We REALLY enjoyed our stay! Everything about this home was wonderful. We loved that it was extremely spacious. We were all able to spread out. We had our own bedroom and bathroom. We gathered in the living room for fun, laughter and TV time. The large dining room table was a plus for our family meals. We also used the space as a joint working and collaboration spot. The pool was awesome. We used the underwater pool lights to create a low-key and pensive vibe for evening cocktails. The neighborhood was quiet and off a main road. It was easy to Uber or catch a taxi. We felt very secure in this location. The house had a key-locked security gate and keyed doors. Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants, retail shopping, cafes, were closeby in this very convenient and walkable neighborhood. This Host is extremely organized!!! A definite plus that made our arrival, stay, and departure ...... very easy. We will definitely return and are grateful that we had a SUPER HOST!!! Felice & Nelson

I had a problem with scheduling and it wasn't very clear, but I'm not sure if it's an issue with Airbnb or the owners. But I have to emphasize that when I spoke with some of the hosts, they offered me solutions, and they were helpful and kind about the issue. Without a doubt, the best option was to have been in the house and enjoy time with the family. It was super nice. I also want to mention that the bathroom upstairs from the middle room, where there are two beds, no longer opens from the inside, and since I had no idea, I was scared. We didn't close the door to use that bathroom anymore. But the pool was super nice, and there were lights and air conditioning everywhere. Everyone slept comfortably. The rooms are very nice. Overall, everything was super good. Well‑stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious dinner. Yes, it's worth it. The manager was super friendly.

Nice and tidy house for a stay in Cancun.

Excellent house, very large and good location

Our group of 13 stayed here after a late night flight. The place had plenty of room and big enough to host our group. Walkable to several nearby restaurants.

Felt safe, house was clean and free of clutter, beds are super comfortable and all bedrooms but one have their own private restroom. Host was always communicating with you. My friends and I had a nice stay .

Definitely worth it for a big group! It is located in downtown Cancun and it is safe.

I would come back without a second thought; they were very friendly, and I left a personal item behind, and they kept it for me without any problem.

Beautiful and clean place

This place is great if you don't want to be in the crowd of the resorts. It is walking distance from Walmart and Starbucks. There are also 3 restaurants that are walking distance as well. There were two bedrooms on the first floor with one having its own restroom. They both had 2 queen beds. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. one is a master bedroom with one bed and a small sofa. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the master bedroom did not work as well as the ones in the other rooms. Next to the master bedroom is a room with 2 beds with is own restroom. Only issue is it's windows rattled non-stop, but just put a piece of paper in the gap and it will stop talking. The last bedroom also had 2 beds and it's own restroom. The place is a great size for big groups and was clean. Just keep in mind there are many keys and you will need to learn which key opens what door. It was a bit confusing. Overall it was a great stay.

Airbnb matched description, host was responsive and the location was perfect.

I loved our Airbnb. It is right by the mouth of and adjacent to the hotel zone without being in the thick of it. The area is walkable, so you can access restaurants, coffee shops, ATMs, etc. An additional benefit to being at the opening of the zone and not in it is that getting Ubers (and Uber Eats) was super easy!! The host was incredibly responsive and has local staff available during the day to help with trash, towels, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was a lovely place and exactly what we needed for our last night before an early flight. The space was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The pool area was tranquil and a really nice way to unwind after traveling. We appreciated being within easy walking distance of restaurants and groceries, which made everything simple.

The place is nice, clean but smells like moisture, there is a laundry room and the man who was watching us made me uncomfortable and when we left we realized that he is the manager but it was uncomfortable at the beginning, apart from that it is nice. If you don't have a car, it's not worth it because it's not close to anything. I thought it would be close to somewhere to go out. You have to take taxis and they don't go below 1300 pesos to the tourist area, airport, etc.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house was as advertised great location, beautiful and with Lots of space for every room. The checking was a breeze with the provided instructions and our host was very responsive to our requests. If you’re borderline, please don’t be this a great home! We were a big group and everyone was happy!

Good stay, just a few details like the showers, very little water came out to bathe. And other cleaning details but they are minimal. I recommend it.

In the early morning there was a little noise from the neighbors, but apart from that everything was fine. I liked the place, comfortable and nice!
