The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it very convenient for us. The host was very kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Very demanding since check-in

Loved our stay in this house. It is surrounded by lots of trees which lets in a lot of breeze. The rooms had lots of storage and the bathroom is spacious. The access to the beach is very easy and we found it the best to take a swim. If you walk down the road 15 minutes you can find restaurants and bigger waves for surfing.

A great place to stay and an easy walk to beautiful beaches. Clean space and a nice kitchen to cook in. Night watchman made us feel safe and secure during our stay. We will definitely stay again!

Very nice place with a very responsive host! Only drawback was that it was a bit of a walk to get most places. Very manageable though.

Margarita's place was excellent. We visited it with my family and the conditions of the place are exactly as shown in the ad, access to the beach is very close, just a few steps away, and it was very easy to get there.

We had a lovely stay at Margarita's. The location in relation to the sea was perfect. If you are on foot, the nearest grocery store is about a 1 km walk. The neighborhood is quiet because we were a bit far from all the hostels. The restaurant La Perla opposite is very good and the owners are the guardians of the Airbnb. They are very friendly if you take the time to talk to them. We enjoyed our stay very much. Namely, there is still shade in front of the accommodation, which is good during the hot period.

The place was absolutely great and in a perfect location. Margarita was easy to reach and the place was clean and well taken care of. Loved our time there!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were super attentive and helpful the entire time — it really made a difference. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better. If I ever come back, I’d 100% stay here again without even thinking twice.

The place was very nicely decorated and super clean. The beach was perfect to walk right behind the house. Check-in and communication worked smoothly and fixed minor issues right away. The bedrooms have a very good AC which was very pleasant with the warm temperatures.

I felt very comfortable in the Salitre. I was even allowed to put my belongings in the fridge before checking in. The house is spacious, well furnished and has everything you need. It is only a 2-minute walk to the beach. I thought it was great that I was able to bring my small dog easily. The managers take care of them warmly. Overall, I felt very comfortable in the house. I'd love to come back to Salitre...

The accommodation is very comfortable and functional, has a place to leave the car, and the house meets the mission. Maybe, it would be good for a thermal issue, to place glass in the windows in the room, since it never manages to be cool, and that on very hot days becomes complicated for those who are not so used to those temperatures. Removing that, the house is very nice, practical and comfortable.

Beautiful home and the beach is beautiful. There are many useful items and Margarita is flexible and professional. We will come again! Looking forward to it

Loved our stay. Very peaceful and calm. Close to beach and world class waves. Far enough from the craziness at Popoyo and Colorados, but still in walking distance to surf. Easy access with the new roads being built. Recommend shopping for groceries before arriving, and be prepared for intermittent power outages (which are normal here). A great place, highly recommend. Also, La Perla Restaurant is right across the road, great food, friendly people and very helpful.

We had a great time at this Airbnb right next to one of the best beaches I have ever visited! The owners of the Pub right next to the Stay took care very well, a Lock was brocken and they fixed it right away. Thanks for having us!

Margarita's place is a great spot for exploring nearby Popoya surf and comfortable enough to settle in with a book in the hammock after. Very close to a nearly empty beach nearby, and a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest surf breaks. Be sure to catch the fruit/veg truck when it goes by otherwise the nearby market has the essentials.

The house is very well located (next to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the market as well as restaurants) and it is a very good option for a relaxing getaway in Popoyo! Margarita is very responsive and kind! I recommend if you ever are in the area and you want a little luxury that's not too expensive.

We stayed here for over a week and had an incredible time. The main purpose for our trip was to surf. The area is very rural and peaceful. We absolutely loved the house and had no complaints. The hosts were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind! We recommend going to the restaurant La Perla for dinner, it’s right across the street! You will definitely want to rent moto bikes or a car tho bc it’s not close to much. WiFi and power isn’t stable, but to have it at all is a luxury in Nicaragua!!! Disconnect and enjoy the beautiful area

Apart from a lot of ants in the bathroom, this house is perfect. A 2-minute walk to a very quiet beach and 15 minutes to the grocery store.

Everything you need to spend a vacation in Nicaragua. Well stocked with utensils, Mariana is super available for anything, very close to the beach and amenities. I had a great month 🤩

Super comfy little place 2 minute walk to the beach. Very easy to get to, secure parking, lots of space

The space is very peaceful to relax. There are bars, restaurants, and a minisuper nearby. Everything you need in case you needed something to cook or if you don't want to cook completely. Guasacate Beach is one of my favorites because it's huge and quiet. Most of the time it is with very few people and you can enjoy it in a quiet atmosphere.

This place is exactly what I was looking for. All the kitchen necessities to make any meal. Close to the beach and walkable to the surf breaks if you want to. I would recommend a vehicle for the town of Popoyo in general, as all things are spread out. Funky house with a nice finishes. Great place!

We have been at this place already second time after four years.. Nice place, clean, modern, comfy, good care. Close to the beach, this is everything you need.

The accommodation is great. Very special and a small oasis, 2 minutes walk from the beach. We felt very comfortable. The check-in and check-out were flexible, which we are very grateful for. The only thing that could be improved is the garden as it is very dry and sad. We would always book the Airbnb again and recommend it.

The property is exactly as described here. The Wi-Fi got disconnected, we requested it back and they immediately assisted us, same happened with the soap. The person in charge was super friendly and helpful. We recommend this place and we would definitely come back!
