Grethell

Grethell's house is really beautiful with lots of green plants on the inside patio. The swimming pool was refreshing after a day out for activities. We travelled with two families and we fitted perfectly on four bedrooms offered in the house. Three bedrooms having their own bathrooms gave extra addition to our holiday stay. It is well located close to centre of Granada. All small details in the house were beautiful and made the house really cozy. Evelyn took care of check-in and check -out and she was super friendly and responsive, thanks so much for your kindness. I hope you are doing fine! I would definitely come back again and spend another holiday at Grethell's house! Thank you!

What an apartment. From the garage space, you go up the stairs – there is a view of the pool, behind which the open kitchen is hidden, and further ahead are 2 rooms, each with a bathroom. Another staircase and up to the even larger room. Of course, another bath as well The city is easy to explore on foot. Everything perfect. Thank you so much

I would like to thank Grethell for letting us stay at her beautiful Airbnb in Granada. It was a perfect fit for my family of five…we thoroughly enjoyed the house with pool and lots of privacy. It was very clean and all the amenities matched the description of the advertised listing, and then some. Walking distance to the town center, restaurants and stores was very convenient. My family and I made great memories while staying at Casa Buena Vida and exploring all Granada had to offer. Evelyn and her cleaning staff took great care of us and our needs and was always available when needed. I would recommend Casa Buena Vida to all my family and friends for a private, relaxing, comfortable stay in Granada Nicaragua.

Casa Mariposa was our favourite stay during our trip to Nicaragua! The terrace and courtyard were great spaces to hang out. It's very central and walkable to cafes, the mercado and main attractions. Evelyn was very kind and great to communicate with.

As good as the photos look, it's even better in person. It's also in a walkable location. This will be our go to spot for future trips to Granada.

Spectacular home with so much space, great location and very helpful host

Everything was amazing, beautiful home, clean and organized. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. Evelyn was always there for us if we needed something, and the cleaning ladies and pool man were also polite.

We loved this beautiful oasis in the city. The pool was great to enjoy and more spacious than we expected from looking at the pictures. We loved the two larger bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is smaller, and the AC unit is very noisy, so was not ideal for us. It was easy to walk to the city center. The street the house is on was more quiet than expected.

Beautiful house, my family and I loved it. It's just as shown in the photos; we would definitely come back.

I truly felt privileged to stay at Casa Tranquila in Granada. It’s a wonderful property that offers the unique experience of a traditional Granada courtyard—something that feels especially special and unfamiliar coming from the northeastern United States. Staying here also gave me a genuine sense of colonial living in Central America, with its open-air design, tranquil inner courtyard, and seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces that create a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The house is perfectly located, just a short walk from the historical center, the local farmers market, and two grocery stores, making it incredibly convenient. Granada itself feels very safe, and the people are warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. Casa Tranquila was spotless and very well maintained.
