The apartment was spectacular and the beach beautiful, amazing views. Very quiet and private the area, few people close by and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the sea. Excellent attention, the cleaning staff always on the slope and also the department staff attentive for any needs within the premises. Amazing place to stay, hopefully we'll be back soon.

Excellent as always, a paradise

We had a wonderful relaxing time here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The view from the balcony is stunning! The beach is beautiful and private for guests. José was very responsive to our questions and checked in with us every day to see how things were going. Highly recommend!

Jose was an excellent host, great instructions and very responsive. The condo was beautiful, with amazing views. Marlen the house keeper was excellent and Carlos at the pool restaurant bar/restaurant was a great help and excellent server. Would definitely recommend this condo if you want out of the city , but yet easy to get to. Thanks for a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's home - it was so lovely to come to a quiet place and just enjoy the ocean, the nice cool pool, the sunsets and the very comfortable furnishings. There was a small hiccup with the power and water getting turned off for an extended period one of the days we were there, but that was caused by the city and affected many other hotels/homes/businesses/condos up and down the beach from us, not through any fault of Jose's. He was most gracious to give us a small refund for the inconvenience, though and was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Jose!

This was a great place to stay. The view you have with this condo is amazing. You get your own little beach area as well as a pool for the entire building. The host had everything we needed to make our stay great. The place itself is outdated but it’s super super clean. The cleaning lady is really good and she goes everyday and cleans EVERYTHING daily. This is a great place to stay with a group of friends or family.

The depa was very nice and clean, the beach was very comfortable with few people, the attention in general was excellent. It's a little far from downtown but if you don't have to go out, it's perfect to get away from the noise

We liked the tranquility of the place. The apartment has a very nice view. the pool area is very nice, very clean and easily accessible to the beach.

Jose was very easy to reach. The views of whales and the sound of waves crashing all while sitting on the balcony are why we would come back!

Everything is very good , however the Depto needs in our point of view to remodel , you have to be careful with the theme of the ants and do not leave food because they immediately appear, but in general highly recommended, the attention of the restaurant of the condominium is excellent. Very nice beach, we enjoyed our stay there, thank you.

Thank you so much. The unit was very comfortable and spacious, great views and very airy (didn’t even turn on the A/C) The kitchen was outfitted well and had basic items / cooking oil, S & P and other random helpful items that are usually pulled by the big management companies. So thank for that. Beach was very nice and semi private. Pool area was nice but you had to chase the sun and the water was chilly. The resort next door was a bit noisy but it was a wedding reception so it was kinda fun to watch. There is a “restaurant” by the pool that had breakfast and lunch a few drink options but I would recommend either having some essentials delivered from La Comer or go out to the amazing restaurants in P.V. Close by is Le Kliff ( upscale but worth it imo.) Mismaloya grill. If you’re indulging, check out the day pass at Xalli club.

Great location if you want to get away from the noise of town. Nice secluded beach. Easy to catch a bus to and from town just steps away from the property.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! We were a group of six, and there was more than enough space for all of us. It felt like a hotel, with room service, housekeeping, and stunning views of the pool and beach. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with super comfortable beds, AC in all rooms and the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. While the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, likely due to the beachfront, it wasn’t a big issue. Ubers from the airport took us directly there, making it super convenient. Private beach access was just steps away, with gorgeous blue water. We also loved the option to open a tab at the restaurant/bar and pay at checkout. The host was fantastic, offering late checkout when we needed it. We’d absolutely love to stay again!!

Pictures very accurately represent and we would definitely book again next time we stay in Puerto Vallarta. Things I wish I knew on day one, Very nice convenience store two resorts down (5 minute walk), buses don’t need exact change and we should have ordered the large bottle water when we checked in .

Jose‘s place was absolutely stunning. The view from the patio is second to none. The condo itself is comfortable clean and a little older. The location is out of town away but we were always able to Uber or the city bus stops in front of the hotel next-door, and is really easy to use, definitely get your groceries before you come to the condo as it is out of town. The cleaning staff does a great job and will come in and clean the condo every day. The washer was broke during our stay, but Jose made arrangements for the cleaning staff to take our laundry and wash it if we wanted. Close to Mismaloya which is a beautiful little village down the road. We loved the botanical gardens which are also not that far and you can take the city bus.

