Everything seemed excellent to us. We had a small problem with an air conditioner, and Francisco helped us solve it very quickly. The place is very nice, comfortable and quiet. No complaints. Check-in was very easy. Everything was excellent.

The villa is absolutely amazing and Fransisco was a fantastic host! He was so friendly and helpful with everything. We stayed there for a month and loved it. We had our two daughters 3 and 5 years and the swimming pool and garden was a highlight for them (and us). Really close to Tamarindo with a car. You can even walk to grocery stores/restaurants in Villareal if you dont feel like driving. Do not hesitate to book!

A beautiful house, very comfortable and with everything you need. The location is good if you have a car because you can get to the nearby beaches. Very close to supermarkets. The place where it is located is very safe and quiet, a perfect place for family vacations!

It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in Costa Rica. It is an oasis surrounded by nature. If you are looking for a clean place, without neighbors nearby, where you can really rest, this is the place for you. Communication was very efficient, and they were always ready to help and meet any need. The ocean view adds a lot to the house. You won't need an alarm clock because the congos will help you with that. I definitely recommend Casa Paloma. I'm sure I'll be back in the near future.

Amazing place, even better than what you see in the photos... The house is amazing, big, and spacious. It is very close to Tamarindo, so it is very easy to find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, go to different beaches, everything you need... The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious... We were a group of 6 people, and we had a great time. Francisco was very willing to help; he always responded quickly, and he even let us know that the house was ready before check-in time, in case we wanted to check in earlier. He also got us a spare gas cylinder for the grill, immediately after we requested it.

Had a wonderful stay! the place is very clean, well equipped in a secure complex with a spacious balcony overlooking a great pool area. Close walk to town and the beach. Host is very helpful and quick to respond.

The place is 10 blocks from downtown, and it allowed us to be in touch with nature. We were able to enjoy the pool. The place is very nice and comfortable, and it had everything you need for an excellent stay. It even has towels and a beach umbrella.

There were 4 of us, colleagues, and we used the house for remote work in the morning and activities in the afternoon. It was perfect; we were also close to everything, and we were able to cook ourselves some great meals! It was perfect for an innovative work retreat :) Thank you, Francisco

Francisco is one of the BEST Airbnb host I have encountered. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately! The Airbnb is in a great location with a short drive to Tamarindo beach and absolutely love how secure it felt staying there. Check in was super easy and the Airbnb was so beautiful and clean! Fully equipped kitchen and many towels. No issues at all during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Everything really is just like you'll see in the pictures! Really a perfect place to go with little ones. We went with our 5-year-old and 1-year-old; very comfortable, the pool is clean, and it’s the perfect depth for swimming! Everything in the house is really nice, and something perfect about Tamarindo is that it’s close to all the beaches: Tamarindo Beach (10 min), Flamingo Beach (20 min), Playa Grande (15 min), and close to restaurants and cafés, with the peace and privacy of not being in the center. So at night, it's really quiet, peaceful, and you have a great view of the stars! We even saw satellites and monkeys!

We had a great time at Francisco's! The house is really pleasant to live in and very well located, in a private and well-guarded subdivision. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Francisco was very available and very responsive to our needs. I would recommend it without a second thought! Thank you

The place was as advertised. It’s inexpensive. And you get what you pay for. The beds aren’t good, the cook ware is terrible, and it lacks a lot of kitchen things.

Great house for large group. Approximately 15 minutes from Tamarindo and all the shops. Would definitely stay again. Francisco was amazing and very communicative.

