The ceiling panel in one of the rooms collapsed and fell onto the beds along with the fan, putting our safety at risk, and the entire property had cracks. Fortunately, we weren't at the place at that time, as it could have happened to us while we were asleep. Also, the lock didn't work, and we were locked out for a while and spent the whole afternoon trying to sort it out, unable to do the things we had planned. For hours, we didn't receive any clear solutions, and besides, we didn't want to take any chances, and the option offered was to “stay right there.” Really???? Another one didn't match the price paid. In the end, they relocated us, but the new place also had problems: the lock didn't work, and we ended up getting locked in. There was a noticeable lack of general maintenance. Due to the time, we had no choice but to accept. The experience was very bad. The only redeeming features are the pools, the amenities, and the clean beach. I don't recommend it.

Everything was great; we were delighted with the accommodation.
