Private oceanview home w/pool,short walk to beach!

Merci pour ce beau séjour! Tout y est! Il a été facile de s’y rendre, les communications avec Andrew sont rapides et agréables. La vue est époustouflante et la résidence très lumineuse et conviviale. Les chambres sont spacieuses et on y dort très bien. La piscine est superbe. Nous avons apprécié que la cuisine soit bien outillée et que la base soit présente pour cuisiner nos repas. La maison est très bien située, intime et près de la plage. Nous reviendrons!

Extremely stunning location, could not get enough of the view. Our family of 6 truly enjoyed staying here, it made our first trip to Costa Rica extra special. Andrew & Brenda were also great hosts, which made the entire experience of staying & exploring a foreign country effortless & pleasurable, will definitely be returning.

My partner and I stayed with another couple and I honestly could not complain about anything. The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s beautiful inside and out and the view is amazing. They had everything that we could think of and move. I’m only sad because we couldn’t stay longer. They also gave recommendations because he arrived in the area hours prior to check in. We stopped at Father Rooster by the beach and hung there until it was time. Thanks again for a great stay!

Such a fun location, great vibe in Octal, beautiful!

After spending a very active few days in La Fortuna our family ended our vacation here and we couldn't ask for a more perfect place. Andrew and Brenda's place had everything we wanted and more.The perfect amount of space for us, an incredible view, relaxing infinity pool, private yet so close to everything. Andrew is extremely responsive and kind. We were pleased to have the opportunity to meet him in person as well. I 💯 percent would recommend staying here and we would love to stay here again. Wish our trip could have been longer.

We had the most amazing stay at Andrew and Brenda's place. The house was even better than I expected. Beautiful views of the ocean and gorgeous infinity pool. Loved the layout of both inside and outside as well. It was relaxing and peaceful - we would definitely stay here again.

We had the good fortune to stay at marvelous Villa Pacifica for a month. Spectacular views of valley/sea, brilliant pool, massive sliding glass doors feel like you are always outdoors. Brilliant birds and other nature. Lovely breeze --really only needed the A/C for sleeping. Convenient walk to Ocotal beach. Many other beaches in close proximity. Easy access to shops for groceries-- great veg/fruit store. Fun market in Coco Sunday am--can get fresh fish there or several options in Coco. Kitchen well stocked and pleasant to cook in, bedrooms comfy--loved the Casita. Hosts Andrew and Brenda were fantastic. The pool was pristine thanks to Memo's care and Nora and her team cleaned the house beautifully. Top top villa. Highly recommended.

Very private with spectacular view of nature and Playa Ocotal. Cool refreshing breeze way up in the trees, abundant birds and wildlife to enjoy. Clean, modern accommodations. Andrew and Brenda are great hosts!

Fantastic home for 6 adults. Had everything we needed for the week, including for the pool and beach. Very quick and helpful communication. We highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a private, quiet and relaxing space overlooking the ocean. Thanks for a great experience.

We were 3 couples who stayed at Andrew and Brenda’s beautiful place. What we liked was that we all had our own space and bathrooms. We loved being able to open the sliding doors so we could open up the space from the deck. The pool was very refreshing and the amenities were plentiful. We didn’t rent a car we hired drivers when we wanted to do an excursion and all of them stopped on our way back so we could stock up at the grocery store. The stairs down to the beach were a bit of a challenge but we all managed . Father Rooster was a great place to eat. We would walk down and then cab it back up. Beautiful beach and a beautiful place. Would highly recommend!
