I love this place! The owners are spot on a communicating and giving you lots of options on what to do and where to go. I would highly recommend this villa.

We had an amazing stay at Stacy and Luc’s Airbnb in Cabo San Lucas! The location couldn’t have been better, everything we wanted to do was just minutes away, making it the perfect home base for our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Tina greeted us with fresh margaritas, homemade guacamole, and pico de gallo, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch that set the tone for our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Stacy and Luc were wonderful hosts who clearly take pride in making sure their guests have an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in a prime Cabo location with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely book again!

Excellent location. Our stay was very pleasant. Besides being nice, the apartment was very comfortable, with an excellent layout and exceptionally clean, with everything you need to live there. In addition, we received excellent service from all the condominium staff. Our hosts were always attentive to us. It was a great experience for our family. If we return to Los Cabos, it would definitely be to this place. 100% recommended!

This unit was perfection! Bigger & even prettier than the pictures, spotless, has everything you need for a stay (and more). Great location - close enough to walk to town, but far enough away from the bars/noise of the party crowd. Super easy to grab a taxi/uber. The ground floor location was perfect for coming/going from the pool & beach. The concierge, Diana, was very helpful and responded quickly to messages. She even had fresh guacamole and salsa prepared for us upon arrival - a lovely surprise after travel! We used Stacy & Luc’s recommendation for grocery delivery and our groceries were already stocked in the unit for us. The staff at VLE are all friendly and accommodating. This was our first trip to Cabo and this Airbnb really was the cherry on top! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

It was a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, & spacious. A lot bigger than we thought. Our kids had a large spacious room & bathroom. We had a large master with a huge master bathroom. Large kitchen. dining area, living room & a big balcony. The accommodations are that of a 5 star resort & the restaurant & adjacent restaurants were all great! We will book again!

The apartment is great! Clean, super spacious and has 3 bathrooms. The resort is high end and has excellent service all around. The villa is even nicer than the pictures. It’s easy to walk to the pool, lobby, coffee shop… we really enjoyed the pool food. We hope to stay here again and absolutely loved the place. The host was responsive and kind and always helpful. Great experience for a family!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Stacy & Luc’s place. Their home and resort are beautiful and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. With two little kids, we loved being on the ground floor and steps away from the pool and beach. We would absolutely visit and stay here again.

Great condo in a great location! Super clean, and housekeeping cleaned twice in our 6 night stay. Kitchen has everything you should need, market onsite is great for last minute essentials. Pools are great, Estancia staff super accommodating. Walmart or Costco is an easy stop if you get private transportation from the airport. Taxis are easy to get out front, and the grounds are super secure. Prior to our visit we made several changes and Stacy was flexible with all the changes and super quick with all responses. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Cabo.

We head such a beautiful view and the apartment was wonderful. Had everything we needed for the trip. Spent early mornings in the patio drinking coffee and getting ready for the day. The staff at the resort were wonderful and the kiddos loved being in the pools. Stacy gave us a wonderful list of resources and ideas wish was so helpful for planning this trip. The ocean was a little rough for little ones but hey it’s the ocean and it’s always unpredictable. There are lots of beaches and attractions close by.

Stacy is very responsive and super nice!! The place was great. I just highly recommend checking in the room with Stacy and a more knowledgeable front desk person such as a manager or concierge because Jonathan at the front desk check in was pretty clueless. Stacy offered lots of great recommendations from where to eat and lots of activities to do. I would definitely stay with them again!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our family of 5 was comfortable and we felt right at home. The apartment was comfy and so nice and the heated pools were amazing. Loved all the hot tubs as well. The beach was great and we swam every day. Can’t wait to come back!

This property is very much part of a huge resort and after learning what that is about, we recommend getting all inclusive at check in. The food at estancia is the best of the 3 linked resorts, and the staff here are helpful and cheerful.

Excellent place to stay for groups visiting Cabo!

This place was better than we even imagined! It was beautiful inside the villa and at the resort! The view from the back patio was a dream! The villa was so spacious and in a perfect location for easy access to town. I will absolutely come back!

Stacy's unit and Cabo was exactly what our family needed for our Christmas vacation! She gave us detailed instructions once we booked her unit and stayed in touch with us until we arrived. Upon arrival, Isabella greeted us with chips, fresh guac and salsa...we loved it! Isabella walked us through the unit, gave us all the details about the town, and helped us with a few excursions for the week. All the staff on-site were very helpful throughout the week as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to book again with Stacy.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is placed nicely, easily walked to both pool and beach. You can walk to town but it is a pretty long walk. We got a rental car and we were able to easily park for free on site.

