Fantastic location right on the beach and still central and walkable to local shops and restaurants. Fabulous host who was directly available and personally checked us in and out. Huge space and perfectly comfortable with everything you could need. As one who loves to cook the kitchen was very well appointed with sharp knives and all utilities. Outdoor grill was nice touch and had fresh tank of propane. Overall this was a super stay and I would recommend 100%. 10/10 would book again.

We loved our stay at Casa Esperanza and location! Lots of activity and so much to see right off the patio! Cows, walking feet away from our lanai and boats and people coming and going. The only thing for me that was missing was a swimming pool! It was extremely hot in June. Luckily the air condition worked great throughout the whole entire house so we could escape the heat! We would definitely stay there again!

This is our second year staying at CasaPescadora. We love it. And we appreciate some of the upgrades they made with new kitchen appliances and new paint. Wolf Management is excellent and they always are very responsive and super reliable property management. We can’t wait to come back!

Casa Sueno has it all. A feast for the eyes and therapy for the soul. The grounds are immaculately kept with native cacti, palms and florals, with ample spots to rest. Whether you want full sun or shade, there is plenty of furniture to accommodate your needs. The beach side of the house has a great lounging area where we could watch hummingbirds visit the aloe plants, manta rays jumping in the surf, kite surfers taking advantage of the breeze and an occasional breaching whale. We fished from shore every day, took quads to the waterfall and tide pools. Lots of places within walking distance too. Met so many wonderful people. Like they say, “no bad days”. The house and casita were perfect for our needs. Powerful WiFi signal - very reliable! One brief power outage that we barely noticed. A/C worked like a champ. No problems with plumbing. Two large bottles of drinking water provided. The private patio off the master was a nice feature. Loved this place & will return for sure.

This is our second time staying at Casa Esperanza and we very much enjoyed ourselves. The view is spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the AC works very well, and the kitchen is well equipped. We cooked several meals there and never found ourselves without a kitchen gadget we needed. We also love how the house is within a short walk to a mini supermarket and restaurants. Wolf Property Management is friendly and responsive.

We had a glorious stay on the beach. First class accommodations with a classy management company there for all our needs and desires. Hats off to Wolf Management. Jo was so sweet and Lisa. So helpful. See you in a few months💕

We stayed at Casa Pescadores for 16 days and loved it! Wolf Management is an excellent property management company and a few little problems that we had. They were very responsive. The house itself is on a perfect part of the beach in Los Barriles The pool, and the back deck facing the ocean, are absolutely amazing that where we spent most of the time. We would absolutely stay here again and loved. Some other reviewers have mentioned that the house needs a refresh. This is 100% accurate. However this did not diminish our enjoyment. However, it does lack some pride of ownership, and it kind of feels like the owners have thrown in the towel a little bit. They need all new kitchen pots and pans and a new interior paint job. And they should really upgrade the bedding and the interior furniture. The master bedroom has a new mattress, and it was very comfortable. The others not so much. However, we do recommend this place and we would love to stay here again even if they don’t paint it.

This property was everything we hoped & more! The location was perfect, as the house sits at the end of a private drive, next to a hotel, so there is not a public beach access for quite a ways in either direction, so there were very few other people on the beach in front of the house. We enjoyed watching the boats go out every morning, and then the water was perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and paddling right in front of the house. There was plenty of snorkel gear in the laundry room. We also used the beach chairs, and umbrella each day. The rooms were all very clean, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. The AC units all worked very well, although the upstairs bathroom got a little warm and stuffy. We spent most of our time on the beach, or hanging out on the back patio. There is a gate so you can drive your ATV right onto the sand as well. Wolf Mgmt was really helpful; meeting us with the keys, arranging transportation, and connecting us with a home chef. We hope to return!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Pescadore. Our group also really enjoyed the Kayak, the pool, the hot tub and just relaxing on the front porch. Hope to return soon.

