Beautiful Art Deco villa surrounded by lush vegetation. Amazing sea view. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed all the surrounding nature. You are looking for a magical view, a modern art villa with large spaces, and a few animal visits in the morning on your terrace. This villa will suit you.

Spectacular house!

The architecture of the villa (outside but also inside) made a big impression on us. The spaciousness of the villa is fantastic. Everything really fits! From the large-scale works of art to the kitchen amenities to the magnificent pool. The location of the villa is fantastic, provided you have your own car. Admittedly, the villa is no longer brand new, which is visible in one or two details. But in any case, it is very well maintained and very stylish and guarantees a high degree of privacy! We felt incredibly comfortable! The idea of also offering something for children is great; however, in practice, there is some room for improvement here! (The slide is too extreme, and the playroom mostly has things that no longer work.)

I loved coming to this magical place. A "pura vida" experience. It's comfortable, nice and has good internet. The sounds of nature give it an incredible touch. I would come back again :)!

Beautiful property

This place was very beautiful and we loved how spacious it was because the bugs are easier to keep in a different side of the house then where you may be sleeping which nice. The view is amazing and it looks just like the pictures. We didn’t use the other amenities much but i’m sure they are just as nice as well!

We had a fantastically wonderful time with our daughter! The path is a bit bumpy at the start, but no problem with an SUV. The location is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, and on one day we even got a free smoothie 😍 It takes longer for the water to get warm, but that's no problem when it's warm outside. The pool deck is in need of renovation, and having a restaurant right at the property would be even more convenient, but we would come back and highly recommend it to our friends 😊 It was a fantastic place to stay.

What an iconic place. Loved our time in our Art Villa pod! We had such a wonderful time relaxing by the pool and watching the sunsets while listening to toucans and howler monkeys, surrounded by lush jungle... honestly fantastic! A big thank you to Alba as well who was so lovely and helpful!

Absolutely stunning house. Clean and great amenities. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very glad the road to the house was paved. It was extremely steep, but easy to access. We didn’t have any issue with bugs. Just be careful to keep food locked up. AC in the bedrooms worked perfectly and enabled a comfortable nights sleep. Uvita was a great little town with lots activities. Area felt like very safe. Fabulous overall! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Great experience, pleasant place! The sauna and cold bath were not working at the time of our stay unfortunately. The pool was pleasant and the view is beautiful. Please note, the kitchen is reserved for the private chef, it is not possible to cook independently. However, they were understanding and accommodated us.

It was a magical stay. Enormously enjoyed all the facilities. We will definitely come back again. Special thanks to the hostess who welcomed us very nicely but also did everything during the stay to make it extra pleasant!

This place is amazing!!! In terms of cleaning it was very clean and organized, the only thing I will say is that there are bugs (and it understood as the main area is outside) it doesn’t bother us but for people who scared it might be overwhelming. We very like and enjoy from this place and it is very special.

You will love the Art Villa. I’ve been itching to get back here for 3 years. When we arrived, we were greeted by Nayeli. You will love her personality. She’s a nice young lady and very personable. She showed us around the villa and explained the do’s and don’ts of the villa and the rules about flying drones, using the trampoline, and the waterslide. There were a few changes in the décor of the villa that helped enhance the experience. The view from the pool deck and relaxing in the infinity pool was fun and relaxing as I remembered 3 years ago. Later we had dinner, watched Netflix and enjoyed the pool. We ordered breakfast everyday so I can tell you that the pancakes, omelet, and Costa Rican and it was great. We enjoyed massages, the gas grill, and the gym. I took advantage of their clothes washing service, and my clothes arrived the next day clean and folded. Met Alba on our last night. She’s very nice and attentive and loves telenovelas like I do. Everyone had an awesome time!!!

