Excellent place, cozy, comfortable, everything you need and more in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room. The view is breathtaking, with spectacular sunsets. Yuri is always attentive. 100% recommended. We'll be back

This place was beautiful, the infinite pool was a added touch to the location. I felt at home and if I could I would stay there each time I come to Pvr to visit. Management was responsive and answered every concern I had. Def a great pick!!!

This condo was an amazing find. From the private pool to the privacy of the building, it’s amazing to spend some time with for a group of friends. The building amenities are also great with an even bigger pool to chill and meet people with - offering great views of Zona. To get to the beach, cross the road, walk about 6 blocks and go down the steps. Places to sit and lounge outside of the water. Are abundant and it just is a great tropical, chill vibe to relax and admire. No real reason to go out if you don’t need to ;) Charles was responsive and had great information. The management company did as well!

Absolutely beautiful!

The home is really nice with beautiful views and the pool was great! I would not list this place with a 4th bedroom and the 4th bedroom was outside the main living area, was tiny, and did not have a functional AC. Besides that, everything else was great!

This is a premier location! The view is stunning and having the heated attached infinity pool made our trip so memorable. The location is very walkable to the beach and activities in town. The place was very well kept and lived up to all the photos. Each room was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly!

This property has done it again! I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta now. The view, location, condition of the home, all the amenities you need, your own private dipping pool, and a big complex pool are all excellent. The staff on site is so friendly and nice. Communication was great and it really feels like home. I can't wait to stay here again.

The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! the living room windows fully opened all the way out to the pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen was huge and the bedrooms were very spacious with large bathrooms. This was probably one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. The front desk/security guys are very serious about their jobs also

Simply amazing. So glad we found and booked this spot. It’s close to everything in Zona Romatica, including restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach. The space and pool made even lazy days perfect! Being on the hillside meant having incredible views …also a walk/workout to get places, but it’s super easy and affordable to Uber or cab anywhere if you don’t want to walk. Joel, the property manager, is a SAINT! He welcomed us, was very helpful, offered many tips and suggestions, and was a total delight. Highly recommend taking advantage of his excursion and restaurant recommendations. The building security is thorough, and we also felt incredibly safe and secluded when we were at the condo. Truly 10 out of 10.

Charles' listing is stunning! The private pool offered beautiful sunset views. The community pool was just a few steps away, separated by a gate off the patio. The location is about a 15 minute walk uphill from the heart of the Romantic Zone, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Close enough for all of the action, but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Charles was also able to accommodate us on an emergency last minute notice, and had the condo ready in just a few hours! He saved our vacation!

Charles was a great host. Joel, the villa manager was answering practically instantly when we had questions. Beautiful villa with a lot of brightness and what to say in the infinity pool that we used greatly during our stay. Ability to put music inside and out to create a beautiful atmosphere if you invite a few friends. The gym is located just below the villa so very quick access for quick workout! 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, which is a must. Note that there is a fourth bedroom a little further apart, but there was still another bathroom. A nice lady came to clean the city halfway through our stay and a person came to thoroughly wash the pool every 3 days. Anyway, I would highly recommend the villa and would go back tomorrow morning without hesitation Thanks once again!

Our stay at this home was an absolute dream! As we stepped into the space, the unobstructed ocean view left us in awe. The expansive layout is perfect for large groups or for couples looking for a luxurious getaway. The private infinity pool was a vibe. The breathtaking panoramic views from private sun deck, especially during the sunset, were nothing short of mesmerizing. Inside offered a perfect blend of comfort and style. The rooms were beautiful and functional, with beds so comfortable, we didn't want get up in the morning. Security was impeccable. The guarded entrance allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the serenity of our private retreat. Shout out to the friendly 24/7 onsite security staff; they made us feel so welcomed. The location struck the perfect balance between exclusivity and accessibility, with access one of the cleanest building gyms we've ever seen. Charles - your home exceeded our needs and made our trip an unforgettable experience. Thank you, we'll be back!