This property is absolutely beautiful and great for large groups. The beach swims are some of the best swims I have ever had and the kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus! All in all it was a 10/10 experience!!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Pescadores. The staff was fantastic at arranging transportation and amenities during our stay. They were very responsive to questions and requests, Jo and her team were terrific and professional. Chef Norma and her team were incredible and we highly recommend them, they created wonderful meals for each day. A must! The beach was quite rocky, so bring water shoes. Regardless, we swam right out front of the home and sandy beaches are just an ATV ride away. The home was great for a larger group with plenty of space to spread out or find privacy. Plenty of towels and sheets. The kitchen was not well equipped for home cooks it lacked several items and things were very old, but if you hire an outside chef it may not matter as much. We would return.

Was there in July so it was hot. Each room had its own bathroom which helped a lot for the number of people in our party. Air conditioning worked great in the rooms. Had fun with the kayaks they provided. Overall the location was awesome. Also played at the Tres Palapas pickball courts which are a 5 minutes walk from the home.

We have stayed in Los Barriles about a dozen times or more. This is our favorite house so far. The pool was amazing. We also used the outside grill and ate outside most nights. We also utilized the kayak which was great. It was so calm we were able to fish right out in front of the house. It is a rocky beach but still beautiful and enjoyable. Kitchen is well stocked, so are the bathrooms. It's located directly behind the Pickleball resort. I always loved the entry way because it has a humming bird painted on it. If your new to staying in Los Barriles this is a great start especially if you have a group. There were 6 of us and everyone had enough space. We will defiantly be planning a group return trip and hoping this house is available.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space, beautiful pool and only steps from the water. Close enough to Los Barriles proper (about 5-10 mins) yet far enough away to offer peace and quiet. The house was clean and well equipped and Wolf Management was great. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Esperanza! The location is ideal for us. It is right on the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and a small grocery store. The noise of the access point did not bother us at all. It probably helped that we had the AC running in our bedroom at night. The kitchen is well equipped at Wolf Property Management responded to all of our questions promptly and were very helpful. They coordinated our transportation to and from the airport and both of our drivers were professional, punctual, and kind. We would happily stay here again.

We were very happy with the home. The bedrooms are large, each with a private bath. The kitchen is great for a large group. The dining table easily seats 10. There is space for everyone to gather together, and also have some privacy and/or time away from the group. The view is amazing. We LOVED the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the kayaks. The pool towels are a great touch. The washer and dryer came in handy, easily accommodating our family's needs. We played pickleball at Tres Palapas each day, so the location of the home was perfect. We rented vehicles from QuadGirl, and went into town for groceries, dinner, etc. A few other touches that made the stay convenient... dishwashing liquid and a new sponge, dish towels and dish cloths, garbage bags, water dispenser, coffee filters, plenty of coffee cups, glasses, bowls, etc. We definitely recommend the home and would rent it again.

We stayed Feb 14 to Mar. 14 2022 at Casa Pescadero and had a nice comfortable stay. Everything was pretty much the same the picturhes. No picture of the kitchen and it was very nice. Also no picture of the fourth bedroom. This room was very small with twin beds and no window. There were 7 adults and there was plenty of room. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived and Wolfe Management was quick to address them. Beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez where we watched the sting rays jump and flop and the whales swim by. Some of us tried to snorkel in the Sea in front of the house but the water was too cold and never saw any fish. There were a couple of Kayaks but no life jackets for them which was a shame as most of us did not feel comfortable using the kayaks without life jackets. The Sea view is lovely in the morning but as the wind picked up we moved to the pool/hot tub area which was protected from the wind. This area was great. The pool is cold unless you use the heater which we did not. We did not want to pay the extra fee to heat it. Although the pool did warm up a bit for a couple of days so we could use it. The hot tub was a nice option. We rented a couple of ATVs and went down the river bed to the falls, up the mountains to some beautiful beaches and road them around town. It was alot of fun. You definetly need a car or quad to get around to get groceries at chapitos, shop in town or go to the market. Over all this was a nice place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay! This home is perfect for a family gathering. The home was very clean and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Hope to stay again as soon as possible. Claudia

This is an epic concrete palace with a most amazing view! Best sunrise ever. Great landscaping, and murals throughout the bedrooms. Wonderful house to have a gathering or dinner party. The beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. The kitchen was adequate for cooking all your meals. We even walked down the beach a while and saw baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean. (And bring your own hair dryer!)

