The photos do not do this place justice. There are only two vacation rentals I have returned to after being so impressed by my first visit and this is one of them. Whether you are cooking inside or grilling on the back deck, the kitchen has everything you need and more. Plenty of beach towels and floats for the pool outside. Inside, plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent, etc., for the entire trip. I rarely ever find that in a rental property. Plus, if we had a question about anything, Andrew was immediately responsive. I can’t wait to book it for a third time!

We had an incredible 20th anniversary trip and stay in Costa Rica!! Our first time to visit and the home was amazing!! Beyond comfy beds, accommodations, bathrooms and pool. We already want to go back! Great job to our hosts Andrew and Brenda, Pura Vida!

'The best place I have ever stayed', 'Banging', '5 star'...our overall family verdict of this gem of an AirBnB...the photos really do not do it justice. The home is perched, overlooking the serene Ocotal Beach, with brilliant snorkeling opportunities, early morning. Father Rooster is also nestled on the beach, serving delicious food. Nice shady pool, and all the amenities you could need. All of the house has access to a beautiful deck, to read, lounge and watch the world go by. Plenty of grocery options available 2 miles away in El Coco. During our stay in Costa Rica, we ziplined, white water adventured, hot spa visited.and hiked to a waterfall, within 2 hours drive of this location. Note: ideally, you will need a good vehicle to access as the drive to property is steep. Beach is walkable but uphill, worth it for the views. Highly recommend and would love to return one day ❤️

We stayed with family of 6 (4 girls; 14 -24) and we had really wonderful, pleasant stay. Gorgeous views over bay from the deck (living room and bed rooms). Very serene place. Lots of activities to do; we went fishing, did hikes and went for couple dives. Can really highly recommend this place ❤️ Fantastic communication with owners.

This place was awesome! It was very comfortable and beautiful. The view looking down onto ocotal cove is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice, You just have to book and check it out for yourself. Overall the place is well kept, spacious, and aesthetic. Andrew and Brenda were great hosts, they responded quickly and gave very clear instructions. Also they gave us a list of recommendations for all sorts of things which was a great help for deciding where to go. When I do come back to Costa Rica this place is definitely where I am going to stay again!

Andrew and Brenda’s place was easily the next nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Amazing view, beautiful house, awesome infinity pool and well stocked. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Andrew and Brenda’s listing is amazing. It’s secluded, private, and had an amazing view. Every good thing listed on their profile is true and the photos / description match the house. One thing that really stood for me was the clear communication. Andrew and Brenda, went above and beyond, and shared additional information when requested while ensuring we were comfortable throughout the stay - this was much needed as it was our first trip to Costa Rica. Overall, highly recommend their Villa

The place was lovely and beautifully set on a high hilltop and a million dollar view. Wonderful to be able to access the beach through a path from the home. And relaxing in this lovely pool .The home has everything you need to cook and very private and secure with a gate. Its a great place to come to just relax. Supermarket and vegetable stand is very close. You will need a car to get around and up the steep hills and narrow road to the home . We saw beautiful birds and iguana.

You won’t be disappointed staying at this beautiful home. We had the perfect vacation, and the view from the house was something we appreciated every single day. The beach was just a ten-minute walk away, and after visiting several others in the area, we found Ocotal Beach to be the most inviting. The south side was excellent for snorkeling, and the long stretch of sandy beach was perfect for relaxing. The house itself was tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we felt very safe throughout our stay, even though I was traveling alone with my daughter. Andrew was also very responsive and took the time to orient us to the area. I would highly recommend this beautiful property and can’t wait to return.

Thanks for this wonderful stay! Everything is there! It was easy to get there, and communication with Andrew is quick and pleasant. The views are breathtaking, and the residence is very bright and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and sleeps very well. The pool is beautiful. We appreciated that the kitchen was well-equipped and that the essentials were available for us to cook our meals. The house is very well located, private, and close to the beach. We'll be back!

Extremely stunning location, could not get enough of the view. Our family of 6 truly enjoyed staying here, it made our first trip to Costa Rica extra special. Andrew & Brenda were also great hosts, which made the entire experience of staying & exploring a foreign country effortless & pleasurable, will definitely be returning.
