Everything is very nice, close to the beach. You can easily get there on foot, and the house is very spacious.

Just wanted to say that place was spotless. It was beautiful everything you want in a vacation. I spent my 48th birthday there me and my friends. The house is amazing. It was clean spotless everything you asked for you. Got it great instructions if you wanted to cook you had all your lines that you needed. It’s a 10 out of 10.

The place is beautiful, private, quiet, very comfortable and super well equipped. By car, you can quickly reach the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. We had a great time. I'd love to go back!

The house is located in a very quiet condominium. It has an excellent layout, is spacious, and is very well equipped. It is ideal for families. We will definitely be back.

Cozy, comfortable, and spacious place

Amazing house! The space was very private and comfortable. All the bedrooms were cozy, super comfortable beds! Very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and it felt like home. The pool is perfect. Beach is a quick walk from the house. Overall we had an amazing experience. The host is very responsive and helped us with everything we needed :) would definitely recommend.

Very good design and well maintained home. With a good pool, space for 3 cars (1 inside, 2 outside), quiet neighborhood, stores and restaurants nearby, located in a gated community. The living room, dinning room and kitchen are integrated, and make a great space to share with the friends of family ocupying the house. Scott was always responsive and helpful

The house is perfect. We were 5 IT friends that wanted to have a whole week of remote working from the beach and this place was just perfect for us. The house is very clean and organized, the pool is kept clean, and the internet connection is fast enough to handle 5 people working at the same time. The responses from the hosts are almost immediate, this is very rare in the Airbnb universe, so we were very thankful for that. In summary, we would definitely return here in the future.

Excellent place! The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. We loved the privacy it offers, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. Additionally, it’s in a very strategic location, which made getting around the area super easy. Highly recommended!

Excellent place, very comfortable and tidy

The house was great for our family and a couple of friends. There were stray cats outside, but they didn’t bother us. The a/c in the rooms cooled nicely. It gets warm in the living area and kitchen, but the available fans helped a lot. Loved the pool. Would definitely go back.

We spent a few days in this house with our pets and it was an incredible experience! The house is just as shown in the photos, there were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. Villa Macaw was an amazing stay. Right when we pulled up we saw 6 Macaws in the tree in the neighbors house. I felt very safe walking around in the area and the market is a quick walk down the street. also super close to the beach! Right next door you can rent surfboards from Brett's Boards. The place is clean and was perfect for our group!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and would love to return. The entire house is spacious and clean and the pool area is gorgeous. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone to gather together or spread out. It's about a 2 minute walk to the beach and we had the beach mostly to ourselves each day. The area is quiet and peaceful, but only a 20 minute drive to downtown Jaco. If you're lucky, you can release baby sea turtles with Victor Carmona on Playa Bandera, which is just a short drive south.

Wow 🤩. What an amazing house and and wonderful host. We were looking for a very nice house with a private pool and close to the beach. This was absolutely perfect! Everything was so clean and the beds and linens smelled fresh and we felt welcome. There are several restaurants all within 5 minutes walk and the mini-super on the corner had everything we needed. Thank you for hosting us. We will recommend this to our friends and likely come back again! Thank you!

This is a beautiful home in a great location, just 150 meters from the lovely beach at Esterillos Oeste (a walkers' and surfers' beach, not really suitable for swimming). The house has four big, private bedrooms. We thought the fifth bedroom would be suitable, and maybe it would be for kids aged 8-16, but it's not OK for adults as it has two double bunk beds and requires a trek up/down a narrow spiral staircase with 20 steps. There's no bathroom on that floor. All the other rooms (two with balconies, one opening out to the pool on the main level) are very spacious and comfortable. That said, we five adult couples spent 2 delightful days here, enjoying the pool and outdoor seating area with dining table and comfortable chairs. The neighborhood's quiet and friendly, with a few restaurants within 100 meters & a fantastic corner market stocked with many high-quality goods, including a surprising number of imports and vegan foods. We'll return for sure with more guests! Kudos, Jazmin.