When at the home, we spent most of our time on the balcony to relax or play cards as it was big enough to accommodate the 4 of us. The balcony was shady late in the morning into the afternoon and the ceiling fans helped to cool us off. It was easy to jump in the pool to cool off as well and the pool was never too busy. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials when we wanted to cook dinner in. There is a brand new bbq thanks to Francisco. When we discovered that the old bbq didn’t work, Francisco worked at getting us a temporary one. We never used the temporary bbq as the replacement came before we needed to use it. Note that you will need to book your time to use the bbq to accommodate others in the building, and please do clean the grill after each use. It was a comfortable and relaxing home. I would recommend. Thank you Francisco for hosting us, being responsive, setting us up with transport to and from the airport, as well as getting us an operational bbq. 😊

I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful peaceful retreat in Tamarindo. Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, beach, grocery etc. while being tucked away in a peaceful corner of town. Waking up and enjoying the pool and balcony in the morning was a favourite. Having the bbq and outdoor dining area was also great, it was nice to have the option for a home cooked meal. A/C was also amazing after hot days in the sun exploring. Francisco is also very helpful and kind, very responsive and lots of great recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tamarindo. The home is very comfortable and thoughtfully set up, especially for a family. The kitchen was well planned and had everything we needed. This apartment had access to a lovely pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience pleasant. Overall, a great place to stay in Tamarindo, especially for families looking for comfort and convenience.

The house is as described in a very secluded location. We enjoyed the pool and the garden area. Perfect for relaxation after the beach. You do have to drive to Tamarindo but it’s very close 10 minutes. Great stay, a bit to short!! Hasta la próxima.

Great apartment with everything you might need for your vacation. Nice building and pool! Walk to town is about 10 min, and 15-20 min to the beach.

Absolutely stunning villa!! We had an absolute blast at this gorgeous home. Francisco really outdid himself with the design and amenities. Favourite part was being able to open all the sliding doors and take in the beautiful scenery. 10/10 would recommend !

Francisco was a respectful and generous host. The place was CLEAN and very well maintained upon arrival. Close to many restaurants, plazas, bars, etc. The area as a whole is very convenient, safe, and easily accessible as there are many tourists. We had an issue with the locks in our rooms as it was non functional - Francisco was very prompt in responding to our queries and questions by sending a locksmith within a matter of minutes to rectify the problem. Thank you Francisco for hosting us at your place. Feliz Navidad !

This is not my first time, as I have some trips back and forth, always feel right at home, and Francisco is always so helpful. If you are looking for an easy Airbnb, with great amenities, look no further. The location is also great, close to good spots and the beach.

As seen in the photos, an incredible house with excellent privacy, aesthetics and security. Quick response from the host, plus an extraordinary location to get to the different beaches in the town.

Honestly this place was amazing and we would re-book again. The place was clean had a lot space even too much for a group of 3. The only thing that was a slight problem was losing Internet connection in the first bedroom.Besides that it was really great place to stay and your not to far from the main attraction in tamarindo.

Very nice place! The apartment is thoughtfully stocked with plenty of useful items that really made a difference—clearly, the host put effort into anticipating what guests might need (there were even beach umbrellas!). The space is private, quiet, and feels very safe. The sound insulation is very good, and the mattresses were comfortable as well. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely come back here again. Francisco was an excellent host—communicative, flexible with our schedule, and genuinely friendly and caring.

Francisco was an amazing host. Not only did he respond quickly, he was also very kind. He stopped by the day of check in to put in a brand new shower head for one of the bathrooms because the cleaning crew had let him know the old one was messed up. He answered any and all questions I had and made sure I felt at home. The house is in a gated community and the neighbors are very kind. There were chickens and kittens (they belong to the neighbor across the street) that’d pass by, the cats were so sweet and loving it made the stay 10x better. The house was very clean, everything that we needed was there. 2 minute drive from groceries store and a quick 15 minute drive to get to tamarindo. Id definitely book again with Francisco, the house was so beautiful on the inside and out!