Great place to stay, highly recommend! Charles was a great host, and his coordinator, Joel was awesome. They both respond to message. Joel is an amazing local, and provided so many resources for event my friends and I were interested in doing, as will as provided recommendations, and directions on how to get to and from places. This place looks exactly like its photos. The sunsets are well worth staying here. If you and your friends love to cook, this kitchen is for you. The gym is just a few steps away, and has great equipment. We will definitely come here again.

Great location, gorgeous condo! The only thing is that the "walkable" path to the beach includes A LOT of stairs that had railings falling off and very unstable bricks. Definitely not something to bring children on as it was crossing a busy street as well. Taxis were quick though which was great!

We had an excellent stay. Charles's was very communicative and helpful. The view is even better in person, pictures do not do it justice. Condo felt very clean!

Charles’s place is very, very beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. We’re going home and remodeling our bathroom like the one in the master! The only issue was washcloths and I only mention this to say… My Husband called and within the hour the issue was resolved. The response was spot on and we appreciated that. You won’t find a more beautiful sunset from almost anywhere in the unit! If you book this unit, you won’t regret it. Thanks Joel & Charles

Amazing condo! Excellent amenities. Everything was as pictured. Charles’ property manager, Joel, was very attentive to our needs upon arrival to check out. One thing that wasn’t very transparent in the posting was the use of the word penthouse. This was not the penthouse of the condominium building. It sat on the lowest level, Unit 101. We were a little taken back at first but once we walked in and saw the incredible views we didn’t care what floor we were on. The forth bedroom that was requested was a bit small with no bathroom but it did have working A/C. Additionally, the sliding glass door/panels were very troubling to close, some did not close at all. Luckily we had a safe in one of the bedroom to secure our belongings. There was also 24/7 security that patrolled the building that gave us a little peace of mind. Lastly, the pool was heated but hard to maintain the water level. We had to fill the pool once a day to maintain the amount of water to the appropriate level.

Charles place was exactly as pictured! It was beautiful and I could not be more impressed! He had the condo manager met us at the door and he gave a tour of the place and provided near night experiences we might enjoy! Overall, it was fantastic, and if I go back I would for sure be booking again!

This place is an absolute dream and exactly as depicted (actually better). The private pool was an added treat with incredible views. On top of the private the pool the community pool is amazing. Charles was extremely attentive and beyond helpful. The amazing Joel is there if you need anything. I HIGHly recommend staying here. I will for sure be back. It's the perfect entertaining space if traveling with a large group or planning on making some friends!

The best part of our stay at PV was probably this air bnb. You can catch the sunset in the pool every night. Security is a little over the top.

What a BEAUTIFUL condo! I mean wow! The pool on the balcony is top notch. You will have to pay extra to warm it up but during the summer you likely won't need to. The rooms are great, beautiful kitchen that has all the basics you may need + more, and the unit includes a washer and dryer. The living room has a very comfortable sofa chair and couch and the unit even includes a large dining table. As if the in-unit pool isn't great as it is, the community pool is also incredible with the most amazing view of PV. In addition the gym is right below the unit with a set of stairs right outside the unit. This is unit is absolutely worth spending some time in.

It's a great place to stay. Beautiful views, walkable to pretty much anywhere within 20 minutes. The walking is great too in my opinion because you need to get exercise on vacation. I would definitely stay again.

This condo was everything advertised - a great option for a large party seeking luxurious accommodations with a beautiful view within walking distance of the Zona Romantica. The rooms are spacious and the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on two sides of the main living area can be opened to provide ample airflow throughout the condo. There is abundant seating in the deck/patio areas outside both sets of sliding doors. The infinity pool is large enough for a refreshing dip, and there is easy, same-level access to the larger community pool. Communication with the owner and property manager was clear and immediate. The property manager was there to greet us on arrival and walk us through everything we needed to know about the property. It is difficult hard to identify ways to improve the experience, so our criticisms are few: First, there is no closet or other area in which to hang clothes in the largest bedroom. Second, the condo is located straight above the main coastal highway, which during busier times of the day can be quite noisy and difficult to cross to reach the only sidewalk into town (which is across the street from the Paramount Bay condos - there is no sidewalk on the condo side of the road). Once you make it across the road, it's only about a 10-minute walk (though with significant change in elevation) into the heart of the Zona Romantica. Finally, it's worth noting that when I tried to call an Uber from the condo, I repeatedly received a message indicating that Uber does not serve this location, even though I believe some members of our party were able to call an Uber from the street level.

