The apartment is just as described in the listing. There was always a quick response to our requests. La Amada has a very good beach and a club with a restaurant and delicious food. We went as a family and we would definitely love to return.

We loved staying at this condo. The condo itself and the facilities were impressive and the beach was pristine. Location is a little less convenient, but if you’re planning to stay primarily at the resort and do most of the foo prep this is fine . Though the property has a restaurant other restaurants in the area are less accessible. So plan on a bit of transit time. Otherwise we loved the beach, the pool, and the overall experience.

We were in Cancun for a wedding at another resort. Hector’s place was perfect for my husband & myself with our 3 adult/married kids. The resort is quiet with a great pool and beach access. My son in law worked out daily at the gym. The connivence store had some basics then we used Uber eats for more breakfast staples. The restaurant on the property is reasonably priced with good, clean food - watermelon juice, granola/yogurt parfait, shrimp tacos, Baja tacos, salmon, steak all good with fresh veggies. We hadn’t been to Cancun in 35 years and it’s really grown. One thing guest should know is to enter any resort there is high security. Have your passport to enter and leave. Our only issue was when we arrived at the first security point they said our air BnB wasn’t at the location. We lost wifi and the map app kept directing us to a service entrance. That was the only complication. Everything else fantastic!

Excellent place to disconnect, very private, I liked the beach just a few steps away, the pools too, everything was excellent, the house is very large for many people, comfortable and spacious, I will definitely repeat this apartment. And the host is 100% no problem at all

The apartment was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Very spacious rooms, very large social areas. We really enjoyed the Family living together. The host is always attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the apartment, very clean, the beach is super quiet and very close to the sea. Hector was kind to us and was attentive to what we needed. We'd definitely come back.

We were a group of 14 people. The house was very comfortable and spacious, it had all the amenities we needed, the decoration was very beautiful and the maintenance was impeccable. It should also be noted that it is located in a gated neighborhood, which makes it very safe. Hector, the host, was always attentive and available. The cleaning staff was always attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Great place for big parties The rooms are spacious and private Location is great to explore all the beaches and other children attractions near Tulum and playa del carmen Definitely recommended!

We had a lovely family vacation with seven adults. We had dinner prepared for us three nights by a chef Hector referred us to, and spent a day on board a yacht we reserved, having lunch and snorkeling on Isla Mujeres. The last night we had Uber eats delivered with no problem.

The pictures show being on the beach. It is on the other side of the HWY but with access to the house golf cart itwas super nice and easy access to get to Kay Beach. Absolutely loved playing the golf course. Hands down best course in Mexico. Would be a place I would bring my family and enjoy peace in the jungle. If you stay here make sure you have a vehicle. Finding a cab in the area is impossible. We went to Tulum one day and got a couple cab drivers numbers and we were able to call them. It is about $50 to Tulum and late nights $100-$150 back. Only thing I didn’t like was the beds were pretty hard.

Great place & location

An excellent place to rest. Spacious and private. The warm swimming pool useful for young children. Sure, it has two guardhouses. Right on the beach.

Super comfortable house, inside golf course. Bringing a vehicle is highly recommended, but it is very close to Akumal, and just a little further from Tulum For large groups it is totally worth it, it is like having 2 large apartments and a guy in the same property…

I can’t recommend this AirBnB enough! Héctor was amazing. Always communicated and allowed us to have a private chef come one night. I’m blown away by the property. We didn’t realize that it was basically its own resort. We had access to the private beach, multiple pools, gym and more. The AirBnB itself was beautiful and had gorgeous views. We will defend be returning. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home, we were very impressed with the spaciousness and decor. Security was great, we felt like we were in a safe bubble, which was great for our group of women. I would highly recommend booking your transportation for dinners and excursions ahead of time if you aren’t planning on renting a car because taxi service is an issue in this area.

We had a lovely week of vacation in La Amada! We were 4 adults and 5 children. The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The building contains an elevator, is in front of the beach and pools! There are beach towels and a cart that made it easier for us to get around the beach. The complex includes a convenience store, Starbuck, and a delicious restaurant. The beach is wide and very clean. There is the option to book kayaks, paddle board, balloons and snorkeling equipment for free. The grocery store is a 15-minute drive away. We rented a vehicle and used the indoor parking at our disposal. We would recommend this listing! It was a favorite!! Thanks to Hector for his excellent service

The place is incredible when you are traveling with large groups. Very spacious, clean, great location. No need to leave the residential area because it has everything. The children were fascinated. The pictures are what it is. It's a little hard to find the house the first time but the views are definitely amazing. Very safe. The host is very friendly and always attentive to needs. We are missing days to enjoy all the amenities and areas available. Definitely 100% recommended. We will be back next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a nice modern home in a private community. The host was available when we had questions. The home is close to some of the parks we wanted to visit. It is also close to the beach.

Everything is very good

Our 4 families of 4 stayed in Hector’s beautiful home. The space was huge and well accommodated all the adults and children in our group. It is really 3 connected apartments. The adults had the living room on the first floor and the kids had the living room upstairs. We can’t recommend Hectors place enough. Fabulous space for larger groups, clean and comfortable. Great outdoor space for grilling and kids playing in the pool.

