Beautiful condo within walking distance to great food, beaches, and nightlife! My family and I enjoyed the condo, the pool and especially the swim up pool bar. It was a great place to stay when lots of room for everyone.

I rested comfortably at a discounted reasonable price in the best location. Since it was a location combined with the town, everything was solved on foot, and it was amazing to see the staff in the resort always trying to keep it clean. The pool was quiet, so it was the best because you can use it freely at any time you want.

Amazing location, walkable to both the Malecon and Zona Romantica. Beautiful views from the unit and very nice staff and hosts. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much!

This residence exceeded our expectations. Lots of space, perfect location, friendly and responsive host assistance locally, this was the perfect place for us! Close by: the pool, ocean, boardwalk, shopping, restaurant, bars, galleries, coffee shops, groceries, excursion meet ups, and friendly people everywhere! In the condo- it was a sanctuary to relax and watch the world go by or listen to the ocean waves. Gated and locked entrances with friendly staff posted 24-7 and a pool bar with food and drinks were extra features of this property. This place has EVERYTHING!

Henry's condo was perfect! The views amazing, condo clean a/c was cold!. Moises was helpful throughout the trip! Their recommendations were spot on especially the boat rental with Carlos! This was our 10th trip to Puerto Vallarta and everything went perfect! We have stayed at many wonderful places in PV so really hard to rank, but if you want ocean and boardwalk view and close to the boardwalk this is the place! Thanks again for everything!

A great apartment, it corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures. Ideal for a larger group (we were 7). The apartment and the whole complex were also easily accessible for our son in a wheelchair. Located directly on the beach promenade, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance. Henry always responds very quickly, he also inquired on his own that everything was going well - and he also likes to help with good tips. Happily again!

Henry’s property is second to none in PV. We have been traveling there as family for 20 years and never had a better property experience. Central to everything. Amazing pool with swim up bar. Trust me…get the shrimp quesadilla. All the property staff were kind and helpful. Book with confidence.

Henry’s place was spacious and amazing! Everything described was as promised and the view was breathtaking! There were plenty of amenities provided, a safe, a beautiful private pool, spices and condiments in the kitchen, towels, washer and dryer, laundry detergent and softener, tv apps. The beds were all super comfortable and we felt right at home. Everything is walkable, the beach is a few steps away and so are plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Spending time at the pool was great and the fact that they have a bar with drinks and food is awesome. Communication was great they took care of our ride from the airport to the condo and vise versa. Overall we had a great stay and we highly recommend this place!

The condo was great with all the amenities of being in your own house. If I owned a condo in Puerto Vallarta this is where I would live! No need for a car as everything is very close. The management company and Henry are quick to respond to your questions and needs. If you are traveling with a group, this 3 bedroom condo is so roomy with an awesome patio deck that overlooks the pool and the beach. This is the place to stay if you want to be in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta!

The apartment is fantastic!! Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable living room with 65’’ TV Amplitude of rooms. Very clean. The location of Molino de Agua is excellent and the attention of all its workers. We will for sure be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Henry's condo in Molina de Agua! The condo itself is exceptionally well-appointed, clean, air-conditioned, great wifi, and very large. The location is perfect - right next to all of our favorite bars, restaurants, and the beach. Also, THE VIEW!!! Wow! Sunsets were incredible! I highly recommend booking this condo and we will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is in the perfect spot everything is close by and even direct access to the Malecon. The security was great and made us feel safe. I’d definitely recommend if you don’t plan on renting a car because everything is walking distance. Also pool bar was awesome they are there almost every day and have many options. I would also recommend this for families or older groups not so much for people looking to party on site since the ambience is very calm and relaxed. Overall we had a great time we look forward to staying there again!

You will be amazed and delighted by this elegant and sophisticated condominium and its incredible pool and grounds. Love, love, love the condo. The condo and the grounds are immaculate. The pictures don’t do the condo justice…it is spectacular!! The property management staff is first rate. The housekeeper is meticulous. Perfect in every way!

