Karen’s place was very beautiful, convenient, and affordable. We arrived at SJO at 12am and drove down to her place which was about 3 hours. She was kind enough to let us check in extremely early upon our arrival which meant the world to us after our long day of travel. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is very close to the activities that La Fortuna has to offer. Karen was very attentive to our needs and she was kind enough to offer discounted prices on some of the tours in La Fortuna.

The accommodation is very humid, it lacks cleaning and maintenance of facilities, old, uncomfortable mattresses, it has ant infestation problems, spiders in the bathroom, we had to leave before the agreed time because we found a SNAKE coming out under the bed!! The location and view are good, but even that doesn't justify going through what we went through.
