The stay was most enjoyable; the location was perfect for us; the house was in excellent condition; the pool, the living room, the pool table, the lake—everything was excellent. And Antonio, the house manager, and the cleaning staff helped us with everything we needed and were very kind. Just as the other reviews say, keep in mind that there are several flights of stairs to climb. In our case, we were all in good physical condition, so it wasn’t a problem.

The house is impeccable, Antonio and the Team that supports him inside the house are super friendly, attentive, honest, relaxed. They give a lot of confidence, we felt guided and supported at all times. Ten out of ten, everything was impeccable and detailed. If it's important that you consider the stairs, there are several. However, this is clarified by other reviews and the same host. Then there shouldn't be a problem. But I'm definitely coming back to this place.

The truth is that the pictures don't do the house justice, the property is amazing from start to finish. The service from both Lorenzo and Antonio and the support staff is fascinating. I felt right at home, it's a place I would definitely come back to and I highly recommend it for large groups who want to enjoy a few quiet days in Teques. It's a plus if it has direct access to the lake.

First of all, the destination, facilities and service are real and my fear was that it could be a fraud. It is the first time that I have booked on this platform. Beautiful, clean and tidy house, good service and the attention and service of the cleaning people is a great plus. The only thing missing is that the house has many stairs, like 50 to 60, so people with disabilities or definite inconveniences could not stay. Another inconvenience is that the doorbell is not heard, and even less in the pool area. The service with Lorenzo and Antonio, who supported us in the house, along with their team, was very good, their response was always quick and they tried to make our stay even more pleasant, apart from being super friendly. The house is much better than in the photos, it has everything you need to have a great weekend, it is very large and they certainly keep everything in excellent condition. The patio is very nice, spacious, with a giant pool and a beautiful view. For the same reason that it is a house on the shore of the lake and it is very large, it has many stairs. There are all kinds of spaces in the house to be with your family. We were very happy with our stay at Teques house, it is totally worth it in quality-price, and we will definitely return :) 1000/10 for the service, they cook very well and we really appreciate the availability and kindness they had!!

The house is in very good condition, the only thing missing was keeping the water in the boiler warmer, because even though the thermometer read 30 degrees, the pool water felt cold; there was a lack of cleaning in rags and kitchen scouring pads; the bedding and pool towels were excellent, clean, we consider them to be minimal details. A beautiful, clean and large house, the pool was always at a warm temperature, there are many stairs so if you go with older people you should consider it, although I went with all my family, including my grandmother, and it was fine since we chose the rooms downstairs and it is more accessible, if you go you will not regret it, it is a house that is really worth it; the attention that Antonio and the other person who helps are excellent, we were really very comfortable.

The house is incredible , the location was very good and the service was very good from the arrival , the managers were always looking out for us. The food they helped us prepare very rich and the pool was always in a good temperature. We would have liked to have a little more loudness in the speakers but totally acceptable. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The only bad thing is that it is too many stairs and it is a little tired to take to the rooms that are up , but the privacy is appreciated. We loved the house!! It's huge and the 7 rooms are very spacious. It has everything the ad says. The people included in the cost of the booking are very helpful and kind. They helped us unload things and did us the favor of cooking and cleaning the common areas. Because of them, it's totally worth the cost. We will definitely be back. We had a good time in the pool area The pool has an ideal temperature for the heat, and it helps a lot that it has a huge umbrella that covers it during peak sun hours, so you can still enjoy the water. The only drawback is that the house has speakers for the pool and at a certain time (the first day we couldn't connect after 10 pm) and the second day we couldn't control the volume at night. We wanted to turn it down because it's set to maximum and we couldn't. You can't get into the lake that easily because it doesn't have stairs to climb in. But if you manage it, you can do it.