Henry is an excellent host. Super communicative, friendly and responded very quickly to questions. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early and with traveling with two elderly people it was a life saver. The Unit is amazing, plenty of space, all modern amenities and a view that is breathtaking. The grounds are very well kept and quite lovely. The pool was great, many shallow areas to sit in and cool off and the main area wasn't to deep so perfect for an afternoon dip or swim. Swim up bar served food and drinks daily with very friendly staff. Security was the best and the security staff were so helpful and friendly, we got to know them pretty well during our two weeks. They do an amazing job, we felt very safe day and night. Did I mention that balcony? Huge, furnished, BBQ and of course with that amazing view of the ocean and the mountains! We highly recommend Henrys' place!

Henry had a wonderful place! The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths suited our group perfectly. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed even pool floaties which came in handy! The deck was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails! The décor was very nice and the place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again! Location was walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the malecon.

The unit is exactly as pictured - very spacious and clean. Some highlights include: - the bedrooms were individually temperature controlled to customize for your sleeping preference; - there is filtered water from the fridge and next to the sink; - the property manager was very helpful in recommendations, including who to contact for covid testing. We were able to have a paramedic come right to the unit to test us and send in the swabs to the lab, so no time was wasted having to schedule and attend a clinic; - Henry has a detailed manual for everything in the unit, including the sound system which was in multiple rooms. The manual also has good recommendations for restaurants, etc.; - the pool is open 24 hours so you can enjoy an evening swim, and a bar for drinks and snacks if you don't want to make your own; - patio has mirrors which reflect the ocean view, creating a great panoramic illusion - there is an Oxxo right across the street, but we shopped primarily at the grocery store located 2 blocks away (Mercado Ollin); - there are 2 spas also right across the street with great services and reasonable prices (Venus Moon and Eclipse Spa); - at the corner, there is a bank ATM to take out cash as needed; - separate, secured entrance/exit by the pool directly to the Malecon You cannot beat this location: ocean views and the pool is right next to the Malecon and beach. There are a ton of entertainment options nearby. For LGBTQ+, we recommend the "trifecta" of La Noche (go-go dancers), Flamingos (dancing) and Paco's (drag shows every night at 12:30am and 3:00am). Andale's is a great option for all ages and ex-pats. As for restaurants nearby, we highly recommend Oscar's which is literally right next to the condo. Tre Piatti was also a highlight for us. For good tacos and an array of margaritas, check out Sonorita just down the street. If you are craving American, the Sea Monkey just outside of the gates to the Malecon has good burgers. Overall, our stay and experience was top notch. I highly recommend Henry's condo. We will inevitably book again when returning to PV.

In my opinion, there is nowhere better to say in PV than Molino de Agua. The location is perfect for its proximity to the malecon, restaurants, nightlife and the blue chair area. Henry’s unit was very galena and comfortable, and being on the fifth floor it has an incredible view. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Stop where you are…book now! After countless visits to the entire Bay of Banderas region over a span of at least 30 years, we have found our forever property. Molino de Agua is the most beautiful, well maintained, secure, luxurious and convenient condo we have stayed in. The views cannot be beat, access to the malecón, old town, shopping, beaches, etc…are all at your doorstep. A quick taxi ride will take you to any region along the bay.

I have the opportunity to spend 1 month in Henry’s Condo and everything was exactly as they show in photos. The view from the condo was amazing. I would recommend anyone to stay at Henry’s in PV. Rafael Garcia

Super stylish and specious condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta - very close to so many restaurants, bars, bars and things to do. Everything about this place is great. The view is fantastic. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. Very helpful and friendly host. Totally recommend it.