The home is beautiful and spacious. 3 rooms in the main house and a lovely casita with its own full bathroom. It was six of us and the home had plenty of space. The property is located in a community that has 24hrs security checking you in and out so you feel safe. We were about 15 min away from PlayaTamarindo, 30 from Playa Flamingo and Conchal. We had a couple grocery store just a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed the accommodation which was as described. We enjoyed the terrace as well as the pool. We were also very comfortable sleeping with the air conditioning and the two bedrooms. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes, but it's still very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo.

the place was gorgeous and the perfect fit for our getaway. The pool room was so cool! We loved the exposed wood at the place. Ofc being in a tropical environment bug friends are inventible but after you get them back to their outdoor lives you’re all good to go 🧡 Francisco was great with communication and details. If I make my way back I’d love to stay again.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Amos's property. We loved the pool right outside the suite and the walk into the heart of Tamarindo is more than manageable. Francisco was great to communicate with and very helpful. We'd stay there again for sure. Thanks!

We had a nice time. The place was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside patio area where we could sit and enjoy the birds . We would definitely go back.

The location was quiet and away from the main strip in Tamarindo hence the peace and serenity. The large patio was wonderful and overlooked the pool. It was spacious for our party of four. I felt safe and there was even a guard in the day till early evening. The hosts were very accessible and would answer any questions we had. I would stay here again.

The home was as pictured and absolutely beautiful. The AC was not functioning in living room but Franc had this replaced immediately. The home is in a great location and was comfortable for our group of four. We were able to relax and unwind in the pool and all the great spaces throughout. I would highly recommend.

This home was beautiful, such an amazing space . My family and I enjoyed our time. We were not aware that the air conditioner in the living room leaked water while in use. Which made the space really hot luckily the sliding doors allowed for a breeze, but it was still pretty hot. Overall great space!

Our stay at Francisco’s Airbnb was wonderful! The house was clean and well-maintained. Francisco was incredibly polite and hospitable, providing recommendations, trusted services, and helpful tips on transportation, restaurants, and groceries. The location was great—just a 10-minute drive from the Tamarindo strip, with security, so we felt safe. We walked to nearby stores and ate at local sodas, especially Las Palmas, where the staff was incredibly welcoming despite the language barrier. While walkable, the path inside the premises was long and too hot to do midday. Also, ants came out at night. They looked like fire ants, but we weren’t bitten. Francisco promptly fixed the hot water issue and explained the ants were normal in tropical areas. Bring bug spray! Overall, the stay was amazing, and the house was fantastic. We’d definitely book with Francisco again. Pura Vida!

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect—just a short walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and even the Thursday night market, which was right around the corner. The condo was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. There was plenty of room for our family of five (my husband, mom, and our two little ones, 5 months and 20 months old). The AC in every room kept us comfortable, and the pool was clean and refreshing. One of our favourite parts was the spacious balcony—it was the perfect spot to sit outside, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Our host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations, which made our stay even better. Everything was just as described—if not better! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tamarindo.

Beautiful place in the mountains - felt like we were deep in the jungle. The monkeys paid us a visit, as well as some other interesting wildlife! The host was very responsive and we felt very safe there with a night guard on site. The infinity pool was gorgeous and kept very clean. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Naim. The house is brand new, really comfortable, and perfect location. Felt really safe in a gated community, my family was able to enjoy Tamarindo just a short drive from the house. Francisco helped us with some great restaurants in the Area. Definetly would come back, thanks.

Loved staying here for the week. Every morning we sat out on the patio and had breakfast. Finally, the last day, we saw monkeys! We had a very sweet and lovely cat that visited us - we named her Marmalade. The accommodations were perfect and we had everything we needed, plus plenty of space. Having two bathrooms was a real plus, too. Never used the pool, but it looked great. Highly recommend staying here! It's off the beaten path a bit, but easily walkable to many things, including the beach.

A very unique place to stay - we loved the front door to the balcony. Very close to the beach. If you come in at night - it may get a little tricky finding the place. But, the hostess was very responsive to helping us locate the place.

This house is incredible! You are literally in the middle of the jungle but yet close to the touristy side, Tamarindo is about 15min drive. There is a ton of wild life, we saw monkeys every single day! Heard them howling constantly and it was the most amazing thing ever. Only thing that you should keep in mind is that there is a maintenance man who stays on the property and the door to the main house has no key. Which we felt uneasy about at first BUT we were fine. He was sweet and helped clean the pool every morning! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to be relaxed and in nature. Thank you Francisco! Pura Vida!!

