Loved the beautiful view!!! Great place for a beach getaway. very close to beach and just be aware if u don't get both villa 1 and 2 u will share the home with others as villa 1 is 1st floor and villa 2 is 2nd and rooftop access. fantastic place

Had a great time with the family! House was perfect for what we needed it for. A quick weekend trip! Will definitely look for it again next time I go to Rocky Point. Thanks again!

Beautiful area

Great house, but if you don't rent the full house, you might see the people downstairs. The garage only has one pace available unless you rent the full house. The house is beautiful and spacious. Any issues we got taken care of right away.

Great place. Clean and had everything we needed. The beach is rocky so you might need water boots. The beach is less than 5 min walk. Great views from balcony. Close to town. Check in and out was easy and informative. Those guys at mar de Cortez were great. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay! It was a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to town. The owner kept checking in on us to ensure we were having a great stay. We would stay here again!

This was a great house to stay in. Very spacious, lots of parking space, beautiful view of the beach. A/C and fans worked good. Just a few minute walk to the water, however it’s pretty rocky. Nice beach to lay out on, if you want to swim the public beach is only about a 10 minute drive. Location is close to the fish market.

This home provided everything that we needed, from spacious rooms to great beach and ocean views. I would highly recommend this property for large groups that are still looking for the home feel. I will definitely book this home for future travels.

Amazing house, great location. Very clean with plenty of water.

The house is very nice, with lots of space. Check in and check out were a breeze. I didn't realize the house was split into two until after I booked it, but that turned out to not be a problem at all. The house had plenty of toiletries and cooking supplies.

The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view of the house and it had pretty much everything you’d need. Vendors walked past and would offer goods and were very polite.

Great place for larger groups with kids! Easy access to beach with wonderful views! Very spacious and had everything we needed to make our vacation excellent.

House was beautiful and location was good. Perfect for large parties. Beach was very rocky so don’t recommend. Kitchenware was dirty but overall great place.

Had a nice quiet beach vacation for two weeks. First time in Rocky Point. Positive: 10 minutes drive to town. Office close to community. Guard at gate 24/7. House is close to entrance to community. Great ocean views. 1 minute walk to beach. Rooftop deck a bonus. Large living space makes it comfortable. Wonderful to have two masters with sliding doors to balcony. Three masters have attached baths. Ample kitchen space. The balconies where wonderful. Third master has a patio overlooking road. Two car garage. Generally everything you need for cooking is there. Direct TV programming with movie channels. Jugs of water where provided and a minimum number of towels and soap. Good hot water showering. Beach was good for walking and laying out. Very difficult if you want to swim due to the rockiness going into the water. Fun to look for shells on the beach. Venders do stop on the beach and if you are on the balcony but are friendly and do not harass. Security patrols the beach on four wheelers. Needs improvement: nothing really horrendous but things I would have liked to have known are as follows. Refrigerator leaked water a lot. Dishwasher but because the hot water takes forever to get to the kitchen it won’t wash the dishes well. No sort of food basics other than salt. No washer/dryer. One other TV with DVD/VCR combo in one bedroom. Did not work and really old. Fireplaces but not useable. Curtains and blinds fell off the wall in some rooms. Many of the drawers and screen slider were broken. Grills rusted and barely worked. There were very few instructions or information in the house. Example no WIFI info. WIFI was not very good. I would suggest adding some water toys like kayaks, better cushioned chairs on the patio, and a third couch in the living room. Adding TVs to each room. Getting rid of outdated electronics. Overall I would say this vacation house was in need of some TLC, updating and a deep clean but the positives made it worth the stay!

This place is awesome! Large enough plenty of people and right on the beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Roof top deck was phenomenal! Amazing spot for sure!

Great Home- Beautiful View!!!!! Directions to Office: Last Y Turn off before main road splits towards Malecon turn when you see huge sign Las Conchas- Municipal is on the corner.

The ac is amazing, the living spaces are very clean and comfortable to relax in. It is located in Las Conchas and has guards that let you in and check to make sure you are supposed to be let in, which makes you feel very safe and secure. The house also has a garage if you want to park your vehicle inside. The beach is just a short walk away but is very rocky and deep so keep that in mind.

Definitely a great place to stay at! Plenty of space and a great view

Great stay for my family of 12. We had several first timers and they absolutely loved it. The beach view is amazing and the house is just perfect for a big crowd. The bathrooms are beautiful and very spacious. The house has everything you might need for your family. It is only like 15 min top from the public beach and Malecon. The security guards make it a safe area as there is someone guarding 24/7. Overall very content with our stay

The house is beautiful and spacious. It's not beach front, but it is only a short walk to the beach and the view of the ocean is nice. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony. We really enjoyed this house and would stay here again!

This place was magical. We all enjoyed our stay and the location was right on the beach and felt very private. Would recommend to anyone!

The house was amazing & huge. Really closed to the beach. Everyone we talked to was super friendly & helpful. We had an issue with our previous house and checked in last minute, even then they had no problem meeting with us & taking us to the place since it was dark. Will definitely stay here next year.

We LOVED this house!! It was perfect for a large group, plenty of space, and it is beautiful. The beach is very close, however, it isn't the "main" beach that everyone who visits Rocky Point goes to. The restaurants and the good beaches are about a 10 min drive away, so if you want a nice, quiet location this place is perfect! Would highly recommend for a large group of people.