We have a fantastic time at Molina. We’ve travelled to PV about 12 times and always admired the complex and Henry’s condo didn’t disappoint. The size is beyond expectations and the view spectacular. Very open lounge and kitchen with all full front sliding doors opening up the place to two adjoining patios. Great view of the fireworks each night, downtown and all the way to the north of the bay. We had two couples and two children so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms was fantastic so we all had our own space. The main bedroom is huge with it’s own lounge, TV, oversized en-suite - was like we had our own getaway space if we wanted some privacy or needed catch up on work (internet worked well). The condo is very well equipped and stocked. Oxxo across the road and small supermarket a block away. Restaurants straight out front. Due to covid you need to take a test to use the pool; we didn’t do that but our fiends children just swam in the ocean straight out front and at different places along the beach. Henry was very prompt in communicating before we arrived and Alberto from the local property management did a great job getting us checked in and communicated promptly with us throughout our stay. Security at the gate was very helpful. Cleaner did a great job. Will certainly look to stay again at some point, especially if we’re traveling with family or friends as it’s such a big space.

Fantastic place

This home is beautiful and spacious. It has a beautiful view of the beach and the pool. The house had all the amenities for the kitchen,beach and pool. The house had pool and beach toys for the kids. Secured gated area w 24 hour personnel.I highly recommend this home to any type of parties.

Great large apartment on 5th floor with spectacular ocean view. Holds eight people comfortably. TV and sound system is amazing. The best thing is the apartment is next to board walk and you can walk to all kinds of restaurants, Boat and other water sports rentals. We went once to Walmart ( 120 peso taxi one way only !) and did all necessary groceries and drinks . For water and refill items went to OXO ( like seven eleven) next to the complex. There are several small medium grocery stores and meat markets within couple of blocks of the complex. If you visit again to Puerto Vallarta we will stay at this place 100%!

Just returning from our vacation at Molino de Agua, and we could not be happier to have chosen Henry´s place for this trip to Puerto Vallarta. Excelent place, comodities and location. We definitly would like go back to this place again.

Great place, great pool, great location and spectacular view!

The place is AMAZING. All of our jaws dropped when we walked in and saw the view. Four adults and two children ages 3 and 7 spent a week at Henry's condo and will hopefully be going back someday. No surprises, everything was accurately described. Communication was great prior and after our arrival. Filtered water was greatly appreciated. Location was prime! Shopping, dining and the beach were just steps away. Pool was beautiful, large and warm with plenty of lounge chairs. The entire condo building and grounds were immaculately kept. Private beach area was nice which we utilized in the mornings. The beach itself was a little rocky but honestly we spent most of the time in the pool listening to the waves. SAFE-there was not time when we felt unsafe or unsure. Others staying at the condos-both owners and visitors-were very friendly. I could actually go on and on... Loved our stay.

This is the ONLY place to be in Puerto Vallarta, private beach, beautiful swimming pool, outstanding views, in the malecon, close to all good restaurants.... you cannot ask for more.

Beautiful place, and it’s near everything. Taxi to/from marina cost about 7.5 usd so it’s easy get around. Beautiful view from the fifth floor. The pool is heated so you can swim any time. Very secure with guarded gate and card scanning to enter individual building after sunset. Comments from previous visitors are still valid as our stay on 2019 Easter break.

What an absolutely amazing condo in hands down the best location in Puerto Vallarta! We couldn't be closer to everything, yet while we were in the apartment or at the pool it was quiet and relaxing. Henry is a terrific host - very prompt in getting back to us, he checked in with us while we were there to make sure all was well, and his management company was very professional and easy to communicate with. There are breathtaking views of the ocean that you can take in through huge sliding glass doors that open all the way onto a giant balcony. The furniture was all incredibly comfortable, and the place was spotless. It is stocked with everything you could ask for to cook with, and huge space for our family to spread out. We really appreciated having Tupperware there to take down to the beach! (we left some beach toys for the next family who stays, and there were some there before us too). We came with two small kids and a friend (5 of us in total), and we had a blast playing in the pool. There's a swim-up bar with fantastic food and drinks, and lots of seating in the sun and shade. There are hammocks and grassy areas to play. It's on the beach. It's steps from all the food, shopping, sight seeing, activities you could ask for. This was the best beach vacation we've ever had and we cannot wait to come back!! Thank you so much, Henry for everything and for opening you beautiful home to us!!

