This place should be illegal for how beautiful and homey it felt. Everything from the view from the 3rd floor, the cleanliness of the bedroom and pool, how close it is to the town and restaurants. Everything you need is available to you. I will be rebooking once my vacations are available.

The place was beautiful it was perfect for our family. The location was amazing we could walk to the centre park and market. Very easy to catch taxis too. Our host was very helpful with anything that we needed. Would stay here again for sure! Can't wait to come back to Granada Nicaragua! ❤️

Beautiful House

Beautiful house. Evelyn was so helpful and responsive. Many many great restaurants nearby, and a grocery store around the corner. You can also buy fruits and vegetables a few streets away on the corner. Nice to have a garage to park in too!

Grethell's house is really beautiful with lots of green plants on the inside patio. The swimming pool was refreshing after a day out for activities. We travelled with two families and we fitted perfectly on four bedrooms offered in the house. Three bedrooms having their own bathrooms gave extra addition to our holiday stay. It is well located close to centre of Granada. All small details in the house were beautiful and made the house really cozy. Evelyn took care of check-in and check -out and she was super friendly and responsive, thanks so much for your kindness. I hope you are doing fine! I would definitely come back again and spend another holiday at Grethell's house! Thank you!

What an apartment. From the garage space, you go up the stairs – there is a view of the pool, behind which the open kitchen is hidden, and further ahead are 2 rooms, each with a bathroom. Another staircase and up to the even larger room. Of course, another bath as well The city is easy to explore on foot. Everything perfect. Thank you so much

I would like to thank Grethell for letting us stay at her beautiful Airbnb in Granada. It was a perfect fit for my family of five…we thoroughly enjoyed the house with pool and lots of privacy. It was very clean and all the amenities matched the description of the advertised listing, and then some. Walking distance to the town center, restaurants and stores was very convenient. My family and I made great memories while staying at Casa Buena Vida and exploring all Granada had to offer. Evelyn and her cleaning staff took great care of us and our needs and was always available when needed. I would recommend Casa Buena Vida to all my family and friends for a private, relaxing, comfortable stay in Granada Nicaragua.

Casa Mariposa was our favourite stay during our trip to Nicaragua! The terrace and courtyard were great spaces to hang out. It's very central and walkable to cafes, the mercado and main attractions. Evelyn was very kind and great to communicate with.

As good as the photos look, it's even better in person. It's also in a walkable location. This will be our go to spot for future trips to Granada.

Spectacular home with so much space, great location and very helpful host

Everything was amazing, beautiful home, clean and organized. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. Evelyn was always there for us if we needed something, and the cleaning ladies and pool man were also polite.

We loved this beautiful oasis in the city. The pool was great to enjoy and more spacious than we expected from looking at the pictures. We loved the two larger bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is smaller, and the AC unit is very noisy, so was not ideal for us. It was easy to walk to the city center. The street the house is on was more quiet than expected.

I truly felt privileged to stay at Casa Tranquila in Granada. It’s a wonderful property that offers the unique experience of a traditional Granada courtyard—something that feels especially special and unfamiliar coming from the northeastern United States. Staying here also gave me a genuine sense of colonial living in Central America, with its open-air design, tranquil inner courtyard, and seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces that create a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The house is perfectly located, just a short walk from the historical center, the local farmers market, and two grocery stores, making it incredibly convenient. Spacious house, large pool for the location!

This has been one of the very best airbnb's we have stayed anywhere in the world. Grethell and her staff were so helpful and accommodating and the house is absolutely beautiful - even better than the photos. The area is quiet yet close enough to the main tourist drag and we felt safe walking around at night. I can highly recommend this spot!!!

Amazing Casa. Our family loved the home, close to the main plaza and walking distance to everything, resturants, plaza, shopping, and lake.

In short: - One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at - It will not be 100% visible from the profile, but the Airbnb is on two levels. 2 rooms downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs. Therefore, the pool is for guest use only and is not shared. - So far, the only Airbnb that pays attention to the little things. Whether it's paper towels in the kitchen, enough toilet paper, plenty of towels, or a great on-site team you can contact. - You can get everywhere very easily on foot. I was delighted. We will be back!

This home is very spacious and the pool was very nice. It was extra special to be able to have the garage and the washing machine and dryer. I would recommend this place for sure!