The apartment is super furnished and very well. Just what we needed. The condominium has nice common areas. The jacuzzi didn't work but we would still come back. Communication with guests was great. Thank you for all the help provided. Recommended.

What a wonderful spot in Tamarindo. On the edge and quiet but easy walking access into town for restaurants shopping and the beach. We even saw monkeys in the trees right outside the condo! Very nice pool and relaxing atmosphere at the condo. The host was very helpful with recommendations and tipa for getting around. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

We really loved our stay here! The condo is gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything we needed. The patio is large and a great place to hangout, overlooking the beautiful pool. It's in a great location, about a ten minute walk to the wonderful beach and very close to lots of cafés, shops and restaurants in the amazing city of Tamarindo. The host was super helpful too. This home is amazing! it is definitely an adventure that I am so glad we took. Each day we had breakfast in a kitchen that overlooks the tree tops, beautiful flowers, and ocean. You will see (and hear) birds, frogs, geckos, and if your lucky howler monkeys. We spent our days exploring. Tamarindo Beach is just 20 minutes away. and Rincon national Park where you can see thermal vents, enjoy hot springs and mud baths, and many other adventures are 2 hrs away. In the evenings, there was nothing better than sunsets in the pool to cool off. Dinner with an incredible view, and an AC chilled bedroom to sleep in. Be prepared for stairs and wildlife (sometimes co-habitating with you) - although not in our rooms which was great. We saw frogs, iguanas geckos, bats, and more. it was incredible The house has absolutely everything you need and Francisco is an amazing host. he helped us with plans all the way up to and through our vacation. the location is very safe and I would absolutely go again

Francisco’s house was great to stay at. It has beautiful views of nature and is amazing for photos. It is about 20 minutes to Tamarindo into town. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay in Costa Rica! You will see lots of animals and bugs which we thought was cool. The pool was amazing and we had a great time! The house is up a windy road but he sent us directions and we had a rental car! Overall an amazing trip and gorgeous house!

We had a delicious vacation, the house is perfect for families who want to spend a vacation enjoying the beaches but may not leave the house and enjoy it. The house lends itself to facilitate the privacy of each one for its spaciousness and physical distribution. The view of the house is spectacular and the pool area was vital for the family to share and enjoy. Francisco's excellent service was always willing to help and make it easier. The house is perfect to disconnect and rest. Nice views; Monkeys, ocean view, Mountain View’s. 25 min away from several beaches.

We feel that the price is too high for the house , as it is neglected and the cleanliness is not adequate 😓

This house is a magical adventurers dream come true. The sunset is breathtaking every day along with the family of monkeys that visit every morning and evening. I visited with a group of 6 women comfortably. We loved the pool day and night. Kitchen has everything you need plus having a chef come in was the best decision ever! Beautiful dining room table for all meals and sharing time together. The location was peaceful and only 20mins to Tamarindo and Playa Avellanas. There is also a delicious Wood Fire pizza restaurant La Finca 5mins from the house. This is a true Costa Rican experience, magical adventure waiting for you. I will return!

Casa Paloma was a perfect home away from home for our group of two couples. It had more than we needed and we really enjoyed the beautiful views, infinity pool, nature and wildlife. The pictures don't do the layout of this house justice and it is extremely spacious with plenty of privacy and places to be. The 3 bedrooms have AC and the rest is very open concept with 2 levels. The location was great for beach hopping along the coast and eating at local restaurants. Francisco is a great host and kept in contact. There is an onsite groundskeeper as well! If you are renting a 4x4 car and are comfortable with the surrounding nature (insects included), you will love your stay here.

This place had a great view, if you love nature and appreciate wild life and critters this would be a great stay for you. Overall, the location was good and the beach and food places weren't too far.