My friends and I had the most amazing stay at Henry's condo. The condo is luxurious, spacious, super clean and well decorated. The location is the very best in Puerto Vallarta - it's central to everything you can possibly want and has the number one best pool right by the beach. We requested that the property management company stock the fridge and gave them a grocery list. I highly recommend this as we could make margaritas as soon as we walked in the door! Sitting on the outdoor patio overlooking the infinity pool and the beach sipping margaritas is second to none! I was thrilled to be surprised by balloons and cake too for my birthday that my husband had secretly arranged with the PM company. It's so convenient to walk out the door from the pool area directly onto the Malecon where the best restaurants and entertainment are to be found. Don't hesitate to book this condo; you will have an amazing vacation! Thank you Henry!!

This place is awesome! The rooms and decor are really well done, clean kitchen and bathrooms, the location is perfect for experiencing old Town pvr, the staff on site was great, and the recommendations by the house was super helpful for getting the most out of our trip!

Henry's place was more then we could have hoped for, definitely 5+ stars! This is an amazing location in Puerto Vallarta, easy walk to everywhere and the view is unbelievable. Be sure to do the Vallarta food tour early in your trip, it's full of great local information as well as great places to eat. We felt like we were part of the rich and famous. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I've stayed at Henry's apartment in the past, and it was everything I had anticipated on return. It's in the best location in Puerto Vallarta, has an amazing pool, is a large modern apartment with all the conveniences and a gorgeous outdoor terrace with ocean view. Would come back again and again!

My third time staying here. My partner and I love staying here with a group of friends. It is in a great location and the pool downstairs is just amazing!! Walking distance to so many food places and also walking distance to a local dive shop and the port where the dive boat takes off! Perfect!

If your planning to stay in the Romantic Zone Molina De Aqua is the place. Walk to all the great bars and eating establishments, or just enjoy the best pool in Old Town. Henry has a terrific Condo with outstanding views!

You will NOT be disappointed in spending the extra money to have the outstanding ocean view from this condo. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture updated and linens white and clean. The sound system throughout the condo is excellent! Plan to stay there again next year.

This is my second time staying at Henry's place. We came back here because we loved it so much. We originally came to PV and were hoping to enjoy the beaches, but we were there for a whole week and ended up only relaxing at the pool everyday because the pool was so nice we never even had the urge to step foot on the beaches. We watched the sunset everyday from the pool, with our plastic cup of margarita in hand, sitting at the pool "bar". It was very relaxing. Aside from the pool, Henry's place was a great place for us to stay. The condo is huge and clean. Because we didn't want to eat out every meal, we went to the "Mega" grocery store to get groceries and made some meals in the condo. There were all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc for us to use. When we wanted to go out, there were tons of affordable restaurants within walking distance. Hugo greeted us when we arrived there and gave us all the information I needed, he even helped me set up my Mexican SIM card that I had purchased earlier! I forgot my cell phone charger at home and Hugo was helpful in directing me where to buy one as well. Overall, the place was clean, Henry was quick to get back to me as with last time. No complaints. Will come back here next time!

Henry and his service team gave us an excellent welcome to their luxurious condo. It has excellent terraces where we appreciate the mornings having a delicious coffee and an excellent talk. Great cleanliness and decor! We would rent back there if we go to Puerto Vallarta again as it has everything that is required. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are equipped with everything and excellent attention from Hugo who welcomed us and gave us everything.