Gorgeous space with lots of room. It was perfect for two families to split. The back patio was perfect for relaxing evenings. Multiple restaurants within a short distance along with beautiful views of the beach and ocean.

The villa covered our expectations widely!!!! It is very nice, comfortable, and very clean. The treatment of each of the people who supported us was the most friendly and attentive that made you feel better than at home. We recommend this place to enjoy a good vacation!!!!!!!!

I am so glad we found Stacy's condo. For us it was important that it was on the first floor so our kids could just run outside. The place is stunning, spacious, well decorated while having all necessary amenities. We had a rental car so we drove to restaurants but we also cooked a lot and we felt like home. La Estancia is one of the 3 hotels and is the quietest most peaceful one. The gym was great, it had a steam room and a sauna in there as well. The grounds are gorgeous and we would love to come back!

Beautiful resort, amazing scenery and ideal location. Pools were clean and spacious with easy access to towels and had direct access to private beach.

Excellent resort Villa La Estancia, a very nice pool, we in July found little crowded, very comfortable beds and umbrellas, easy and comfortable beach access, the jacuzzis outside were the best, with incredible views of the Cabo San Lucas arch. The room very complete and equipped, I would just say the beds were too soft, we ended up with some pain back, everything else was excellent!

Stayed here for a girls weekend. Beautiful property with everything we needed. Was clean and we felt safe.

Love LaEstancia and this ground corner unit is a perfect location. Easy access to pool area and a beautiful water view. Great decor and loved big dining room table and outdoor furniture.

Very spacious (understatement) and comfortable. It was very convenient to have 3 full bathrooms for our group of 5 ladies. The room is on ground level, which is a huge plus! No elevators or long hallways. Come right from the pool or hot tub to the beautiful deck. All of the furniture was extremely comfortable. The amenities of the resort are also a bonus. I’ve stayed at the sister resort Villa Del Palmar, and this one is much quieter and less crowded. We had a snafu during our stay with a couple of the appliances inside the room but they were replaced that day once it was brought to Stacy’s attention. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. I honestly could live there if I didn’t have to go home. Highly recommend.

My fiancé and I got engaged on the beach while vacationing in Cabo and we had such a fun time at Villa la estancia! We loved our stay at Stacy’s place, we had everything we needed for our 7 day vacation! It was so nice to be able to wash our bathing suits and cook meals in the kitchen during our stay! We saved money by going to Walmart and cooking a few dinners and breakfast for our family! My fiancé and cousin had the best time on the boogie boards 😄 thank you Stacy!

Great spot! The staff are very helpful. The pool and hot tubs were amazing. The beach was fantastic. We loved the amount of space and well-equipped kitchen. Would stay again!

Like others have said, the villa was even better than the photos. It was very quiet, and the grounds were amazing! Impeccable service and equipped with everything. This was beyond my lofty expectations.

Beautiful villa, has everything that you may need during you stay. Very safe place and very close distance to the marina. Check in very quickly and Stacy is very quick to response if you need anything from her. We got a little accident with the shower door and she responded really quick and got everything fix’s. Our favorite part of the trip was that beach, usually in cabo you can’t swim in the ocean but this villa is located in medano beach and you can swim in so we enjoy it a lot. Definitely I wold be back and stay here again.

A beautiful villa at La Estancia. Communication was wonderful and quick. The resort is very secure and safe. It has a beautiful beach and pool area. It was perfect for our family vacation.

Great place especially with young kids!

Overall wonderful stay at Stacy’s place at Estancia in Cabo! Highly recommend. I think it’s the calmer of the three properties so if you’re looking to relax and have a chill Cabo experience that is *just close enough* to all the hustle bustle without feeling like you’re old and grumpy then definitely give this place a shot! I walked over to The Office and Baja Brewery via beach but I’m a walker from Seattle. Ubers are super cheap but you do have to walk just outside the entrance. I felt safe the whole time and had no problems. The pool area is great though not much for younger kids to do (my son & other kiddos still had fun ) but it’s not a rowdy pool crowd. We mostly ate out but the poolside cafe for lunch was a solid option albeit expensive, though good portions. I definitely recommend ubering to Walmart and grabbing your own booze and snacks/breakfast but the mini market nearby came in clutch a few times :) Stacy is very responsive and the Villa group staff were great!

Beautiful place to stay

Our family had a great stay! We loved how spacious the Airbnb was. It was bigger than I expected. The kids loved being on the ground floor so we could have easy access to the pool and beach. It was also nice to have the grassy area out front to let our toddler run around in the afternoon. The amenities were great. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Incredible villa/location was perfect for this property/right by lobby market taxi pick up amd sunsets out fromt door. stocked kitchen/we made an amazing dinner outside patio. Everyone in our party loved the experience. Thank you!