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! The view, the design of the house, the private chief, the massages we received, Artvillas made our Costa Rica experience unforgettable! We were worried ahead of time about the bugs based off the previous comments so we came prepared with bug net tents for the beds, bug spray, etc but during the day we did not have any problems with bugs or mosquitoes. At night they were more active but honestly not as bad as we thought they would be. We all slept very comfortable, the views were amazing and can hear the ocean from the house. Lastly, we made the mistake of driving to the wrong ArtVillas and was 2 hours away from the Correct one. This was our mistake by looking up the address on Waze instead of using Airbnb Address but please keep in mind it’s Artvillas in OSA. We will definitely be booking here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Petra’s place. The location cannot be beat, with its calm forest and view of the ocean. They offer so many personalized options. We had the best help from the concierge Alma. She was so welcoming and helped us set up food, massages, and even played with our baby. I would absolutely come back and will be suggesting for all my friends and family to stay here as well.

I had the pleasure of staying in this authentic villa. The setting, the comfort, the decoration, every detail is carefully thought out to offer an exceptional experience. I had a wonderful time there, the massage and yoga session were a plus, everything was perfect from start to finish. A big thank you to hosts for their hospitality and professionalism. I would recommend it in a second.

Art Villa has incredible views, inside and out. Our family, with multiple teenage daughters, and even a couple pre teens, enjoyed every moment. Fun (photo worthy) pool, to the water slide, and architecture of the home, which adults raved about. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well.

Beautiful house with great amenities. You are in the jungle so could experience few bugs inside the house. We experienced power outage during rains but otherwise loved the place. Host was very responsive. Excellent breakfast provided in mornings. Loved the pool and the gym.

We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. The location is great, the house was even better then the pictures and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Fun stay!

Amazing house and view! Staff was super accommodating and helpful during our stay, constantly communicating to make sure we were all good during our stay. We did have issues with insects inside but they quickly came and fumigated for us, then again it’s in the middle of nature so it’s understandable. Would definitely come back.

Great stay!

A great experience from beginning to end. Amazing views, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, great amenities including sauna and cold plunge and a terrific location.

The stay was great. We had an incident the first night with power going out for 2 hours and then flickering on and off. Lots of bugs come inside the house if you leave doors open. Second night, we maintain doors closed and we were ok. The resort also has a strange environmental initiative that limits the use of air conditioning during the day, which in my opinion is inappropriate and should be made optional to the guests and not mandatory. We did request to remove the restriction and the host complied. The house is incredible and definitely an arquitectural masterpiece. Worth the experience.

This place is amazing! Book if you can. Nayeli and Alba were amazing and helped us with everything including excursions restaurant recommendations for our group of 10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back !

This place is exactly what you see. The pictures are accurate to represent how beautiful this house is. Also note with open air feel comes no barrier for large bugs and geckos in the rooms at night. We never had anything come on the beds which is great but our kids couldn’t sleep at night with a praying mantis, large leaf bug and some geckos crawling/flying around the rooms. I myself slept fine and enjoyed the house in its entirety, just be ready to be “one” with nature a little bit. Would 100% recommend the house though.

I have wanted to visit this villa for yeaaarsss and I finally made it happen and was worth the wait. Absolutely amazing and the sunset was magical. Perfection❤️

Amazing experience

One of my all time favorite stays! Went in January 2025 with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and am so happy we chose this place. It was more stunning than the photos. The backdrop is breathtaking. The rooms and decor were great. We didn’t use the gym but it had a lot of equipment. The sauna was nice. Daily room service was a nice touch. The on-site breakfast was delicious with a variety of options each day. All the staff we encountered were really nice. Villa is conveniently located to a lot of activities and restaurants. Our concierge, Catalina, was SO nice! She answered all of my questions leading up to the stay, helped me coordinate various activities and transportation and provided recommendations for restaurants. I could not have planned the trip without her. There were a few minor transportation issues but she was able to help me rectify it. My only complaint is I wish we would have been able to book a longer stay to enjoy it more but this villa books up quickly.

This place is the perfect escape, perfectly located . tucked away in your own oasis, great recommendations and the local breakfast they serve just spectacular

WOW! Words can barely describe the otherworldly energy at the ArtVillas! We had a truly SURREAL experience here! The home is an architectural dream with amazing views. Every inch of this place is well-thought out and intentional. Extremely clean, luxurious, spacious, and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Soft towels, robes, linens, and lovely soaps.Host and staff were very friendly and helpful. In-house massages were divine and the breakfast provided was delicious! Gym on the ground floor was a huge bonus too. If you have the opportunity to stay here, 100% DO IT!