From start to finish José’s place was seamless. The communication was great. He was always very responsive and helpful! He went out of his way to get us a pack and play for our baby which was so helpful to not have to bring ours or rent one. The apartment is beautiful, everything was clean and nicely decorated. The views are gorgeous! The staff is all extremely friendly. We love this area and spending our days at Mismaloya beach. A huge perk was having the food by the pool! You can even order ahead dinner to your room which we didn’t do but others did. The pool is heated perfectly and the baby pool is very warm. No complaints, we would love to stay again!

Condo building is older but in great shape (age is probably part of the reason the condo was so spacious). Lots of interior seating, but we spent most of our time on the covered patio listening to the surf or dining. Beach is privately shared by several buildings. Note that there is a stage at a building several doors down where there is loud music almost every night; however, it usually only runs about 9 to 10:30 pm when they, respectful of their neighbours, shut it down. It wasn't a problem, but it startled us the first night. It was wonderful to have an ensuite washer and dryer so that we could dry our bathing suits and towels daily. The bedroom cooling units are incredibly efficient and take only minutes to bring the room to sleeping temperature at night. The beds were very comfortable. The condo staff is on duty 24/7 and incredibly helpful. There is food available in the pool area from breakfast until late lunch and the service was excellent. The pool is beautiful and clean.

The apartment is very nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The terrace is very nice and the view is spectacular. The beach is a beautiful and the sea quiet. It is very comfortable to have direct access to the beach. The building is very well maintained (despite not being new), the maintenance staff are very attentive and the restaurant in the pool area is rich and has good prices. José was very attentive and kind to resolve any issue. We had a great time!!

We had a wonderful time at Jose’s condo. The place, the view, and the beach were beautiful. Jose was friendly, responsive, and informative. The staff at the condo were also friendly and helpful, and the food from the restaurant was delicious. We had a great time relaxing and also finding fun things to do in the area. The condo was great. The views from the balcony were amazing and the outdoor living space was perfect for sitting out and having morning coffee or playing games on the big outdoor dining table in the evening. We were conserved about the location as it is a little far from the center of town but the bus stop was very close and easy to navigate or there were taxis around whenever we needed them. José was responsive and helpful in resolving any of the issues that came up (hot water and access codes). We had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was beautiful. Kitchen had everything needed. The terrace was where we lived. The beach is not good if you want to swim or go on walks.

Jose is a wonderful host. Very responsive. Beautiful condo with lovely areas to relax, watch movies and play games with the family. Loved the outside dining area that was covered. Cleaning crew came every day. We had a few issues w hot water but Jose was extremely responsive and did his best to resolve the issue. Loved the condo and the beach had very soft sand and is prob one of the best beaches in the area. Small but beautiful. It’s not crowded and we never competed for space. Hotel next door hosts weddings each night but it the music was kind of fun and not too loud. We even had a firework display one night. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jose!

This spot is exactly as shown but better because you can smell and hear and see the ocean. Very relaxed. The condo exceeded expectations. Clean, roomy, great balcony….. the restaurant is open until 4:30 p.m. Basic, tasty, fresh food. Also reasonably priced. Great breakfasts, guac, nachos, BLT. They only serve beer but you can bring your own drinks down to pool/beach. Smor ATM at the Grand Park next door at road level (level 5 if you approach from beach), convenience store the next hotel over Girasol Sur also on road level. Juice, milk, coffee, colas, etc,. booze, fruit cigs,snacks…. Prices are very reasonable. Bus across from Grand Park. 10 pesos. Great experience but please note that it will be busier around 5 p.m. onward as locals are getting off work. Try to travel earlier than then to allow locals space. Cab into town was about 130-150 pesos. Your can get them by the Grand Park or the front desk can help you. This is a good place.

This was the best Airbnb we have ever been to! Superb location, great views, comfortable apartment, all necessary cooking tools, washer-dryer, dishwasher, towels, things for the beach, daily maid services! Communication with Jose was timely and he was always helpful to provide advise or answer questions. Condo is right on the private secluded beach, only short elevator ride from the apartment. 24 hours security, free parking, small restaurant on the property, about 15-20 min from PV. Will definitely stay again!

It was a very pleasant stay thanks to the fact that the condominium met all our expectations. Both the view and the beach are amazing. The apartment's endowment is more than enough. Thanks to Jose for his flexibility and good communication.

