room for our party of 10 to spread out. The patio was huge and was our favorite place to lounge in the evenings. Overall great stay, would stay here again!

The unit itself was very nice. Clean, well furnished, stocked with linens, and great patio. The community grounds are still under construction so it’ll be much nicer in the future but the pool bar was nice and also a bonus that they will serve you food at it. The beach is a little further then other resorts in the area but this unit is one of the closest. Overall a good stay and worth it for the size of the unit

My family and I enjoyed our time at Bella Sirena. The place was spacious and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. We also have 2 small children and having an extra little loft/room was so helpful as we used it as a playroom. The amenities were great especially having a variety of pools to choose from. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad and we went multiple times a day since the water was so warm and the kids loved playing in the sand. We loved our stay!

Beautiful place to stay very relaxing. Host very responsive. Had the dry law weekend with elections but very calm and no one bothered us at all. Would definitely go back.

The place was beautiful and huge! Fit 10 adults and 1 toddler perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host. Make sure to bring your own trash bags and paper towels etc but that didn’t bother us we just went and got some! I only gave 4 stars for the location because it’s a bit of a walk down to the beach and my family brings a lot of beach stuff, but if yours doesn’t then it’s perfect. There is also quite a bit of coral on the beach even at high tide which was only a bummer because of our toddler, bring some water shoes and it’s no problem. Overall 10/10!

Great unit. Spectacular view with expansive outdoor covered patio. The pool was clean and fun. Poolside bar and restaurant were great. We would stay in the unit again, overall it was a great stay.

The condo unit is lovely with breathtaking views. Plenty of room for everyone and as a group of friends, we all loved it. We were able to work during the day and go out in the afternoon and evening.

Place is really nice and big! The only thing was the elevator wasn’t working and with kids and grandma it’s wasn’t easy to go up and down 😐

The view on unit is stunning! The place can easily accommodate 10 people. We enjoyed our stay and everything Bella Serena offers.

Better than the pictures can depict! The hosts were amazing, left a list of things to do, beach supplies for the family, and helped when we were in need. I will be coming back and staying here every time I visit going forward!

What a great stay! The property and the condo are absolutely beautiful! We were provided with everything we needed. In addition to the amazing view, the balcony is so large, it more than accomodated the 7 of us. The couple questions I had were answered immediately by Wendy and Craig. They are super friendly and such gracious hosts! I have stayed in several properties in Puerto Penasco, and by far, this is my favorite!