Even though we booked very spontaneously, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and had the villa ready for us in no time. The place was absolutely stunning – even more beautiful than the pictures suggested! We lucked out with a day of wild weather, sunshine and a touch of mist. The villa, with its many windows, offered mesmerizing views of the changing landscape. The villa's design was also perfect for our needs. Each room was a tranquil retreat, providing a sense of personal space. Sipping coffee and enjoying fresh fruit while enveloped in the sounds of nature was pure bliss. It was the perfect way to start the day. We're already dreaming of returning to this idyllic sanctuary!

Huge place with unbelievable scenery. Astounding views, fit for 5 couples easily. The space around the house and the shared yoga/fitness space are huge pluses. Very nice breakfast with a view and great service, and even two local toucans and a coati remind you where you are. Would definitely come back.

Staying at Art Villas is like a dream. Its simple the most amazing place we have ever stayed (and we've stayed in a lot of very cool places)! It is beautiful architecture and amazing interior design with incredible art everywhere, comfortable and functional furniture, great beds and bathroom amenities. You're literally in the middle of the jungle with incredible ocean views. Brilliant sunsets, star- or lightening-filled skies overhead. Sounds of the natural environment everywhere (especially during early morning and evening hours). With local construction and grounds crews constantly taming the jungle during the day it was admittedly not that peaceful. The complementary breakfasts were amazing! Local foods and eggs any way you want them prepared with care and delivered with a friendly and warm smile by Petra and her amazing team. While it's not a hotel we found the concierge service delivered by Andrew and Kat to be responsive from check in the check out. Location was perfect

WOW! WOW! This place does not disappoint! Peaceful, beautiful stay near the treetops immersed in the rainforest Coco Pods with a view of the ocean in the distance. The property gives a very zen "one with nature" organic feeling. The open-air, comfy glamping pods are incredibly designed and you will marvel at the architecture. We utilized all amenities, gym, trampoline, pool, sauna, cold plunge, spa opportunities and fabulous dinner with private chef. Andrew and Cat, as concierge, were always steps away and very helpful with advice on restaurants and activities. The friendly food service staff greeted us each morning offering a delicious and generous breakfast selection. Plenty to do and see in the area, despite the rainy season. The monkeys hanging out at the pods were so entertaining! Wildlife all around! We absorbed it all, slept incredibly well, and came away refreshed and inspired. We will be back!

The open living area connects the inside with the outside in a beautiful way and allows you to experience nature really up close. First let me say thank you to Andrew & Catalina for their great service! I was celebrating my honeymoon with my wife and I wanted to surprise her with a decorated room and they were able to accommodate to my exact vision. They were always responsive whenever we needed anything. They helped us book taxis and provided recommendations for places to go. Overall great service. The chefs on site were great and kind. The breakfast was really good. The Villa was something out of a dream. The pool and view definitely made it worth the price. The bugs weren’t really an issue. The gym was nice the only thing missing was a treadmill. I would recommend everyone to experience this villa.

Petra's property was AMAZING. Very peaceful and quiet. The view of the jungle & the beach was breathtaking. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience. I think it's worth noting that you ABSOLUTELY have to have a 4x4 car to get to this location but once you're there it is worth it.

Overall great stay, it rained the entire trip but that boils down to timing your trip to coincide with better weather. The stay was comfortable but wasn’t initially aware I was reserving a space meant for six instead of two.

Beautiful views and beautiful home. There definitely is a lot of insects but that’s what you get when you’re in the forest. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. If you’re looking to just relax this is the place to book.

I cannot explain how beautiful this place is in person. The pictures are stunning but the in person view took my breath away. It’s something out of a dream. Secluded, quiet, the sound of nature morning, noon, and night. We felt safe the entire stay and every need was met. The staff helped me get a birthday cake and balloons to surprise my husband. Any question I had was answered quickly. Do yourself a favor and book this place. We seriously didn’t want to leave!

So amazing! The coco pods were very clean and exceeded my expectations. The concierge guy was always attentive and we couldn't have been happier. We experience the private chef for one of our dinners and absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend staying at the coco pods when staying in Uvita. You won't regret it!

The pictures can only do so much justice as the jungle is teaming with life! Such a magical place!
