We absolutely loved our time at Filipp’s place. The views and sunsets were spectacular, such a beautiful landscape, private and peaceful. We loved the pool and very large veranda. Very well equipped kitchen, great gas BBQ and perfect table for dining and card games. Make sure you bring all your food, water and bug spray for your stay, nearest big supermarket is 1 hour 40 mins away, a small minimart has essentials. Filipp was a great host, replying quickly and helpfully. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Near Via Argentina so lots of restaurants, bars, life just a few steps away. Felt safe walking around and people were very friendly as well. Just a few blocks away from Constitution Ave which had a large grocery store, shopping, etc. Uber was $5 to Old Panama and other near by attractions. Worth it!

We rented the two apartments for our party of 8 and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The AC work well, which is always a plus in Panama. Filip was super helpful in arranging transfer to and from the airport, especially, since we all came and left at different times.

The apartments are just like the picture but the view is even better, the communication with filipp was easy and fast. I would recommend this Airbnb 1000%. Everything is close by and the amenities of the build are great. Good restaurants around and night life pretty close as well! We would do this airbnb every single time we come as the experience was extraordinary. The price is worth every penny! ALL rooms have their own bathrooms. The communication with filipp the host was super easy and clear, we was really helpful and gave us great choices to do things in panama.

Excellent place to stay with a large party. My family and friends stayed at Filipps place and rented both apartments on the top floor and I have to say that the view and the place itself was amazing. It was beyond what the pictures shows. We were walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants, supermarket, and pharmacies. We will definitely be back! Thank you Filipp for being such a wonderful host and for always being very attentive to answer all questions and for giving us suggestions.

“Filipp was an exceptional host during our stay in Panama! We rented three condos from him and his team, and they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch. They arranged for private transportation, facilitated seamless check-in and check-out, and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. However, we did encounter some accessibility issues for one of our guests who uses a wheelchair. While the condo had elevator access and an open floor plan, the doorways were too narrow for easy navigation. Therefore, we recommend that guests with mobility issues ensure they have additional resources and equipment, such as a shower chair, to complement the condo’s amenities. Overall, our stay was incredible, and we look forward to using Filipp’s services again in the future. Highly recommended!”

Our group recently had the pleasure of staying at Filipp's fantastic Airbnb in Panama City, Panama. First off, check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect. Nestled in a quiet part of the city, it also offered easy walking access to many great restaurants and shopping areas. The apartment itself was immaculate. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for the host, as every corner of the place was spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need. One of the highlights of our stay was the view from the apartment. Overlooking the city skyline, it was the perfect backdrop for the mornings and evenings when we were preparing to go out on the town. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great time staying at Filipp’s place. Large, well stocked apartments with all the amenities needed. Amazing breakfast coffee places close by. I slept on the pull out couch and it was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Rooms are large, each with an en suite bathroom. Very modern, great views of the city. We had a wonderful time. My stay in Panama was amazing. All the tall buildings and friendly people made it great. Filipp’s place was just as he advertised it. He was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. He also provided shuttle service for a small fee which also was a plus. He allowed one of my friends to check in early as he got in before the rest of us. I plan to return to Panama and when I do I will stay at the same spot.

Filipp’s condo is fantastic! My friends and I enjoyed the great views and the amenities of the building! We also really enjoyed the option of renting two condos at once and having the entire floor to ourselves! Filipp was an excellent host!!! He was always quick to respond and completely address all of our questions! Filipp also arranged a FANTASTIC fishing trip for us. We got to learn a lot about the history of Panama City, the canal, feed monkeys, and catch bass! Filipp knows his city and is a premier host!

