The apartment is very well equipped. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place is amazing! The areas are very quiet, and the pier at the edge of the lagoon is spectacular! Upon arrival, we were greeted with white wine and the service was always timely. Thank you! We will definitely be back here!

Excellent place. The area where the apartment is located is super quiet, perfect if you want to get away from the city and find peace and quiet. The apartment is very clean and beautiful, the decor is pleasant, and the host is very friendly and always attentive to us. The complex where it is located is very well maintained, in addition to having beautiful vegetation and many activities to do, without the need to go outside. We decided to take advantage of the days in this spacious and beautiful place. The ease of being able to leave the apartment and go to the lagoon, which was a few meters away, we wouldn't trade that for anything. It would definitely be a place we would return to again and again. It became our favorite place.

This is the third time I've gone with my family to Bacalar… this time was SPECTACULAR! The property was all super clean, tidy, with all the beautiful details that make you feel at home! The Club House facilities are unbeatable, and the pier is beautiful! The depth of the water and the dreamlike colors! And even more so, Javier's hospitality! Don't hesitate… it's a beautiful place to stay and spend a few wonderful days!

The place is really beautiful, even more so than what the pictures show, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Each space was carefully detailed, creating a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Also, everything was spotless and the experience was very comfortable from start to finish. It's definitely a place we'd love to go back to, and we highly recommend it.

Absolutely incredible stay in Bacalar! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and even better than the photos. Waking up to the lagoon views every morning felt unreal. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect — close enough to restaurants and town, but still quiet and relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Bacalar!

The place is very nice. It has access to the lagoon. The accommodation is very well equipped. We didn't lack anything. The entire complex is still under construction, but that didn't affect the stay at all. The common areas, such as the pool and access to the lagoon, are very nice. David's attention was very good. He was always attentive. The accommodation is far from downtown Bacalar, but taxis are accessible and reliable. 100% recommended to stay here.

Had a great time. Taxis are expensive so a vehicle is recommended. 200 pesos wherever you go. The location is outside of town but the water is super clear. Premier location. Lots of construction but it’s worth it. I’d highly recommend the location and the condo

This Airbnb in Bacalar was an amazing stay. The property had everything we needed and was very spacious. It was close to a wedding venue we attended as well as a short 10-15 minute drive to back to downtown Bacalar to do other activities, visit restaurants, and bars. I definitely recommend this property based on communication, amenities, and close proximity to do other activities if you choose to do them.

We had the best time. The accommodation is truly lovely, and there was almost no one there during our stay. The host was very attentive, the location is beautiful, and the house terraces are the best part.

This place was absolutely perfect. The interior of the property was amazing, but the kitchen utensils were also prepared like at home. The rooftop swimming pool and barbecue area were also very convenient for traveling with children. The shared swimming pool and lagoon, which are a 5-minute walk away, were also great. I would like to come for a longer stay on my next trip. There is construction going on nearby, but there was no noise at all. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I recommend this place. The host was also responsive and friendly. I plan to stay here again on my second trip to Bagalur. We had a really great time.

Excellent stay. Besides the fact that the apartment is very nice and comfortable, it is located in one of the best areas of the lagoon, where the water is very turquoise. It is also 5 minutes from the Bacalar rapids. It was the best stay I had on my trip!!

Apartment of ten. Everything is impeccable: the decoration is carefully thought out, the spaces are designed to be enjoyed and absolutely everything you need to feel comfortable from the first minute. The roof… just spectacular. And the common areas, especially the clubhouse and that bridge that crosses to the lake, seem to be taken from a dream. A small paradise that forces you to slow down and look around (yes, one of those places that reconcile you with life). Javier's hospitality deserves a separate mention. From our arrival, it was more than we expected. The detail of welcoming us with fruit and coffee — something unusual on Airbnb — speaks of genuine, non-automatic service. My family and I had two spectacular days, surrounded by comfort, luxury and a constant feeling of being well cared for. Thank you for the experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, highly recommended, and a great host

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling with family or friends, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and it was super clean. The lagoon is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the whole path is surrounded by trees and in a private area. The communication with Javier and David was super easy and great. The place even have a paddle board for you to use with no extra cost and the kitchen is well equipped. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent apartment in a great location in a new complex that has a beautiful pier to swim into the lagoon from and a very nice swimming pool. Actually two connected pools as well as a private pool on the roof. Javier was extremely polite and responsive. The apartment is very well decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The complex is still under construction but the building where this apartment is and adjacent buildings are complete so we didn’t hear any loud construction. The quality of the apartment itself as well as the build of the pool/club area near the lagoon is very very good. It’s definitely best if you have a car to visit. The lagoon is an amazing place to swim in. If anything the apartment is better and bigger in person than the photos suggest. Highly recommend!

A beautiful condo in Bacalar! Jaiver, the property co-host, is very helpful and friendly. He helped us out with anything we needed. He gave us recommendations for tours and assisted us when our rental car pick-up went awry. Amazing view from the rooftop and our favorite place to hang out and relax! The pool and seating are very nice. The condo is in a new development with a clubhouse at the end of the road (8-10 minute walk) featuring pools, gathering areas, and a gorgeous boardwalk out to the lake. Helpful things to know: -You need a car to get around from this location to access restaurants, stores, and downtown. -The condo has a water filtration system built into the kitchen. Very convenient and helpful. - AC, stocked kitchen -The development is under construction. It was not disruptive, but large crews of workers come in daily. - There are 2 long flights of stairs to get to the condo (no elevators) - They provided us with a paddleboard and floaty 100% Highly Recommend!