Great stay. My group of 8 were comfortable and we all had our privacy despite how many people + a baby we had there. Great location. Ubers are all $4-$6 from there to the marina. Comfy beds. Quiet resort. Beach access. So many jacuzzis. What more could you ask for!

The villa is amazing and huge. Great location on the ground floor. The common areas had very few people and the pool area wasn't crowded at all. Walkable to downtown and other activities. Stacy was nice to offer us a late checkout as there wasn't another guest checking in right after.

This place was in my top stays ever! The condo could be in a showroom. The location was amazing, the pools were beautiful, the restaurants and even the on site little store was more like a grocery store with an ice cream stand, deli with fresh smoothies, panini's, salads and more. There was even a trolley to take you to the 3 areas that are already close to each other. The condo was beyond expectations. It had high beautiful ceilings, very comfortable high quality furniture and lots of room. The beds were very cozy with spacious bathrooms fully loaded with items you may forget. I was so impressed with how it was stocked with everything! It is a fully loaded kitchen with every accessory you could ever need. It also had a HUGE outdoor patio. Stacy would answer any question within minutes. The staff also were very kind and on top of anything you could possibly need. I absolutely plan to come back and hopefully have a longer stay! Highly recommended, from an experienced traveler.

What an awesome time in Cabos! Stacy’s place was very clean and location was amazing! The place had everything we needed. It was well stocked with everything we needed including tupperware, coolers, and even reusable grocery bags. We loved the close proximity to the marina. We can’t wait to be back!

The place was beautiful, right by the beach, a short but stunning walk along the beach takes you into town. It’s bigger then the pictures make it and it’s a very convenient location in the hotel to get in and out of or walk around the corner to the concierge or the local store if you needed something quick.

This Villa is just amazing - so comfortable and roomy! We absolutely loved our stay. All dishes are glass/breakable so heads up if you have have small kiddos. (We bought some kid friendly reusable ones and left them there for the next family)

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. We rented both the A and B units of the condo, which worked out perfectly for our family of 5 to be super comfortable on this vacation. The unit has a beautiful view of the gardens and peek-a-boo views of the ocean and lands end (absolutely beautiful!) It’s location is ideal for accessing the pool, gym, market, and other amenities easily, while still being very private and relaxing. The unit contained everything we needed, plenty of towels, soaps, paper towels, Saran Wrap, spices, etc. The price of food at the resort was a little higher than expected (approx $20 for a 3 taco plate) so we enjoyed having a well-stocked kitchen to be able to cook a meal or two a day. We did have a slight glitch with check-in, our name was not on the list to check in that day. So it took a little over an hour to get that sorted out, but, in fairness, we were in the unit prior to the actual check-in time of 4, so all was acceptably resolved. Stacy was also kind enough to share a water taxi contact who was amazing and took us on a boat and snorkeling tour for about $25/person, which was significantly less compared to any other similar deal. All-in-all it was a great trip and I would recommend this unit to ANYONE going to Cabo, we would definitely stay here again in the future!

This villa is even nicer than the pictures suggest. It is steps from the resort lobby, taxi service, and the grocery store. This is an A+ resort with amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed.

This ground level condo was amazing. The staff on the property was so nice and helpful. They take great care of the grounds and do a beautiful job. We had 7 girls and were worried we wouldn’t have enough space but we were wrong. There is plenty of closet space and privacy between both rooms. Highly recommend this place!

The unit was even nicer and more spacious than we expected! The resort itself is very nice with beautifully maintained grounds, pools, and amenities. The staff at the resort was FANTASTIC across the board - super helpful and friendly. The location of the resort is walking distance to all the Cabo hotspots on the beach or a short taxi ride. It was a fabulous vacation for a bunch of ladies. Even though the unit is on the bottom floor, you still have a nice view of the rock formations in the ocean. The only down side of the unit's location was next to the elevator so when we enjoyed the spacious deck everyone walking from the elevator was a little too close for comfort. Thankfully it wasn't too busy so this was not a great problem and we spent most of our time enjoying the beach anyway.

