Great place to rest

Very good communication with Ilan, Germán, and Diana. The house is nice, with a large and beautiful garden, as well as a clean pool at a pleasant temperature.

Incredible experience. I'll definitely be back. Ilan was attentive at all times, as was Diana, who helped us with absolutely everything we needed. The house is very spacious, the garden is also very spacious, the house is very comfortable, the hosts are always attentive, and it's a great place to go with large groups or families to Tepoztlán, far from the chaos of downtown but very easy to reach by car. The pool and jacuzzi are a 10. We hope to return soon

The house is very nice. I just think that, because of the weather, it would be good to have slightly more efficient fans. The host (Ilan) is always available and very friendly, as is the staff who take care of the house.

Phenomenal place to stay in Tepoztlan. Our group was visiting the area for a wedding. The house was spacious, well-appointed, and very peaceful. Diana was a great cook, too! We thought it was a great value and would definitely stay again if we were in the area again.

The house is as shown in the pictures. The host was always in contact with me. The person who received us was super and made us breakfast two days, which made our stay there much easier.

We stayed here as a family of 9 plus a baby, and we absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for a big group. The patio and pool area are amazing and made our weekend even better. Ilan, the host, was extremely responsive and proactive with communication, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of small details that could be improved, but nothing that affected our stay in any meaningful way. Diana and Germán, who help on the property, were also wonderful—very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We went to a wedding and the house was very close to the place, it is very spacious, it has a super nice garden and there is a lot of tranquility. We were left wanting to enjoy it for more days. The only thing that was wrong was the hot water for the bathroom because it took a long time to come out or it didn't come out at all. Other than that, I recommend it 100%

Great accommodation, the rooms are as seen in the photos, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen has the necessary accessories to cook and prepare food. The dog that lives in the house is super friendly with humans and other dogs. The garden is very large and the pool is super comfortable as is the jacuzzi (take into account that it takes approximately 3 hours to heat up). Ilan, Diana and German (the people who maintain the house and help with the extra services) were aware that everything was fine and that the stay was pleasant

Thank you so much Ilan for having us and letting us have such a good time. I highly recommend it, he was always in touch, he helped us when we needed him and he was even accessible to requests we made. The place is a complete 10 out of 10, large rooms, comfortable beds, a warm pool, a place to make a campfire, a barbecue for roasted meat and a very friendly dog and zero harassment. It has additional services that are definitely worth enjoying, such as Diana's services (food) who, in addition to cooking very well, helped us with everything, Germán who was also available for any extra service that was needed with the house or any additional issue that needed to be resolved. Just as a recommendation, without it being a complaint, check the pressure of the bathtubs a little, which I think the water came out a little. It's a great place. :)

It's a super spacious and comfortable house. We went as a group of friends to spend quiet days. The terrace area, pool, garden, dining room, living room, everything was incredible and above all the cleanliness. I would only recommend the last room downstairs to ventilate more on these rainy days because of the humidity.

The place is very quiet, clean and they have a beautiful dog named Sisi, which complements the stay, highly recommended.

The house is as described! Very clean, very friendly staff and a very large and beautiful pool and garden. The staff prepared us local and very tasty food. Overall, we had a great stay and experience. We only had to wait a while for them to open up for us twice, but overall everything was excellent.

Ilan's accommodation was an excellent choice for us, as we had a wedding. It was literally on the corner of the place. The house is large and has everything you need to have a pleasant weekend. Ilan was always attentive to us.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilan’s Airbnb! Ilan was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating. He was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. The couple managing the house was also very attentive and supportive whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect size for our family, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice property, well cared for and spacious, we felt welcome, Germán and his wife were kind and attentive to our needs. The only thing we regret is that the water in the pool was very cold and something dirty, we were informed that the pump was broken down and they fixed it as soon as possible, but we still did not enjoy the pool. House amazing

The house is 15 min from the center of Tepoztlan, it is a quite large house with 2 rooms down and 2 upstairs, swimming pool and a jacuzzi that has extra cost for heating it, the people who attend are offered to help all the time and are very friendly, they have a dog that is loose all the time but does not bother for anything, quite friendly. Very well equipped kitchen. The only thing is that they have a neighbor who all the time is attentive to what happens due to the slightest noise you make asks you not to make ( it should be mentioned that we did not bring a small horn that we brought to a very modest volume and asked us to lower it) The house has a big garden. In case they want to do some sport, there are 2 brincolines that we do not use and games for children Which we don't use either. It's generally just as described. Thank you very much for everything!

