Excellent location.

Blair’s place is a dream! The condo is beautiful, with a ton of space. The patio is my favorite spot, comfortable patio furniture with an amazing view listening to the waves. The kitchen is very well stocked with high end appliances and accessories. Convenient having access to onsite laundry! The condo building felt safe with security at the gate and the lobby. Pool area is lovely with tons of beds and loungers available. Beach area also had lots of loungers and chairs with tiki huts for shade. Blair was responsive during our stay, and helpful to get us organized prior to our stay due to a last minute booking. Lilly, the building manager, was very helpful and accommodating. Available with any questions I had. Sebastian, her assistant, met us at the condo at check in to show us around and how everything worked. I would definitely recommend booking this condo! We had an amazing week!

This condo on the 12th floor has amazing views. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. Bedrooms and bathrooms also have everything you need. Beautiful furniture throughout and on the balcony.

Absolutely the most amazing views. We saw Whales, dolphins and a crocodile all from the balcony. Very safe feeling, security very friendly. Hope to go back.

Our family had a wonderful family vacation at Blair's condo. The views were amazing. The condo tower was quiet with just enough activity around it, but still very private and not busy with a lot of other visitors. The security and staff was perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was freshly painted and patio furniture appeared to be new.

I would highly recommend staying here. Check-in was easy, the security was top notch, the room was fully stocked and plenty spacious. Blair was easy to work with and made the process a breeze.

It is the place if you are in PV. the place can accommodate 6 ppl in great rest. the whole atmosphere and surroundings are great.

Condos kitchen is super equipped, dish soap, garbage bags where provided. Beautiful views, beds super comfortable, towels and linens provided too. Pool was awesome and super nice staff. Highly recommended!

This condo was everything we thought it would be. We didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we could have because we were out and about doing excursions and shopping. We also didn’t not cook but kitchen was fully stocked. We had zero problems checking in/out. Security was very good. We didn’t get any noise from the club next door. The beach club didn’t have nudity or anything scandalous just young people having fun. I plan on going back and using this Airbnb again. So many restaurants around us. Cool spot! Book it and enjoy!

Expect to be very private no guest and that includes family that’s not on your list. Rest a sure that they make it a point for your security to be number one priority and that’s a fact

Great location, nice amenities. It's a shame that the gym facilities aren't available to short-term renters. This is a change since we stayed at The Peninsula a year ago. Hopefully the HOA will reconsider this going forward.

The place is like new, modern design, quiet, very clean and, above all, it has an amazing view of the beach. The pool is gigantic, one of the best I’ve ever seen!!

The apartment is amazing, it has everything you need and more. Very well equipped. Very comfortable rooms and beds in general. The pool and beach area are excellent, everything is super clean. The condominium staff is very attentive and helpful. The view from the balcony is spectacular at any time of day. I would definitely stay again when I return to Puerto Vallarta. Lily, the very friendly manager, explained everything we needed and welcomed us very well upon arrival.

This listing has a few things that did not make our experience as expected, yet, if those were not things you care about, this listing is a great place. 1) Amenities -- The listing advertised " gym, spa, sauna, business center", but one week before check in, we were informed that we need to sign a form, stated that all those amenities were to be used by " owners only" , not " renters". We could not use any of those even though those were the reasons we picked this place to begin with. Basically, false advertisement. So we started our vacation feeling " being fooled and sold". not a good way to start in a foreign country. 2) Loud noise Friday -- Sunday 4-9 PM. This is a problem of all tower 3. There is a beach club ( adult Gentlemen ' only?) down stairs to the left, have very loud music, Friday- Sunday, 4 PM to 9 PM. Sound travels up, so even if all the doors and windows were closed, it was still almost as loud you were sitting at a loud pool party. You could see the dance from the patio. One time my little one pointed out, look, the girls were without their top! Yes, you can see the paid girls dancing on a block, topless, from this patio. So this Appt might be a great one to some with free bonuses, but might not be a good choice for young families. Monday to Thur -- nice and quiet. 3) Public Beach --- The building is next to a river entrance to the ocean,so water is not as clear. 50 yards to the left of building, it is a popular public beach with parking. There were a lot of local people at the public beach, esp on weekends. Great to see how locals enjoy their weekends. But it was just not as quiet as you were to stay at resorts. GOOD things about this unit Location is central. It is within 50 peso taxi rides to harbor, walmart, Malecon etc. walking distance to a big grocery store. Right at the beach. Have great views to night time firework from patio. Safe -- Security at gate and on premises. Pool -- big and clean. Quiet. Beach side sitting with chairs available. The house provides the basic stuffs with beach towels. Four AC units keeps the house comfortable although we mostly just left the patio door open and that was comfortable enough. The living room is big, with wide patio doors, so spacious that we hardly notice the bright orange walls. Enough chairs at the patio to take in the ocean breeze. Overall, the house was very comfortable and got beautiful ocean view with the sea crushing under your patio.

This condo is exactly as depicted. The location is excellent close to both the airport and downtown PV. The view (12th floor) and the pool are amazing. Best in the hotel zone. The condo had everything that we needed and more. There was more than enough room for our party of 7. Check in and Check went smoothly. We will definitely be back.

This condo was amazing! Extremely spacious and comfortable furniture. The balcony was fantastic and the views were great. Staff in lobby were extremely helpful and security was top notch! Everyone in our family loved it.

Excellent place to stay in PV, the place is very nice with an incredible view. Very good location near the promenade and the airport. Very open and spacious spaces in the condo. We will definitely stay at this condo again.
