A prime location if you want privacy, tranquility, and an exceptional view of the ocean. The house is very large, with a very spacious terrace. Literally just a few steps from the ocean. Karen was very friendly, kind, and courteous. Thank you very much.

Karen’s home is a beauty ! The location is perfect , early morning the beautiful sunrise 🌅 and at night the ✨ stars. Take all you need for your stay, because you would not want to leave to go anywhere. We would definitely be going back.

My new favorite place in san felipe!!! House is amazing just steps from the beach!!! Make sure you take enough food and drinks… the nearest Oxxo is 20 min away. This place is private and beautiful, Karen is super friendly and flexible with check in and check out hours. I am sure we will be back!

Absolutely beautiful home right on the ocean—just a few steps from the sand. The space is well appointed, tastefully decorated, and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend. We look forward to returning.

My husband and I went to San Felipe with my parents. Upon driving up to the house my dad said “It’s a mansion!” Seriously, the house is gorgeous inside and out. My favorite things about the house were opening up the curtains in the master bedroom in the morning to greet the day, and then sitting in the wicker furniture in the dining area drinking coffee and chatting with my family. The beach is gorgeous and peaceful, but it was too cold to swim unfortunately. The sand is pretty soft and deep, and the beach somewhat steep, so not really easy to stroll along. Definitely go check out the Valley Of The Giants. Very cool!

Rhe house was better then the photos. The views were incredible. House was clean and the beach was literally steps away. Definitely will be renting again

We really enjoyed our stay, and loved the ease of access. It was virtually painless to get into and provided a kitchen with all basic utensils and equipment, even a rice cooker! We were unsure what to expect, when we walked in we could smell that it had been recently cleaned which was wonderful. The linens also smelled like fresh laundry! Overall it was such a great getaway and are looking forward to our next stay!

This is the second time I've stayed at his house. I really liked it the first time, and I liked it even more the second time. You can tell that they invest in maintenance. It's in better condition, it has more TVs, and honestly, it has everything they offer in their listing. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved this place! You can't get anymore on the beach than this home. You open the door and there it is. It was close enough to san felipe to always run in and grab a delicious lunch but far enough away to feel perfectly safe and peaceful. I felt total confidence that if there was a problem, our host would be on top of it without a doubt. The rooftop is fantastic and the home is very comfortable and functional. The garage was large enough for a full size truck and baja toys. This will be where we stay every time we go to san felipe.

Our weekend at Karen’s beautiful beachfront home was amazing! It was very peaceful, quiet and amazing to walk out to the ocean. You’ll enjoy some of the most epic sunrises as we did and a bonfire at night. (The local grocery store sells wood. )The house is very spacious and less than 20 minutes from town. Karen was an exceptional communicator, provided clear instructions and checked in, genuinely cared about our experience as guests. The property manager was also responsive and helpful. A local place we enjoyed was Jugos Manuel, near the Calimax grocery store, who had fresh juices and was very kind! Overall, a nice + tranquil beach getaway!

Karen is an all star host and the house is beautiful. Right on the beach, it’s a perfect secluded getaway great for star gazing at night and relaxing in the water in the day. The house is large and offers a panoramic view of the ocean. Would recommend staying here. Just note it’s about a 15-20 minutes trip to town.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Couldn’t recommend enough

What can I say about this place is that it is amazing. You are right on the beach. In the morning when tide is low you can cross over to a sand bar. On the sand bar you will find clams, shells and if you lucky a few crabs. There are very few people on the beach. Most we saw were four other families. The house is very big and has lots of room to hangout and spend time together. The roof top was great for stargazing. There are four separate AC units that keep the place cool. Master bedroom is amazing I could spend all day there just looking at the ocean. Now for some issues make sure you don’t get stuck in sand out from of the house. You do need to go down a sandy dirt road to get to the house. Also we had and issue with the water pump in the garage. We woke up and notice water was leaking out of it. Figured some Hose came off and was able to fix it. Call maintenance and the would check it out later. Overall this place is the best and I only wish to be able to stay yearly.

This home is amazing. You have access to a private beach and amazing views. Its roughy 20 min away from town. My family and I will definitely book again!

It's a beautiful and very large house. It has a rustic style, with all the amenities. It's 25 minutes after San Felipe. A beautiful ocean view. My family and I will definitely be back very soon.

Great place to stay!

The house is equal to the photos is super nice, clean, the kitchen and the house in general is very equipped. It has TV in all the rooms, wifi, washing machine, dryer, inlcuso we were touched by beach chairs and to our surprise they have an incredible terrace with grill. The location is great is away from the village is in Playa Punta Estrella and the beach is beautiful, the view is unique and there are no people. The only thing to note is that since it is pet friendly if you have allergies I recommend bringing pills because it smelled a little like kitten and we are very allergic, but nothing that a pill doesn't help to enjoy this amazing house. We had some inconveniences with check-in but they were resolved by dialing directly to Karen who was attentive to all our needs at all times, her attention is incredible. If you come from the south, I recommend telling Karen because otherwise you will drive 35 minutes for the key and 35 back to the house, but once you get there it is worth it. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our entire family.

Amazing place. Definitely planning to stay here again. 20 minute drive to town, but perfect if you’re looking to disconnect, relax, and float in the ocean whenever you want.

This is by far the most beautiful beach front property we have had the opportunity to enjoy. The water front access is amazing and the private location is perfect. The panoramic view of the water from the house is breathtaking. The was fully equipped with everything we needed and the owners were so attentive whenever we reached out. My only regret is that we could not stay longer but we will definitely be back!!

Its location is perfect the private beach is beautiful the house has all the comforts to spend an incredible vacation we charm, and the attention of the hosts for any questions is excellent.

Our family loved staying at this house. It’s spacious, clean and in a great location. We ended up buying groceries while in town and cooked our own food during our entire stay. We didn’t have the desire to leave the area since the beach was right outside. We’d surely return to this place!

The house is beautiful and it is right in front of the beach. It was clean and cool when we arrived in the middle of the heat. The beach is beautiful and quite. Very good WIFI. The town of San Felipe is about 15 minutes away so you can buy food to prepare yourself or eat at the many restaurants available in the town.

This home is amazing. Perfect spot on the beach, very tranquil and beautiful. The roof patio was awesome, great place to see the stars. Turn off the lights and lay on the tile and look up, you will be amazed. Very spacious and clean with many great touches to keep you comfortable.

The house is so beautiful with a great view to the beach. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. The moon and the stars at night was amazing too. I liked the surround sound in the living room. Every place, every room, the rooftop patio, everything was great! Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay. We definitely come back soon.

We spent a beautiful getaway at Serenity House. Very relaxing place, clean, great location and great communication with the host. We definitely would love to come back. Thank you Karen & Michael for everything.

I just want to start by recognizing our gracious host. From the very beginning they were attentive, prompt and very helpful. My wife and I, along with my two lovely daughters, decided this place was ideal given the current circumstances with Covid-19. It's remote enough where you're not around large crowds and the beach is isolated. Perfect. There are supermarkets about 10 miles from the house. Great for grabbing all the essentials and food for cooking. Unfortunately, lots of places were closed so our stay mainly consisted of hanging at the house and by the beach. However, that had very little impact on our experience. The house is fully furnished and fully equipped and very clean. The sand is literally a few steps away from the backdoor of the house. I will recommend waking up to see the sunrise, it's breathtaking. Sitting under the stars as i shared a lovely dinner date with my wife was also very nice. I could really go on about this place. I will definitely be returning. Thanks Mike and Karen.

My family and I had an amazing time and made some incredible memories. The location on a secluded beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty. I would definitely recommend this location and would use it again.