Overall a very good experience, the host was very quick to respond and easy to contact with any needs. There is only one restaurant at the resort so you may want to have a chef come like we did to prepare meals or rent a car so you can easily go to other restaurants in the area. Beautiful location, the resort is great. Make sure you find the rooftop pool at the main building, it’s quiet and beautiful.

Hector was a terrific host - extremely responsive and helpful. The property housed our two families of 10 very well. The outdoor patios were wonderful to have. Helpful notes to future guests: - The condo is part of a larger gated property. It felt extremely safe. There was a code for our building and a code for our condo. - La Armada has facial recognition to access other buildings, pools, and amenities. Be sure to stop in the main building for photos to gain access at the start of your stay. - The front desk and security have hours from 7 or 8 am - 5 pm typically. Something to keep in mind if you want sport court amenities. - There was 1 onsite restaurant and 1 convenience store. - Uber worked well for food delivery and for rides. (a trip to the Ultramar ferry varies on time of day, but was around MX$130) - For chefs, pantry items like spices, were limited. - Do not hang things to dry on the patio railings - it's against property rules.

Quite literally the best Airbnb I have experienced, anywhere in any country I’ve been. It was beautiful and even better than the pictures. Because of this place my friends and I had the best vacation we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend hector or this Airbnb enough. Incredible!!

Hector is an amazing host, very responsive, friendly and proactive as we did have a minor issue that was addressed immediately. The place is beautiful, big enough for our three families. Allowing us space to sit together but ample space to not feel crowded. Everyone from young to older enjoyed the property very much. Thank you Hector.

This place is amazing and the host Hector is even more amazing by being extremely helpful and providing recommendations! The place looks even better in person and was ideal for my fiancé 35th birthday as I was able to invite 7 of her friends and we all felt comfortable with plenty of space and room for each couple to have there own room and kitchen, was pretty much like 3 condos in one so great for groups who all want to be together as I always think trips are funnier when the entire group can be under one roof!

The home is beautiful. It's in a gated community about 2 km from the beach. The house accommodated our group of nine easily. Hector is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. I recommend this home.

Excelent host! He replied quickly all messages and provided clear instructions. The house is beautiful! I was there with other 9 adults and 3 kids and they all enjoyed the house. It was in a quiet location with access to the beach in 5 minutes (driving a car). House with enough and spacious rooms.

My family really enjoyed their stay here. It’s a place to go to for peace. A bit further from restaurants & stores, but there’s a cafe on site for breakfast and lunch. We plan to return. It accommodated a party of 12 comfortably. Thank you Héctor.

Amazing! 100% recommended. The apartment is SPECTACULAR, better than in pictures. Super comfortable, spacious, clean, the area of the living room is super rich to rest and to live the whole family together! And Hector is always kind, very helpful, very attentive to our arrival. WOW- AMAZING. Pictures don’t do it justice. We rented out the entire place A,B and PH sub-apartments. Amazing house, cleaning crew drops by every day right before you head out for the day. The only thing to note is you will need to have transportation to move around Tulum Playa del Carmen and other beaches and Cenotes. Hector is super responsive helped us with cribs for the babies, and everything was amazing. Great AC, kitchen is small but does the job. Only small note is not a lot of TVs yet, the house is brand new so I can only imagine that eventually there will be TVs in each room. But we used the main one in the living room downstairs. Thank you Hector and staff for an amazing experience! Hands down the best house we have ever visited with Airbnb in the last 10 years or so on the platform! WOW.

It was the best weekend, the house was super clean, spacious and very beautiful 10 out of 10, we got a little lost to find it but once everything was located perfect

We would have liked some paper towels/hand towels, dish soap, and dishwasher soap in the kitchen. TV on second floor didn’t work. But overall a beautiful place for our extended family to visit. It fit our needs nicely. The big bottle of water was wonderful!!

12/10 ⭐️ Hectors place was very clean. The pool was beautiful and restaurant was decently priced with great drinks. Highly recommend. It is a little drive from Cancun but a great place to rest and enjoy the water.

Loved the property, just as the pictures showed. Great for families, but need transportation, as the area is vast. The villa has a good location, with a nice beach club accesible as well as easy highway access to explore the surroundings (Playa del Carmen/Akumal/Tulum).

this house was amazing. very well maintained. extremely safe and secure inside the gates of the Bahia resort. transportation is a bit difficult. plan to talk to Hector about your options before your travel. definitely going back to this house

My family and I were delighted with the place and the house, everything spotless. Quiet, safe, close to Tulum, Playa del Carmen, among other very nice places. We would love to come back sometime to this stay, we were happy. Hector is very friendly and always willing to help and give an amazing stay, excellent host.

Our days in the lodging were very rich. The house is perfectly located. We were able to grill in their outdoor barbecue and cook without a problem. It has everything you need to eat and live together as a family. And they answered our doubts at all times! I highly recommend it. A perfect house to gather with all your family or friends.

Hectors places was incredible! We where a group of 8 and we had so much space and then some. It was clean and amazing had everything we needed. We did have a couple of minor issues but Héctor was on top of it and got the issue fixed with an hour. I would definitely stay here again.