This place was fantastic. Right on the water super spacious, communication with a wolf management was excellent even accommodated us for an extra day. Would highly recommend!

I have stayed at this property in the past and it was in immaculate condition as described. Just went recently this year in early November and have to say was just as good! This property is now my go-to place to stay.

Casa Sueno was indeed a dream. Perfect location so we could keep eye on our boat anchored off shore. The beds were very comfortable and fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces. Had a fabulous family celebration a d the accommodations were perfect for three couple plus teenage kids.

Our stay in Los Barriles was great. The staff was so easy to communicate with leading up to our stay. They made several arrangements for us in advance. The house was perfect for 3 couples - could’ve accommodated 4 - and was well equipped. Only the bedrooms had AC, but the AC worked well in the bedrooms and it was easy enough to open up the house for a breeze. Some of the ceiling fans didn’t spin in the correct direction - that would’ve helped with a breeze - but we were gone most of the daytime and fairly comfortable in the evenings. The beach access is pretty rocky which makes swimming a little challenging. But the views are beautiful. Would certainly recommend Casa Pescadores to families or friends looking for something a little quieter than Cabo.

What an amazing property and location. This house is right on the beach in the perfect location in town. You can walk or bike ride to everything. In the morning you see the sunrise from the master bedroom bed. This house will sleep a family of 5 or 6 very comfortably and there is even a casita if you want to bring another couple. This place has plenty of room for entertaining with friends and family with an outside bbq area with a huge table for dinning. We had an awesome stay and will come back for sure!

Great place to spend time on the beach

This place was PERFECT for our group. The casita was nice and so was the washer/dryer access. We had bikes to cruise the town and paddleboards to get on the water. Next door is a hotel pool, and they make strong drinks. My family is already making plans to return.

The house is very spacious with a huge courtyard, it's very close to a small grocery store and lots of restaurants. Wolf property management is very attentive to any needs you may have. One thing that was not mentioned in previous reviews to our knowledge is that the house is right next to a busy vehicle beach access, which can be fairly noisy with trucks driving to the beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Casa Esperanza was wonderful! The house is right on the beach in Los Barriles, and as others have said, it is an easy stroll to stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. The set up of the house was perfect for us and our two teenage and adult children, both of whom wanted their own space. They had initially planned to bring friends with them on this trip, and the set up of the loft and bedroom off the courtyard (as well as the casita, should we have needed extra room) would have accommodated that perfectly. We hired Norma and her crew for a number of our meals. The food was delicious, and plenty of it for a very reasonable price. Eliza and Merari were great to work with! We had a number of changes to our reservation, and ultimately we were required to cut our trip short due to US travel restrictions. They were fantastic and accommodating throughout all of these changes. We hope to come back and would certainly rent this house again.

Lovely home

This was our 2nd stay at Casa Esperanza! This house is in the perfect location, it is a beautiful home, stocked with everything you will need and the assistance from Eliza and her staff is amazing! Eliza helped us with airport shuttle and also arranged our quads for our stay- this made it so easy for us! Such great people to work with. I appreciated the communication throughout and also the quick answers to all of my questions! We are already planning our next trip and hope that Casa Esperanza is available when we decide to book! Thanks for everything!

Best place in Los Barrilles to hang your sun hat! The Casa Sueno is authentically perfect, along with an undeniably awesome beach to play and relax. Eliza was an expert host for any needs!

Wonderful ocean front home with heated pool and hot tub. The house is very clean and well equipped. The mater bedroom needs a new mattress and pillows, but everything else is perfect!

WOW - What a great place! While the images of the house are beautiful, you have to see it in person! It's a gorgeous home, very well appointed, super clean and right on the beach - what more could you ask for? The beds were super comfortable, the house has everything you need including a bike and SUP's. The management team were a pleasure to deal with and made checking in and out a breeze. We had a fabulous stay in this home and can't wait to come back down again soon.

