A very good stay for a long weekend of 3 days. We stayed as a group of 6 people and really enjoyed the house, which is as shown in the photos, modern and very spacious. We really enjoyed the pool, the garden and the barbecue. The view from the garden is great! Vane was communicative at all times and Felix, the manager, was aware of anything we needed during the stay. Good internet speed and overall a well-equipped house. The rules stipulate paying a security deposit to the host. Take note and the host returned it at the end of the reservation. The gas charge to heat the pool also had an additional price to the reservation, to take it into account as well.

For an additional fee, you can enjoy the pool with hot water. The rooms and bathrooms are sufficient, the hot water and pressure work very well, and the linens and towels are clean and in good condition. The decoration is nice and the furniture and appliances are in good condition. As points to improve: I did not find a hair dryer, the kitchen utensils were somewhat worn, the bed base made noise and the mosquito net on the patio door was broken. Also the location on Google Maps or Waze does not appear correctly, so I recommend asking for the location with a pin. Overall the stay was very satisfactory, Vane and the manager Felix were very kind. I highly recommend this home.

Excellent house, it matches the photos exactly, you have absolutely everything you need and Mr. Felix is extremely friendly. The spaces are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the pool with the boiler is something spectacular, not to mention the view and tranquility. Highly recommended.

We loved the house and the Club where it was located, the house is just as it appears in the photos, we spent a few very comfortable days with the family and we would definitely go back to the House, excellent service and attention from the Host and the person who was available during the stay.

The house is very comfortable for a large family. There were 6 of us plus our pet and everything was super well located and comfortable. Each room has full bathrooms. Everything is super clean and the view of the lake on the premises is very nice. Truly a nice place to rest and have a good time with your family.

The vdd as shown in the photos, the internet is satellite, so it fails, but the host always try to fix it (of course it was not in her hands) but everything was perfect from there in the outside...it was perfect We got the signal from our cell phones.

The photos are short . We had a wonderful weekend . Vane is a great person and was attentive at all times. It deserves 6 stars .

The house is perfect for 3 families, Vane's care is very good always in touch and he would respond to your messages and always very friendly. The only thing was the subject of the heat, as it does not have air conditioning or fans so the first night we suffer hot. I recommend bringing a very important fan. The house is great and the kitchen. In the pool part everything is perfect and if you have to ask for the boiler so that the pool is nice and at a good temperature. We had a nice end

The house is very beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. A wonderful outdoor eating area, well lite and a heated pool to Watch from. Our host was very attentive and so was the staff. And plenty of pillows and comfortable beds.

This is the second time we've come back to the house. We love the house, the décor, and the design, but above all, the hospitality and attention from Vane, Don Felix, and Raquel. You can have a very nice rest, and at the club, there are various activities to do, so there's no need to go out. For this pandemic season, it's an excellent option to rest and avoid exposure. Highly recommended!!!

The routes to visit Querétaro, Tequisquiapan and Bernal are short. Don Félix who is the person who takes care of the house is very friendly and helpful. Negative note for host Vanessa, at first when the house was rented, everything seemed very normal, she was very kind and attentive, later we did not know about her again, a day before our arrival I searched her for the necessary details as well as to ask her for details of someone who could support us in the kitchen, she answered, provided me with the number of a person and again we never knew about her, I do not know if something happened (I hope not), our arrival was chaotic because the data provided by her of the location of the house were not complete, literal we only knew that it was in the San Gil fraction, but we did not know either street or number, etc. He never answered us or messages or calls, we thought it had been a fraudulent operation. We had to call the person who was going to support us in the kitchen and she gave us the phone of the gentleman who takes care of the house who in fact was the person who supported us on arrival and was on the lookout all the time, the host Vanessa completely disengaged. To date we still do not know what happened to her since she never communicated with me again.

Outstanding place, the house is in perfect conditions. We stayed-in a whole weekend, grilled some steaks, made use of the pool (heated perfectly, we payed the extra fee). The house comfortably accommodated our family (6 adults) and there was plenty of room to spare. The place is located in a large neighborhood outside San Juan so be a prepared to use your vehicle to go anywhere. Overall we had a great time and the person who received us was very helpful and respected our space. One thing to note is that the place required a 5k mxn cash deposit once you arrive on-site, quite disturbing to my taste, however this fee was returned to us before our departure so no issues.

Excellent choice, the pool is warm, each room has its own bathroom, the master bedroom is not queen size as the ad says, it is king size, and the view from any point in the house is beautiful. Highly recommended.