We absolutely loved this stunning penthouse! From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and stylish design. The apartments are tastefully furnished, and the highlight for us was the large dining table and sectional sofas that comfortably seated all of us. We enjoyed relaxing on the charming balconies, taking in the breathtaking views. Both kitchens were spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of utensils and spacious refrigerators. The bedrooms were a dream, each boasting luxurious en-suite shower rooms and incredibly comfortable beds with fresh linens. Surrounded by other high-end apartments, we felt at ease and safe throughout our stay. Additionally, the restricted access to the building added an extra layer of security. Our host Filipp was incredibly friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. His quick responses to all our questions made our stay even more enjoyable. Filipp is definitely a great host!

Absolutely loved our stay in apartments 28a and 28d! Both apartments were very nice! Filipp was super responsive and such a great host. Loved the rooftop pool and the view up there! Would definitely stay again! Plenty of things in walking distance! Just for some added info, the king bedrooms in each apartment are very spacious with huge closet space, but the queen rooms were much smaller/enclosed feeling, with limited space. It didn’t affect our stay but some people might care!

Filipp’s place was an incredible stay for our trip in Panama City it was so great for a group stay. The views are incredible, the beds were very comfortable and it was very big. I also loved the location as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The best part was Filipp he was so accommodating, helped us out with airport transfer and had some great tours available. Don’t think twice and book this place if you have a big group!

Filipp’s was the best host very responsive, the house was easy to find , check in was extremely fast because everything was handled before we arrived. The house was amazing, very big very clean from top to bottom, top tier for the price- This was the best way to bring in my birthday. No one bothered us, the pool area was beautiful and accessible- when I come back to Panama I’m staying right back at the Airbnb. Book this air bnb and thank me later 😁

The views of the house are spectacular, better than the photographs. The house is much bigger and nicer than in the pictures. It has 2 living rooms and 2 super equipped kitchens (we rent it whole, the 5 bedrooms). Everything was very clean and very well equipped, with lots of utensils, glasses, cups, etc. Communication with the host was very good, he provided us with everything we needed to do activities, etc.

I and my friends had the best stay at Filipp’s apartment. It was much better than the pictures and everything was well thought of. It was so easy to get to all the attractions and was also a very safe area. I had no problem contacting the host and he was always happy to help. The next time I go to Panama I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, very comfortable space. I love the upstairs outside covered porch, it’s very spacious. All the bedrooms are big and clean, pool is great. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I am in the area. Their staff was very helpful too. We locked ourselves out one time and someone was there within minutes to help. Thanks so much Filipp!!!

A magnificent view, quiet villa. Lots of wild animals. It feels like home , a little secluded nonetheless. Get shopping in a big city before because there are few shops with choices around.

Great spot in an incredible location. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are not into resorts. Nice private villa for a family. Easy to access off of the highway. We loved it. The kids never wanted to leave the pool.

Great stay

The location and view from this Villa is amazing. It is remote and quiet but has things to do near by. We arrived late in the afternoon and Gabriel (Filipp local contact) was waiting for us. He gave us a tour of the place and answered our questions. The bedrooms are huge and very nice. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and AC unit. The upstairs kitchen / Livingroom area was very nice. But nothing compares to the second floor outside porch area. We sat out there every morning for coffee and breakfast. We enjoy it every evening for dinner and beautiful sunsets. The pool was very nice and very clean. We spent close to 6-7 hrs a day in the pool when we weren't out driving around. We recommend a visit to the Beach at Las Lajas for an amazing 15km sandy beach without a single rock. We even found 3 sand dollars and multiple sea shells. There is a large Mini-Super located 4-5 km up the road when you go through the police check point (on Highway 1).

The place is amazing!!! Ideal for a large family or group of friends as it is huge. The place is super private, there is a lot to have fun with (pool table in optimum condition, infinity pool top, bbq area, terraces, board games, etc.). The views surrounding the hacienda are mind-blowing! Defemos back! Thank you for all Phillip!

We love the villa! The view exceeded our expectations, in the photos it looked beautiful, but in person it is even more so! Everything was excellent and we look forward to returning. It's one of the best stadiums we've enjoyed in general terms. Filipp was super friendly and answered all our doubts and questions very quick.
