Our stay was very pleasant. Heidi was an excellent host, and both Janet and Carmen looked after us with great kindness and willingness. We felt very well received, and we appreciate all your attention. We definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is very beautiful and well maintained. The furniture is in perfect condition. They gave it to me impeccable and clean in all areas. The bed linens were clean and freshly washed. The location is great and my family really enjoyed the amenities of the residential complex as well as the beach access. They were attentive to my stay at all times and helped me with all my questions. We enjoyed every day to the fullest and we will definitely come back whenever we can!

The service from the entire team was spectacular. We requested help with cleaning and meals (with extra cost): Carmen helped us with the cleaning and Vice with the food (delicious!). The air conditioning didn't work properly the first day, but they sent the maintenance team and they fixed it quickly. It is important to mention that the tower is located away from the beach; however, it is a 5-minute golf cart ride or a 10-minute walk away. We brought our dog: the apartment is pet-friendly, but the residential complex is not. Therefore, our pet could not be in common areas, in the pool area, or on the beach (this is not a problem with the apartment, but with the residential complex management). Overall, our stay was spectacular: there were 9 of us adults, and the space was large enough for us to feel comfortable. The value for the money is worth every penny.

Great option to go with your family. Very comfortable and nice apartment. Carmen was very friendly. I would only have liked to have been informed about the very strict rules of the place and more details about the logistics of the complex.

The accommodation matches the description. Carmen's support in the apartment was very helpful; she was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. On this occasion, 2 TVs didn't work, but everything else was fine!

The location is perfect, and the beach and pools are perfect. If you're traveling with a large group, it's ideal. The contact person is very friendly, but the apartment needs A LOT of maintenance: drawers come out, one of the TVs doesn't work, and the air conditioning in the dining room and living room didn't work on the first day. The next day, they fixed it at 12:00 PM. If you are coming with a family of 4, look for another place in the same area.

Everything is very clean, very comfortable beds, which is the most important thing. I always rate the place for the comfort of the beds. The place is very quiet and clean, the carts are available to take you to the beach, even though it's very close on foot