We had a great experience with this unit! The pictures definitely do not give this place justice as it's more updated. We were here with our two boys (4 and 7) who absolutely loved the unit and extra goodies (pool toys & tons of soft blankets). What I loved about this place is that when we put the kids to bed in the other room we could come to the living room or patio and enjoy the rest of the evening. The unit has a bit of wear and tear but it also has way more additional things that other rentals don't provide: the pantry had things left from others that we appreciated like cooking basics, plenty of trash bags/dishwasher tabs/detergent/shampoo/etc, a lot more decor which made it feel less like a rental, and plenty of patio furniture for lounging/dinning. You did have to call the front desk to light the bbq or to get a plunger, but that's standard for the resort and not a fault for the unit. Also, this place was spotlessly clean! If we ever needed anything the front desk would immediately respond or send someone over. The resort itself has so many great amenities like the pool, restaurants, spa, and resort staff that allowed you to feel like you were still at a resort. We didn't do the all-inclusive option so we did a combination of cooking food in the unit, using the poolside food for lunch, and going out for dinner. The resort is so close to downtown Cabo San Lucas that you could walk there but with little ones we had to take a taxi to get into town (usually $9 and cash only) and then took an Uber back. There's a weird local government rule that prohibits Uber to pickup people from the resort so if the inspectors were out we had to either get dropped off outside the resort or walk down a ways to get picked up. Stacy's recommendations were on point, we especially loved going to the SUR beach club and spending the day at the beach. Also, the resort staff are phenomenal and will immediately jump to your need in a heart beat. They all work so hard! Overall, we loved our stay in this unit and being so close to downtown but yet so far away from the hustle & bustle that it was very quiet. The neighboring sister resorts tend to cater to other demographics and we felt like this unit was in the best one out of the three. This unit has so much to offer for large families and/or groups that you'll easily utilize the various amenities.

This place is a dream! I actually can’t imagine there being any other place in Cabo that is better. The layout is spacious and luxurious. The beds and linens are so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need or imagine needing. The patio is private and perfect and I loved the view. The staff is very helpful and professional. The pool area and beach are where any vacation lives for me personally and this place met all my needs and so much more. I am still holding onto the experience and I can’t wait to get back. It was an incredible deal and worth every dollar and more.

This villa was perfect for our group of 6! The space is huge, with a large patio with grill, and is only steps from a beautiful pool and the beach. The grounds were clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and sitting in a jacuzzi with a beach view was amazing. This was the best place I've ever stayed in and would definitely come back!

Stacy’s villa was the perfect location from which to explore Cabo. The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was perfect. Beautiful Villa ! We have stayed at Estancia many times and this was the first time having a ground floor Villa. Wonderful place with all the amenities you would need. We appreciated the information on all the restaurants in town. They were all amazing ! Owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay at this gorgeous Villa again!!

You need to stay here! It’s the perfect place for you! Stacy was very accommodating and they have a stocked pantry of essentials. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need for a beach trip. The resort concierge service is amazing and very helpful. Walking distance to the restaurants and pool is 2 minutes, and 3 mins to the beach!! Already planning to come back!!

This was a great place. Very clean, convenient and roomy. We only ended up with 4 people but it could easily accommodate twice that many. Everything you could possibly need was there, in kitchen, bathrooms etc. The staff were helpful, friendly and they remembered our room after the first day. We will definitely return!

2204 is a can't be beat unit at Estancia! It is on the ground floor, which makes it convenient whether coming or going. It is very clean and overall accommodating. Stacy has the kitchen well equipped and extras in the pantry if needed. If you have a larger family, the 3 bathrooms help alleviate many issues. The wifi in the unit is strong and accommodated 5-6 devices on at the same time. The location is completely walkable to town. Some of our favorite restaurants were Mariscos Las Tres Islas (get the fish with Diablo sauce!), Baja Brewery Rooftop, La Taqueza, and Tacos Guss. The patio on this unit is well-furnished to lounge in the mornings and evenings including loungers, sofa, and a large table and chairs for meals, as well as an outdoor refrigerator. It was extremely easy to grab drinks to enjoy by the pool or on the beach. There is a deli/market available that has excellent food with cheaper prices than the on-site restaurants. If you are not paying extra for housekeeping service you do have to contact them when you need more items such as TP or towels. Overall, this unit provides comfort, safety, and a fantastic experience on Medano Beach and met all of our needs.

This place is amazing!!! Wonderful service, beautiful grounds, amazing pool and hot tubs, and a swim up bar/grill. The condo has very comfortable beds, a very nice full kitchen, and a huge patio with an outdoor fridge, barbecue, large table, chaise lounges, and couches. It is conveniently located on Medano Beach. We had such a fun week!!!!

