The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and as described. I traveled with my family and with a person in a wheelchair, and the spaciousness of the accommodation makes it very comfortable to move a person with reduced mobility. Travel with children, and the facilities allow you to do several activities inside the complex. I also travel with a small to medium-sized pet, and I should mention that within the complex they tell you where you can walk the pet. Pets cannot be in common areas such as beach loungers, swimming pools, or restaurants. There are rules that you must follow to avoid penalties, which helps make the place a quiet, safe place. My stay was very pleasant, enjoyable, and quiet. Sara and Roci always answered my questions very quickly. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Super nice place, matches the photos, everything is clean and in good condition. Everything was impeccable, the kitchen was super equipped, super comfortable!! The residential complex and the apartment are beautiful! Highly recommended. The host was super attentive, friendly and helpful. Of course, we'll be back soon!!

The accommodation is amazing, access to the beach is very easy and convenient, the general facilities are very good and the staff's service is amazing. The apartment is very nice, spacious and very comfortable, it has everything you need for a satisfactory stay. Sara is a superhost, she made us feel at home and was always attentive to our stay, provided very clear directions and was very accessible at any time.

Hello Sara , Thank you for your attention, but we want to share that our experience was not the best. The first day everything was fine, but the next day, when the cleaning lady came in, the apartment was practically the same: there was no general cleaning, they just made the beds and washed the dishes. The bathrooms were still dirty and there was no soap, shampoo or amenities, just toilet paper. This was disappointing, as we were told that cleaning was included. We also couldn't enjoy the common areas because they were always crowded and we never got loungers on the beach or in the pool. In addition, the administration was very strict: everything required authorization from the owner and I had to constantly notify who was entering or leaving, which was very stressful. They even charged us $500 for the loss of a single access bracelet, which we felt was excessive. For all these reasons, we request a refund for the cleaning service or some compensation, since we were unable to enjoy

La limpieza que incluye es justo eso, limpiar y recoger camas, tipo hotel. No incluimos shampoo, pero si revisaré que el administrador tome cartas en el asunto respecto a esto y una disculpa de antemano. Especialmente contigo tuvimos varios inconvenientes por tu perspectiva del departamento y de tu viaje a acapulco. Yo y la administración de Airbnb estuvo enterada de todo, como iba a llover me pediste descuento por lluvia, como entendí tu preocupación te pedí que cancelaras justo por que tampoco es tema que podamos predecir. Y si leíste el reglamento como te pedimos, menciona que no se permiten fiestas, aún así nuestro administrador te permitió amablemente y a deshoras de la noche que entraran tus invitados. Si te molestó que tenías que pedir permiso , pues no debías de haber organizado fiesta cuando sabías que no se permite. los policías subieron a callarlos varias veces y el reglamento tiene horarios para respeto de todos Y las reglas de la isla Residence es para todos, lo que se pierde te lo cobran todos , y los 500 pesos son también precios del condominio no mío. Y si perdieron toallas , pues entenderás que a nosotros nos cuesta tener nuestras cosas, las toallas son para que ustedes no tengan que cargar y están brazadas, eso cuestan lo siento. Y pues no diré más cosas que ocurrieron, porque fuimos bastante abiertos y pacientes contigo y tu grupo y lo sabes. Entiendo y me disculpo por temas administrativos de nuestro departamento, pero lo que ustedes ocasionan con su comportamiento no es parte de tu calificación/

It has everything you need to feel at home, the host was very attentive and helpful, keeping us informed and helping with any questions, They were flexible and accommodating to bring my Chihuahua puppy. I really appreciate it, even with the restrictions of the place on pets we really enjoyed it and it was comfortable. They have a spectacular cook, Roci, I recommend them. The staff serving the island in general are unfortunately not the most helpful or kind. The island deserves better management with a focus on customer service. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay, we would be delighted to return