Great location, views, amenities, property!!!

The place was as incredible in person as the listing shows. We were initially worried upon discovering it was a ground level unit; but the corner spot still gave us the secluded view we wanted. There was some road and construction noise, but it wasn’t an issue. We had some problems come up but got quick responses or were able to find a good middle ground. It was a cheap Uber when we wanted to get places since the walking path was blocked for landslide repairs. This was a great space for our group and would be a great choice for future trips!

We had such a great vacation here! The views were amazing and the whole main area opens up to the wrap around patio and pool. The house has ample room to spread out as well. We Ubered everywhere from the unit and it was easy and cheap. A couple items could have been clearer- while we were told the main area AC “wasn’t hooked up”, we’re pretty sure there was a lock box over the controls. Nevertheless, even in December it reached 88 degrees and we would have liked the option to use it. Also - this is not a penthouse in the traditional sense- it’s on the lowest floor, and while the views are penthouse-worthy, we had constant sounds of cars and construction. Nevertheless, we had a 5 star stay! Loved the cool morning breeze while sipping coffee and watching whales and birds from the lounge chairs. Wonderful.

Great condo with an amazing view! We had a good time hosting friends while in town. Had chefs over a couple times for meals, a couple evenings in. Great entertaining space and the Sonos makes it easy to play your own music. Internet was reliable for some work. Many Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in PV ran out of hot water quickly when multiple people were showering. There were only a couple of us actually staying there but the hot water flowed freely! Would definitely stay here again.

What a view! This suite is every bit as beautiful as described. The suite was clean, the beds were comfy, and the open floor plan made it easy for my family to socialize in the spacious common areas. Chances are good that we will be back!

Book this place now! Upon walking into Charle's condo you will be blown away! The view is simply breathtaking! This Airbnb is modern, immaculate, very close to the beach & great restaurants. Charles is a wonderful host and made the check-in/ check-out process super easy. This condo is very close to many Puerto Vallarta attractions. The infinity pool and deck offer amazing views, you'll definitely want to catch a sunset here! We can't wait to book again soon!

As soon as we walked in we were amazed. The entire wall opened to the infinity pool with a view of the city and ocean. It’s an end unit, so no others beside, making it very private. Absolutely no concerns with security while there. The place is like a fortress with a security booth you have to walk past to get in. We felt like rockstars with the modern decor and huge bedrooms , bathrooms, and showers. The massive kitchen with open concept to the rest of the place made it great for socializing while preparing meals or listening to the Sonos sound system. Great TVs and amenities throughout. Also- I don’t think I’ve ever seen a vacation condo gym so well equipped. If you’re into daily gym like us, you won’t need to find a commercial gym to go to. The steps are right outside the unit’s main entrance and only one level down. Bonus is no one else ever used it. The only suggestion I would have is bring an adapter for your iPhone or other device to convert to 3.5mm audio jack to use the gym sound system (no Bluetooth), but easier to bring headphones. Great place. Highly recommend. Will definitely book this place again

This condominium was large, comfortable with an amazing private pool. The views were spectacular! Just be aware that not all amenities listed were available. We were told that we were supposed to request the amenities for a baby. However Charles responded quickly and purchased a baby cot and high chair for us to use. Also, we were told not to use the air conditioner in the lounge/dining area, which was disappointing. It did have a large fan in the loungeroom and split systems in all the bedrooms. The condominium was a short car ride from great restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. We appreciated the late check out on our last day which enabled us to stay at the condominium until it was time to go to the airport!