We love the place, quiet and relaxing, great garden for kids.The pool was cool regardless it has solar heating. The facility needs some improvements: beds squeak when moving, outdoors heaters don’t work, but in general we recommend the place!! Diana and German treated us very well!! Looking forward to come back to this place.

The stay was very comfortable and the house is very nice and spacious. The host's attention was always excellent We observed a couple of aspects to improve: the lounge chairs are already somewhat old and uncomfortable to some extent and, by the time we went (late December), the water in the jacuzzi was very cold, although we understand that we were told from the beginning that it was heated to 32 degrees. Maybe it would be nice to ask the temperature at which it is required and calculate the rate on it.

We'll be back to try the pool!! We touched cold weather and ended up wanting to swim... We loved it

Excellent place Recommended for quiet rest days, the place and its amenities make it quite comfortable, which makes you not want to leave while you are in there, rooms and amenities according to what is shown on the page, consider that there is a neighbor "sensitive" to noise and can be a bit "rude" but not to leave aside that are matters foreign to the place, I would say enough to ignore it, but it depends on the tolerance of each one, certainly a place to which one after knowing it will want to return

Beautiful home in a very quiet location. Lots of space for our group and the staff were extremely helpful! Bumpy road to the house but taxis were happy to drive to us which made getting into town easy.

Very pleasant stay. We felt safe, in a house that has everything you need to not go out and spend a few days as a family, within a quiet area, with shops nearby. The people in charge were always attentive. Ilán was very attentive and kind. Check in was as we were told, no hassle.

We had an amazing stay at Ilan's property! The house is fantastic, with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pool is absolutely stunning, and the mountain views are breathtaking. We spent our evenings around the firepit, which added a cozy touch to our nights under the stars. The jungle gym was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. One minor downside is that the oven was broken during our stay, but Ilan informed us that it’s awaiting parts for repair. It didn’t affect our experience too much, as the kitchen is otherwise fully equipped. Also, a great tip: you can ask Ilan to solar heat the pool, which made our swims even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat. Ilan did a great job as a host, and we can’t wait to come back!

The place was very nice and neat. Don Germán, the gentleman who takes care of the house, was always attentive and helpful. Very comfortable and get to space. Only if there is a lot of noise, even if there is no music, there is a gentleman of 70 years of age approx Italian who starts to shout in Spanish that people are silent and sometimes also rude. Other than that, everything else is very good. There is a dog named Cici who is very friendly.

Ilan was always very attentive and great host. We asked him to get to the house before check-in and he did his best to make it so. The house is better than what is said in the ad. Diana and Germán were always very friendly. The garden is huge and the view and the pool are beautiful, there is the possibility of hiring massages. We were a big group for a couple of days, for a wedding, in December. That's why we had the pool temperature. Still, it was a really pleasant experience thanks to the host and assistants. There's feedback about a neighbors complaining about the volume. House rules prohibit music after 9:00 pm. Although our speaker was VERY small, the neighbor quickly approached me at 3 pm in a passive/aggressive tone to ask us to turn it down. This was a little uncomfortable, because we had been there for 1 hour. Therefore, I would reconsider staying if I planned to stay longer using the garden and pool. We didn't want any trouble and we lowered it, but there was little tolerance

The place is just like in the photos, very nice and quiet. In the house there are 2 people who are attentive to what is needed, in our case there was a fault in a water pipe and it was quickly fixed, the only thing I see as an area to improve are the door plates, some of which are useless. We would definitely come back and thank you very much to Mr. ILan who was very attentive to our arrival and all our questions. I recommend the place, and it also has a very beautiful view.

A very nice house, surrounded by nature and with a nice view. We were very well received and the service was very nice. Excellent cleanliness. It's not very close to downtown (approx. 10-15 min by car), but the house was 2 min from the event we were going to, so that was excellent for our purpose.

For the cost, there were details that can be improved, specifically in terms of maintenance. The pool urgently needs to have all the tiles replaced. They are falling apart. It's a bigger problem when you go with small children. Also, one of the bathrooms had an odor that was fixed in a timely manner thanks to Germán.