Henry's unit at Molina de Agua was really something special. It was a wonderful unit with an incredible view and the cleanliness, accommodations and communication were excellent in every regard. The location is perfect, as you are away from many of the larger resorts and can experience the town of Puerto Vallarta right outside your backdoor. If you need a beach day, the sand is right outside your front door and most destination beaches are within a reasonable distance...take the bus for a little taste of adventure if you are on your way to Playa Mismaloya! If not, the Infiniti pool is the largest in PV and has delicious food and drinks served to swimmers and sun loungers. You won't regret your stay here!!

There isn't much to say about Henry's place other than... Excellent. From the first communications back and forth, to the communications prior to arrival, check-in, and even while we were there, it's all first class, concierge service. Hugo is a great local assistant. The views and location are just amazing. The pool... best in PV. The accommodations and beds... like any 4-5 start hotel. They've even created a google doc with tips on restaurants, shopping, events, etc... Way better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. My son is an internet data snob, and if you need to be online, you're going to have multiple internet and wifi backup solutions, because Henry's thought of everything. I'm hoping to get invited to stay again!

We cannot express in words how wonderful this property is and how great Henry was as an owner. From the initial registration, consistent / quick communication prior to leaving on vacation through the last and final check out process, this is a well managed property. The local property management is extremely quick to respond to even the smallest questions. Hugo is a great young man and was so good at ensuring everything was "perfect" during our email and voice conversations. Security is top notch. No one comes in or out of the property without an "hola" by the security. Seems over the top, but your family could not choose a more safe location to be in paradise. Enjoy the quiet pool (swim up bar and food are done by an outsourced private company and they are wonderful) and PRIVATE beach access. This is so rare to find... I'm missing it today as I write this review! The condo itself is superb. Top of the line everything (Sono's speaker system, huge TV's, massive Jacuzzi tub, 6 burner gas stove). The deck became a part of the home as well. We spent a tremendous amount of time simply taking in the gorgeous property and sunset views from the deck. Even used the grill on the deck 2 different nights. There is nothing overlooked at Molina De Agua. The next time our family comes back to Puerto Vallarta, we'll be seeking out this unit again for our stay.

We go to Puerto Vallarta at least 3 times a year for the last ten years. This has been the best location we have stayed at. The Condo is well equipped and clean. The manager was great. Only wish there was more availability to extend our stay!!

Henry's condo is all that was advertised and more! The condo is not only in the perfect location for visiting Puerto Vallarta, but it is beautifully appointed and everything you need is there. The view from the huge outdoor living space (calling it a balcony does not do it justice) was magnificent and we spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen was modern and well equipped for all of our needs. There were three couples staying in the condo and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We walked to local shopping, bars, and restaurants every day and only took two taxis the entire week, outside of trips to and from the airport. Henry's assistant, Hugo, was very responsive to our questions and needs and a true gem to deal with. We cannot wait to take a trip back to Puerto Vallarta and stay at Molina de Agua. It just made our vacation special. Thank you Henry for being a great host.

Henry's Condo was amazing!!! Our group was greeted by Henry's assistance Hugo & Alejandro, who provide very helpful information about the condo unit and recommendations to local restaurants and shops around complex. They gave us a thorough walk through of the unit and taught us how to use the Sono's bluetooth speakers. The pictures of the unit was more than accurate and it had surpassed my expectations. It provided a breath taking ocean/sunset view from the large balcony overlooking the pool area. The condo location was perfect because it's walking distances to the boardwalk, local massage spa's, AMAZING Restaurants & Bars, and the Jewel of Puerto Vallarta, the Beach!! My stay was unforgettable and I will be back soon. Henry's place is the only place I'll stay in Puerto Vallarta. I've already recommended Henry's place to my friends and colleges. Henry's condo is amazing! The pictures just don't do it justice. Very high end luxury condo with beautiful view of the ocean. The location is ideal as it's right next to the Malecon district and the fantastic Romantic Zone. The kitchen is ultra modern and some of the small details were great like the Sonos speaker system allowing you to play music throughout the condo. Henry was very attentive to all our questions and his assistant Hugo helped us get settled in. Would definitely come back!