We had a great time as a group of 8 people, the house is beautiful and the pool is gorgeous. The kitchen is super useful. It is very central and feels safe. we wholeheartedly recommend the house and would absolutely book it again. My family and I had a wonderful stay in Casa Buena Vida. The pictures don't do this home justice. The pool for the kids was a highlight for them which was always clean and surrounded by beautiful plants. Excellent and prompt communication with the property manager who was lovely to communicate with. A bonus was the wonderful house cleaning service. Location was walkable to pretty much everything and on a quiet street. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Great find in Granada at a great price. The place was clean, spacious, and well situated within the city - easy walking distance to city hot spots, but removed just enough from the busier streets to feel private. Host was very accommodating and super responsive. Moreover, the photos don’t do this place justice - we were happily surprised by how large and nicely furnished the home was!

Beautiful colonial house with a pool in the center, next to the kitchen, was very refreshing, especially considering the humidity and heat. Evelyn, María, and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house has a water pump on the first floor that runs constantly to get water to the second and third floors, can definitely be a power issue, as can the pool filter, which runs every day for long periods. We didn't have any power issues, because there were only two of us and we went out daily, we hardly used the air conditioning and lights. (Be aware of bats visiting nightly bringing some seeds or nuts to eat inside the kitchen, upstairs balcony and the foyer on the second floor) even with the little red lights on 24/7. We loved our daily walks to Calzada, where there are many excellent restaurants.The house is located between the Cathedral, restaurants, and supermarkets. When you open the front door it’s wow what a spectacular place.The courtyard is unbelievable well landscaped with a sparkling pool.The kitchen is well equipped with a huge charcoal grill that we enjoyed using.The house is in a guiet location but it is walkable to most sights and restaurants.We can highly recommend this rental.

The Butterfly House in Granada is beautiful great location. Evelyn was very kind to me and my family, always willing to help, and communication was very good. We went for 3 days and ended up staying 2 more days because of how cozy and beautiful the house is. Thanks to Evelyn's attention and that of the girl who came to clean, they made us feel at home. Casa Mariposa is a great place - big pool, lovely garden, best mirador in Granada (great for sunsets and rain storms). Love the location, and neighbors are very friendly. We would have liked to check in at 2pm to align with our flight, but host insisted on 3pm, and pool was a bit cloudy. But everyone was very nice and accommodating. We left something behind when we checked out, and they went out of their way so we could pick it up on way to airport. We will be back.

The house is exactly like the pics. I was more in communication with ms Evelyn her partner. She was very welcoming and made you feel right at home. The house is spotless clean. You have WiFi for both floors. 2 blocks up you will find a very good breakfast spot called Kathy’s Waffle House. There is very good air conditioning in every room with fans with keys to lock each room. There’s a washing and drying machine. The pool is clean but i didn’t get to go in because i was mostly outside the house. The master bedroom upstairs was huge with a big bathroom with a jacuzzi which we didn’t go in. There is no mosquitoes at all or bugs in the house. The roof balcony was beautiful to relax. They have everything very well maintained . Thank you for having us. Definitely will be back here

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal—an easy walk to the Calzada, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The pool, perfect for cooling off during the heat of the day. The onsite parking garage was also a great bonus, and we really appreciated the large bottle of drinking water that was provided. A special thank you to Eveling, who welcomed us with a warm smile and was super sweet during both check-in and check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

This house is absolutely beautiful and spacious, even better than the pictures. It was a perfect home base for my family, with the kids enjoying the pool everyday. The AC worked well, the kitchen is well stocked, and the terrace was breezy and peaceful at night. It’s a great location with many walkable restaurants and cafes nearby. I would stay here again and 100% recommend it. Any issues or questions we had were quickly addressed by the host.

Astonishing property! Checkin and checkout was perfect, Everything was as per pictures and more! the views on the roof top where amazing at sunrise and sunset! Restaurant and groceries very close by, and even a beauty salon very next door! This is by far the best stay we had and long time. We just didn't want to leave but we will be back for sure! We absolutely loved this house, we were a big group and we had so much fun, this house has lots of open areas where you can sit and laugh. The pool is amazing, it was nice to be able to jump in the water after a hot day. This house is located close to downtown so was very easy to walk to La Calzada, or the church. Lots of stores around. Our host Evelyn was very friendly and nice. She went over all the instructions. FYI you do have to pay for your own electricity so my advice is to turn everything off when you are not in the rooms or when you go out. The floor can be slippery around the pool area so watch out. Thank you so much to Grethell for her help and assistance, she is very nice and responds quick to messages. Thank you for letting us stay at the property and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely house! We are staying in the house for a month with our teenagers. Pool is a big plus! Everything was well arranged and clean. Cleaning is done 3 times a week. Everything is walkable market around the corner. Cozy restaurant is a 10-minute walk away. We had a nice stay

Favorite house so far….. loved how spacious this house was….had a great time my family and I. Evelyn was very responsive, friendly and helpful.
