I had a great experience staying here. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Medellín. The moment you step outside, you’re surrounded by all the action, great restaurants, cafés, and anything you might need, day or night. Super convenient and safe area. The apartment itself nice, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was extremely attentive and easy to communicate with, always making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was an excellent stay I definitely plan on coming back next time I’m in Medellín. Highly recommended!

Place was great. . Living room has AC and all 3 rooms have AC. 3 full bathrooms. Place is big. Host is great Jonathan is very informative and helps a lot. Your welcome to bring your guest no problem. I requested cleaning they did it at no cost. Thanks Ryan and Jonathan

Ryan and Jonathan were great. Airbnb was awesome and in the perfect location to all the upscale clubs and restaurants. Also host was able to coordinate a Pablo Escobar tour and horse riding. Highly recommend.

Perfect location! Been to Medellin 6 times and this apartment was the best one yet. Across the street are a currency exchange and a store to grab what you need. The next street over is the heart of Provenza. The host was very responsive and eager to assist in anything we needed. Will most definitely be retuning.

The apartment was great and easy to get to. I enjoyed how close it was to parque Lleras. I will definitely stay there when I return.

Very nice apartment with parking included. Two rooms with a bathroom inside and another with the bathroom in the doorway. The two guys who work the entrance day and night are charming and attentive. A place I would definitely recommend. I'll be back.

Our experience Medellin was great. Everyone helping us both Ryan and Jonathan are amazing. We had an issue with our other airbnb and needed to move quickly. They made it happen. Overall all Ryan’s staff are great including the building guards. The only negative it is a bit noisy on the weekends until about 2am. I would absolutely stay in Ryan’s properties again.

The location is fantastic in Provenza, with beautiful trees outside the bedroom windows. It’s easy to walk to the many restaurants, cafes nearby, and also very close to a good gym. Jonathan and the door staff were the stars of the show, being incredibly attentive to my needs before arrival and during my stay. This would be a great place for several friends to share for a long weekend

I had a great week-long stay at Ryan’s apartment in the El Poblado area of Medellín. The apartment was clean, cozy, and made me feel safe. Ryan’s assistant, Jonathan, was very helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and local spots. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Parque de Lleras and fantastic dining options. Highly recommend!