AMAZING property! The apartment was spotlessly clean and came with all of the amenities (smart TV's, sonos speakers, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, towels, even shampoo!). The main patio is amazing to just watch the ocean (saw a dolphin!) and watch people stroll by on the boardwalk. The patio off the master BR has nice views of the hills. The bedrooms are well decorated, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms look brand new. A/C in each of the rooms with separate controls. The location is perfect - walking distance to Malecon (ve ever seen! There is a wading area, an area you can do laps, and a swim up pool). There are hammocks, multiple seating areas, bathrooms. The property is extremely safe and secure (security officers at all gates). Everything is very high tech (key cards). The parking space was covered. The owner and property manager (both English and Spanish speaker) were very responsive. They provided a guide in advance with tips on restaurants and bars to try, beach clubs to lounge on, activities and places of interest. They helped get us situated and answered any questions that we had. This place was really phenomenal. No complaints!

Awesome place with an amazing location. Right on the malecon. Lots of space with an amazing view and sound system. Very nice salt water pool. That was a nice treat that I didn't know about. No chlorine in the eyes. Henry is extremely prompt in responding and has wonderful people on the ground meeting you at the building. I have no hesitation recommending Henry's place.

Our host Henry, made sure that we felt very welcome. We were greeted by his assistant who was warm, informative and very very helpful with questions. He provided a full walk-through of the apartment and how things worked. The apartment was very updated, modern and had a wonderful outdoor space with a billion dollar view! We had 6 in our party and it was more than accommodating. The location is also amazing. You have beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. You really can't beat this location. Overall, we loved it and will be back soon!

This apartment was amazing, every detail we need in a house beach is been taken by Henry, it is huge, 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms, all equipped, have a great view to the ocean, even have more than listed by owner, the pictures are so accurate, actually, you will figure it out the pictures doesn’t cover the great place it is. We had the opportunity to meet Henry and his couple, both of them are so warmth. Henry personalized every experience since we start with the negotiation, given us as many details as we asked for. We loved this place and for sure will stay there is we back to Pto Vallarta. Thanks to share your beautiful place.

Both the property and the experience were top notch. The apartment has a bright and open feel, the decor is modern and very tasteful, and there is a view of the beach from one end of the bay to the other. The patio is a great place to have a cocktail or glass of wine while enjoying the sunset. The condo in general is well-equipped. For anyone that likes to cook, there is a gas range as well as a grill on the patio, plus Henry has stocked the cabinets with plenty of dishes as well as spices and other commodity items. There is also a washer and dryer, which is nice if you want to dry a bathing suit or prefer to pack light. You'll definitely want to take advantage of the community's huge saltwater pool as well, which is well-maintained, has plenty of chairs and even has a swim-up bar that serves drinks and food. The location of the building is also ideal--it's right on the beach, and it's kind of in the middle of the nicer areas of Puerto Vallarta. There are a ton of fun bars and good restaurants that are a short walk. A property manager met us at the condo and made sure that we had everything we needed. The gift basket at check-in was also a nice touch. There is 24-hour security at both entrances and they are super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta.

We just recently returned from a week stay at Henry's condo in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and we especially enjoyed the infinity pool. The location was ideal in old town with tons of great restaurants close by and lots of things to do. We zip lined, went deep sea fishing (caught lot's of tuna), snorkeled, etc... Henry was in touch to make sure all was well. The staff was also great and made us feel right at home.