This lovely house is roomy with outstanding views of the Sea of Cortez. The rental management company was eager to please us and responded quickly to anything we requested. I'd highly recommend having the chefs prepare a dinner for you! The food was delicious and they were super nice!! We rented a 4 seat ATV and drove it on the beach & out to a waterfall near Hwy 1. We enjoyed all of the wildlife: whales in the sea, cows on the beach (one day) and a sweet little chipmunk on the back porch. This is the house you should choose!

More amazing than the pictures! Great for a large family gathering, plenty of space to stretch out.

Setting is fabulous with panoramic ocean views from the open kitchen/living/dining area. Furniture and kitchen utensils are dated and could use improvement, but overall the home is well set up for a large family vacation. It was great for every couple to have their own bathroom. If you travel in the winter months, don’t expect to use the pool much because it is very cold. Communication is great with management. We would stay again.

What a truly magnificent location!! Casa Esperanza is a charming home that boasts breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez! Early morning walks along the beach to watch the sunrise—amazing!!! Also, the house in conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops in downtown Los Barriles. We immensely enjoyed our visit to Los Barriles.

The location was superb. It was on the beach in one of the few sections that didn't turn into a tent city over the weekend.

Terrific house right on the beach. Great views, wonderful beach access, close to the dock where fishing charters pick you up. Close to restaurants. This is a great house - it is right on the beach, the patio is perfect for watching the kite sailing, people watching and manta rays jumping at dawn. The house has everything you need - including sea kayaks. A couple of caveats -the beach is hard on your feet if you plan to do a lot of beach walking -the sand is sharp - sand shoes would be a good thing . beware of jelly fish stings if you swim, a wet suit would be advisable if you go for long swims. We couldn't get the DVD player to work but they may have addressed it already. Otherwise prepare for the best vacation ever. Great place for learning to kite surf - Dante's school is a 5 minute walk down the beach. The grocery store is close and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Wolf rental caretakers are responsive with any needs you have. We hired Norma to provide dinners and the food was outstanding and very affordable. Can't give Casa Esperanza a high enough rating - we loved it!

We had a girlfriend's trip to Los Barrilles for my 50th birthday and stayed at Casa Sueno. This house was amazing. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to so many places. The view is amazing, and we spent mornings and evenings out front watching the waves and palm trees. The house was wonderful as expected. It was very clean. It had everything we needed. The beds are firm but comfortable. The Casita doesn't have A/C, so it got a little warm for the person staying out there. There was a fan, but it was still just slightly too warm. It was mid 80's to 90 degrees when we were there. We used the paddle boards almost every morning before the wind picked up to paddle to La Playa Restaurant on the beach, then paddled home after. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. I would definitely recommend Casa Sueno and expect that I will be back there again.

We were very impressed with the entire experience -- it started with the thoughtful recommendations and correspondence weeks prior to the trip and continued the entire time. While we were there, we had additional questions about the area and the team responded right away every time. The screen door was broken upon check in and it was promptly fixed and the house was honestly better than the pictures! The pool was incredible and probably our highlight from the house -- awesome having the ocean so close, but some days the choppiness made the pool so much more convenient and the swim up bar and the shade from the palapa couldn't have been better. We loved sitting on the patio for dinners (and hired a local chef who was such a wonderful lady with incredible food), the place was clean and well furnished, A/C cooled the rooms in the evening, and we felt safe and well taken care of. Kayaks, pool toys, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ were an added plus for the group. Big thanks to Eliza and the Wolf team for making the trip so memorable and special for all of us. 10/10 would go again and the house is a great value -- much preferred to be in the sleepy part of town and have fun at the house and then have the ability to drive into town (5 mins?) for groceries, fishing trips, scuba, restaurants and bars, etc. Do bring insect repellant (we were here in October) and make sure you have access to your own vehicle if you'll be coming here.

The location was unbeatable an the accommodations were great. We would definitely go back and brig family wit us next time.