The house is amazing, every detail and everything you need for a good stay

The location is awesome: 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and a nice restaurant, 1 min to the nearest shop and a surf school is virtually next door. Nevertheless, it is super quiet and private. The refreshing pool is even bigger than it looks in the photos and the seating outside is very comfortable and plentiful. The house is very modern, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. Ideal for larger groups or 2 to 3 families. However, what should be noted: the stairs are absolutely not childproof! But downstairs there is also a large bedroom with a large king-size and a single bed and bathroom, so the family with smaller children can also sleep downstairs.

We had a great time at Jazmin's place! The house was clean, the pool was really well-maintained, and it was really peaceful.

Very comfortable house

We had a wonderful vacation with our pets and family in this safe, clean and beach-close space. There were many amenities, several games, a fully equipped kitchen and a large pool. The connection of the TV in the main room to the cell phone could be improved to be able to watch Netflix, HBO max and other streaming apps. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this beach Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to extra towels and beach chairs. The property was incredibly private and noise‑free, which made it easy to fully relax. The pool area was so peaceful and perfect for unwinding, and we loved that it was also secure for our 2 dogs, giving us extra peace of mind. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee while watching our kid play at the pool—it truly felt like a private little paradise. It is a spacious house, with a good layout of the rooms. The pool, and the pool area, is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of furniture, a barbecue, and a shower. The condominium is very quiet and safe, with direct access to the main road. In short, the whole family had a great time, we recommend this house and its administrators.

Kevin and Meri were great hosts. Very attentive and responsive to our questions and requests. The rental was ideal, short walk to the beach and village. It was a good stay. The place was clean and very well maintained with a nice pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at this well equipped and spacious accommodation. It has a really good pool and BBQ plus generous outdoor dining facilities, all of which we made good use. We walked to the local restaurants and beach a number of times and we soon adjusted to the occasional truck noise from the nearby trunk road. This was our third stay at this condominium and whilst it is not cheap, all of the properties that we have used have been of a high standard.

This place was beautiful and in the perfect location right next to the beach, a restaurant, and a surf shop. The hosts were very prompt with their communication and very helpful when we had a maintenance issue- they were quick to fix it.

This is a great & safe place to stay in estrillos. 5 min walk to the beach! We saw scarlet macaws, surfers , the beach is soft and endless. Security is onsite and we felt safe. The pool is private! A/C in each room!

Everything was great.

An excellent place to spend a few days relaxing with the family. It 💖 has a fully-equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and even a laundry area if necessary. This was my second time at the house and everything was great, it's important to note that in the area where the house is located, public services are suspended for short periods of time; so be prepared in case it happens. Overall, I love visiting this place💖

Communication was very slow. We didn’t have access to the pool lights, so after 5:00 pm/sunset, we didn’t get to swim in the pool with the lights on and it was pretty dark. We asked daily until we got tired of asking to get the pool lights turned on. We had to wash dishes to use them. They weren’t very clean in the cupboard. Things to know: the macaws will wake you up squawking at 5 am. This is not part of my review of the place, just silently to be aware of. Also the dozens of street dogs bark long into the night. There was a bottle of water on the water dispenser but it was nasty. It should have been removed. Pros: The bedrooms were roomy and nice, and we loved the access to the balcony. The kitchen was big enough. The outside dining area was awesome. Close to the beach, so that was nice. Close to a darling cantina. Please visit there and tell them that the Idaho folks sent you. It’s the one with the big wooden whale.

Very helpful and helpful hosts. They helped us charge the car battery and lower a helicopter that went to our roof. Nothing else we did not feel so close to the beach as to get to on foot and there was a car in the garage but we were not informed that it was going to be and we were scared at first because we thought there was someone else. It would be good to mention that as a recommendation.

Communication was great with our host Kevin! Always responsive and find solution for us right away! Everything you need is in the house, especially if you are planning on cooking, relax & hang out. Steps away from the beach as well, but away enough to get away from the noise for sure. I have been to few other hotels/inns in Jaco, but this area was much calmer and peaceful. Next time, I will stay longer and enjoy more!

We stayed at this AirBnB with 3 families. It is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed to make meals and eat healthy. The pool was perfect for playing volleyball and staying cool. The hosts were very quick to respond and always made things right. We look forward to coming back someday.