Excellent location in luxurious private building. Public pool is phenomenal and the private pool was much larger than expected. 3 large bedrooms with private baths. 4 bedroom is smaller but can still accommodate two people. The space is beautiful and very tastefully decorated with stunning views of Puerto Vallarta and the ocean. The condo is up on one of the hills so walking may be difficult for some (lots of stairs), but Uber was super easy and convenient. Communication was excellent and Charles was very accommodating! Would highly recommend this place to families or couples traveling together!

We were a group of 5 people with plenty of space to spare! The house is amazing!! You’ll be the envy of all your friends. We found ourselves spending the majority of our vacation at the house in the infinity pool, it’s that nice!! This house has everything you could ever need. Just take a quick trip to the grocery store for food and drinks and you’re set! Charles and his staff were extremely responsive and even though there was a brief issue with the AC, Mateo, who was helping Charles, brought us some beer and guacamole to make it up! Very friendly! I definitely plan to come back!

Words can not describe the view! The condo is beautiful, amenities are wonderful. We spent the majority of our 5 day stay in the private pool. The views from which are breathtaking. Rooms are very spacious each with their own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely would suggest renting a car, but taxis are always readily available in the parking garage. We will definitely be returning.

As advertised just a great place. We loved the room, the decor, and of course the pool was perfect for our family. The added bonus was the safe and helpful staff at the Paramount Bay Condominiums. While not directly on the beach, Uber was $2.50 (US) to get to and from. And the location was great for restaurants. Overall just a fabulous place. Charles and his team were also really easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Five stars for sure.

Fantastic place only a few minutes Uber ride from Romantic Zone ($2 or so) Infinity pool is as amazing as it looks!

Our group couldn’t have had a better time in this great condo. We had everything we needed and the accommodations were excellent. Hope to make a return trip soon.

This place is amazing. Believe all the reviews that say the pictures don’t do it justice. My family of 5 stayed here for a week and it felt like a palace with the luxurious marble floors, huge living space and panoramic ocean views. This place had it all. Some nice surprises were the in-unit washer and dryer, generous amounts of towels, immediate responses to any questions, excellent audio visual equipment, and friendly staff at the condo. In addition to the private infinity pool, the back deck leads right to the enourmous common pool area which is super convenient but the condo is hidden from view from the pool area so it is still secluded. The pool has gorgeous city views - where you can watch fireworks every night. The exercise room is fantastic as well with clean new cardio and weight machines. We managed to get a couple of workouts in during our stay. Everyone in my family agreed the next time we visit, we’ll be staying here again.

My family loved this place. It’s everything listed and much more. Every evening was having front row tickets to the most amazing sunsets! This condo has it all and easily fit our family of 8. We loved the place so much that we had a real estate agent show us 3 other units including the largest penthouse. Non compared to this gem. The private infinity pool off the living room was spectacular, the kitchen had everything a family would need to cook meals, an immaculate bbq, and 3 luxurious bedrooms, especially the master! Apples TVs and an amazing Sonos sound system were unexpected, but a nice touch. The common areas were adorned with exotic flowers and tropicals thoughtfully arranged to accentuate the architecture. The common pools were not so common with amazing views of Puerto Vallarta. We spent hours in these warm and pristine waters, only a minute from our private deck and entrances to the master and living room. This is an exceptional place and I’m just slightly reluctant to add this review as I know it’s going to be so popular, we might have to plan months ahead to get it again. Now for the conveniency factor, Paramount Bay is known by all taxis. If you don’t speak Spanish, just say “Paramount Bay” and you be there within minutes. Everything is so close although you feel so far away nestled into this beautiful hillside. Security will call you a taxis and they will be waiting for you as you get off the elevator. 1st class accommodation from start to finish. We will be back! Thank you, Thank you, Thank You, for putting your beautiful home on Airb&b. I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and book this place. I gureentee you’ll want to move in as we do!