Henry is one of the most cordial, welcoming and graceful hosts we have dealt with in our Airbnb history. We booked in late January for our vacation this May, and maintained regular correspondence until the very end of our trip. During our various conversations, he answered every question regarding his property and surroundings very promptly, and forwarded very useful information about the are (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), as well as very detailed rules about the apartment and the building complex. Henry also coordinated details with his property manager for a seamless check-in and check-out – very attentive and knowledgeable personnel. The apartment is in a most desirable part of town, the Zona Romántica, and has a most spectacular view of the bay, central town and beyond – perfect to view the gorgeous sunsets of Puerto Vallarta. It is tastefully decorated, very spacious, and has all the amenities needed for a most confortable stay. It is also conveniently located and very secured as it is part of a walled complex with 24/7 security staff. It was a pleasure meeting Henry and a privilege to stay at his place in Puerto Vallarta. We will not hesitate to go back to this beautiful property.

This is the life! Wow, what an incredible vacation, and an incredible modern property. Hugo, the man on the ground, got us all set up and even stocked the fridge with some juices and sodas to get us going. The location is prime, right on the beach, and there is a massive private pool as well. Not many people seem to use it, and its so nice to be out in the evening with the warm air. The unit is modern and comfortable, lots of space, and a large outdoor terrace. Furnishings seem like new and are stylish and in great condition. I will definitely stay here the next time I return to Puerto Vallarta!

This is an amazing location and condo. It is everything we thought and more. Henry's agents were waiting for us at the gate when we arrived and helped get us settled. We had rented a car which was not really necessary. This central location is walking distance to everything you may need. The staff at the complex was very kind and professional at all times. The unit has a very well stocked kitchen. We only needed 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the 3rd does not have it's bath attached but for people needing all 3 bedrooms that shouldn't be a huge issue. The 3rd bath is directly across the hall from the bedroom. We would stay at this unit on another trip without question.

Henry, We all would like to thank you for providing us the most luxurious space in PV. The condo is FABULOUS! and we found everything we needed within. The pool is too awesome to describe, not to mention the views all day and all evening. We noticed people staring in awe of the building as it is the most spectacular building in all of PV. The location, on the Malecon, is so convenient to everything - especially the great food within walking distance. The SONOS player is a great touch too, we used it a lot. Our only regret is that we have to go home. Henry, your hospitality is most appreciated!

Henry's condo is a perfect spot right on the Malecon (boardwalk) steps from great restaurants and beaches. It has huge rooms and an amazing balcony to enjoy the postcard perfect view of the Pacific. The complex has a heated pool and 24 hour staff for added security. Henry was a very attentive host and the staff he uses locally were a great help with getting to and from the airport with our mountain of luggage. It was a pleasure to deal with him and we'd certainly rent his condo again without hesitation.

Beautiful, spacious condo in an amazing location with beautiful views from the balcony. Relax on the balcony and watch the sunset and enjoy relaxing days at the pool. The condo is close to everything - beach, Malecon, shopping and restaurants. Very easy to get around by taxi or bus. Henry is a great host and checked in throughout our stay and gave helpful recommendations about getting around, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Henry and his property manager reached out before my travel dates to help us with directions to the condo. When I entered the condo, the view of the ocean just took over. The windows look straight out into the ocean and the beautiful pool right downstairs. You can hear the waves all night! One thing we enjoyed almost everyday was watching the sunset from either the outdoor balcony or the pool. It is mesmerizing. The condo itself is really spacious, with a lot more room than you would get even in a hotel suite. The biggest bedroom is huge with a huge attached bathroom. The third bedroom is on the small side. The price is not cheap but this place is definitely one of the nicest vacation places I stayed. The people in Puerto Vallarta are really friendly and that was also another highlight of my vacation there.

I stayed here as a birthday getaway and there's so many great things I could say about it! The place had a fantastic view with a great location for all sorts of activities and nightlife. Host was super helpful and responsive and I'd love to stay again in the future!

The view was amazing! I woke up every morning and walked out to a beautiful oceanfront view and relaxing beach. The location was great; centrally located to the beach, restaurants, bars/ nightlife, and fun activities. Lots of room to roam around and the condo was up to date, our guest were impressed. Easy to book and I got a response ASAP! I will be staying here again!