First of all, I cannot thank Jose' enough for helping us reschedule our trip after a covid out break made our travel impossible. Jose' went above and beyond to find us alternative dates and was in constant communication regarding travel and accommodations, both before we arrived and during our stay. His place is lovely and spacious, with incredible views and was well equipped with everything we needed. There were even snorkels, beach towels and sunscreen. In addition, everyone who worked there, from the desk to the restaurant was so nice and welcoming. We really had a wonderful and relaxing stay and are looking forward to returning.

Thanks Jose! Your apartment is in a lovely area in Puerto Vallarta we were happy to be able to stay at your apartment. The house decor is great, however there are some things that could be updated like the rugs in the living rooms. Also, some shampoo would go a long way! :) The check in was a bit stressful because the lady who manages the apartment didn't know how to open the door, the lock on the top locks in the opposite direction. I noticed some of your neighbors have keyless locks, maybe you could upgrade to one of those to make the check in experience easier.

Awesome views! Take your binoculars to check passing boats! Parking can be tricky if you have a long vehicle, stay on the top of the parking space.

This apartment was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Sure the kitchen and bathroom are a bit old (though clean) but living room is very comfortable and the view is simply spectacular. We spent pretty much all our time in the apartment outside. It’s location is close enough to city for it to be convenient and far enough to be away from noise. The beach was probably the nicest one I found in PV and the host was very responsive and nice. I would for sure stay here again.

Great stay. Condo is exactly as in pictures. View is unbelievable. Beach is private and we seen whales from our balcony almost every morning. We even saw dolphins one day. Only negatives is the wifi was spotty and the on site cafeteria did not have a bar so we missed our margarita’s by the pool. They did have beer and food was ok. It is 150 pesos for a cab to romantic zone for great restaurants and Malacon

Jose is great. Responds quickly and very knowledgeable. Space needs some minor repairs. Location was a little further South than we like but still awesome. View was one of the best in my lifetime.

We loved the location - just 10 mins from old Town and the private beach was beautiful. lots of wonderful beach front restaurants close by to enjoy. We bought tours from the guy on the beach and everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay here again- there was only a few other people staying at the condo it was like having the place to ourselves. Loved it! And Jose was very quick to respond to our questions so communication was excellent. Thanks again!

We loved the view, super nice that they were going to clean. Jose was super communicative. The food we ordered from the place was very tasty. Just a little far from some tourist areas but very private and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Views are beautiful! We purchased a boat ride from a vendor in the beach and it was awesome they chased the whales and dolphins and we saw many!

I highly recommend this place. The views are to die for. The setup of the condo is very convenient and roomy. We all enjoyed our morning coffee around the dining table with views of the bay as well as playing cards at night enjoying the sound of waves and sea breeze. We also had the opportunity to try their bfast in the restaurant downstairs by the pool area. Very affordable and tasty. Jose was very responsive and able to solve any minor issues we had. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to next time.

José place is AMAZING. it's exactly as shown in the pictures, the view from the balcony is awesome. The apartment is super clean and in a quiet zone of the city, the staff attention is really good and they offer food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend to stay in Jose's apartment, he even let us check out later than agreed.

This condo was exactly as described and was very comfortable with great views. We loved the quiet location and that it was easy to Uber into town. We had breakfast and/or lunch at the pool or in the condo most days and also took advantage of the restaurant and mini-market two condos down. We appreciated the daily maid service, and were happy that there was a washer and dryer in the condo. There was an issue with the internet, butJosé was very responsive and worked with the condo management to resolve it. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

It is an excellent place for a vacation

My family and I were in Semana Santa and it was an excellent place to rest in Puerto Vallarta. The apartment has an amazing ocean view, it is very comfortable and you can totally relax, there are staff who did the toilet every day and there was food and drink service. The beach, unbeatable because it's almost private, so you don't have to worry about riots or vendors. The staff at the condominium is very attentive and in the end, although we forgot a few things, José did us the tremendous favor of sending them to us by messaging. It is definitely an ideal place to rest and of course I will be back.

The place is really nice and located in one of the most beautiful beaches of Puerto Vallarta. Jose, Hortensia, Gricelda, Omar and the rest of the personnel went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect during our stay. If you like to stay out of the crowds but still be close to the best restaurants and attractions in Puerto Vallarta this is definitely the place. I'm looking forward to be back to Jose's place in the very near future.