Space was better then advertised. The ease of checking in. Full stocked kitchen. Very clean, staff at the resort was excellent. Amenities on the grounds were first class. Restaurants on the property was 1st class. Beach was treacherous, but beautiful. Had an amazing time

We loved staying at your place. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The first floor walk-out was so convenient. We really appreciated the pantry full of spices, trash bags, plastic wrap and all the little thing we normally have to buy and then throw out at the end of an ABNB stay. It felt good to know the extra beer, wine and booze we left behind would be paid forward and not wasted. It was also great to not have to clean before leaving. Every time we’ve gone to the beach in FL and GA, we have to strip the beds and take out the trash and it felt like the departure was a job. This was our first trip to Cabo and we hope we are able to stay here again next year. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed the combination of a cashless hotel experience along with the conveniences of home in an ABNB.

This space is perfectly situated at the resort. Easy access to everything. The rooms are spacious, as are the closets and bathrooms. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed here as a family of five, and it was wonderful fir each of us. I recommend it for all ages. Access to the pool and hot tub is just outside the patio area. The views from the villa are breathtaking. Just a few steps away are even more stunning views of the beach, sunset, and the local landmark, the arch. Every single thing about staying here was pleasant and user friendly. We followed Stacey’s recommendations for activities and food and we were happy all the way. We did not want to leave. Also, there are plenty of beach/pool toys available, check everywhere for them.

This place is huge. it was very nice and quiet. Resort grounds were beautiful. Beware that the resort does not deal with cash. You must put a credit card on file at check in and charge everything to your room. All the staff around resort were very friendly and close enough to thingsfor quick taxi rides into town. would stay here again

Very clean villa, and very clean property all around. Had a great dinner at their steakhouse on property, and enjoyed the swim up bar a lot. It’s got a beautiful beach a short walk from the room, and it was a lot less packed than other parts of the beach which I liked. Would def stay again

We enjoyed Stacys casita so much! It was spacious, clean and we loved being on the ground floor to come and go from the pool! The beds were very comfortable, The kitchen was set up to cook and clean with ease. A major bonus was being able to drink the clean filtered water out of the refrigerator. 5 star stay all the way. Condo was on point and perfect for family of 5. Each of my kids had their own bed. Staff at Estancia was 5 star. Chill at Pool or under umbrella on the beach. Waves in August or too big to go swimming.. Everything costs a little more than advertised. Boat trip to Chilean Bay and snorkel was great experience. The office was over rated for food but fun environment. Bar Esquina was great food and service. Cabs are quick to pick up. 10$ to city. Pool food was tasty. Especially the chicken sandwich!! Drinks were meh.. Work out space was adequate. Hot tub on edge of property was fun to hang in and just take in view.

This is a prime location if you’re looking for beach access but a quieter location than way downtown by the pier. It’s only a $10 taxi ride downtown for 4 people by car or $5/person via water taxi if you’re looking to get into the hustle and bustle. We certainly did for day beach swimming and dinners out. The best part of this place is the room. It’s super clean with a huge patio, separate living spaces for the two bedrooms and more than enough extra amenities (bathrooms, indoor seating, kitchenware and washer/dryer). The pool at Villa La Estancia is by far the best of the three on property. The general store has everything you need (not necessary to go to Wal-Mart). The gym is a stone’s throw from this condo (which is first floor). No problems with anything- from wi-fi to hot showers to clean drinking water to safety and security). Most importantly, it’s definitely a better value than renting directly through the resort. You can charge to your room any time even if you have an Airbnb. Don’t bother with an all-inclusive. Cabo has plenty of restaurants for foodies and mainstream eaters. This place is a no brainer.

We had a wonderful time!!! The food of the restaurants was delicious. Also, the service of the resort was great! Everyone was kind and helpful! We could see the Arch from the resort's beach! The beach was like a two- three minute walk from our room. The views are breathtaking! We loved seeing the sunsets! There are also some stores nearby where you can buy essentials. The resortwas very safe too! Before you are able to drive into the resort, you have to give your name, the room number, and the number of guests that are under the registration. Each time you leave the resort, in order to go back inside, you have to give this information. So it is helpful to memorize your room number. Overall, my family and I can't wait to go back!

Stacey’s place was all around a 10 stars experience, from the very spacious apartment to the facility itself, to the people working there and making sure you have everything your need and more! It was just amazing! We were four adults and two kids and we were extremely comfortable. I have rented many places through this app already but this one for sure exceeded my expectations and is the best one so far. We will definitely be back with the family again!!

This was an amazing stay! The Airbnb was perfect for a large group with plenty of extra space. It was a bonus to have food and alcohol left over from previous guests, along with pool tubes to enjoy the water with. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the beach is literally just a few steps away. If you want an great place to enjoy with a group, this is perfect for both friends and families. Stacy was amazing, and very informative. I highly suggest booking this Airbnb!
