Renter beware. This house is not sealed off to the outside elements of Costa Rica. This should be offered as a glorified Tree House as that is how it is setup. Upon arrival, there were multiple large spiders all over the house, as well as a centipede and a cock roach in one of the beds. The bathroom walls downstairs do not connect to the cieling with approx 1ft opening allowing any animal to come in. The house appeared that it had not been rented in a while, and it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We found trash under the beds, critters & cobwebs everywhere. If you are looking for glamping, this is your place. If you want to feel safe after a long day in the elements, this is not for you. Lastly, as many reviews pointed out, the pictures of the house, property and views are very outdated. The trees are very over-grown, limiting the views which is the best feature of this property. We vacated the property 20 min after check-in.
