Great weekend stay to enjoy as a family. I loved the house. It was very spacious and beautiful. Excellent communication with Rafa. He was always very attentive to our questions and willing to resolve them. We 100% recommend staying here. Rocio and Javi are excellent and impeccable with their support. I highly recommend that you request their support. They made our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

Excellent hosts, instant communication, the property is hacienda-style with ceiling heights of about 4 meters (13 feet), very spacious, super cool, one level, suitable for older people, no noise, don't set an alarm—the birdsong will wake you up. The property is quite safe and one block from one of the main avenues; everything is close by—restaurants, supermarket, entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Malú is super friendly and attentive! His caretaker Abel was always attentive to everything we needed during our stay. We have support at all times. The house has everything you need, the pool clean and the perfect heating. Our family really enjoyed the house and garden. The kitchen comes with everything you'll need. Close to Walmart, Pharmacies, Oxxo, Restaurants, Shopping Plaza and Cinemas The house is located in an excellent area. I would definitely return! Malú and Rafa super attentive all the time on the phone, the guys who served us in our stay Rocio and Abel super helpful and friendly, obviously we have to direct them a little in terms of what is going to be cooked and served, but in general super well, the house is super nice to live with family, our children spent it very kind in the pool, it is missing a maintenance pelin to the house, but nothing extraordinary, they even sent us margaritas for the inconvenience, they are things that in any period house would be the same, the internet if it is cut from time to time, but not in a way it is not the fault of the owners, I put it in case you have a remote work you consider that it can influence, we honestly pass it so well that it did not happen. We wish you a happy next stay.

The house is comfortable to go with children and family. The area is very quiet and its location you go for a walk, go to the pharmacy, for a coffee,etc. in addition, Mrs. Rocío and Mr. Rafa are always attentive and helpful. the food that Mrs. Rocío prepared for us was very rich. My stay at this Airbnb was extraordinary. The property is impeccable, with all the services promised and a convenient location with several services nearby. The house and garden are beautiful (even more than the pictures). It's very well equipped. La Alberca was at perfect temperature We went with families with children and enjoyed it very much. Malu was very friendly from before booking, giving all the information and options. During the stay the Mr. Javier was very helpful. The only suggestion is that it would be very good for them to invest in renovating the beds. The ones that are are very hard and apparently have made their time. The other furniture is comfortable, but the beds are not very much.

The house was amazing, Sandra the housekeeper/cook and Javier the gardener/house manager were so great made us feel like home! One thing I will suggest is to make updates to the bathrooms, and removed from one of the rooms the two big bookshelf’s people feel like they going to fall on them. I will stay there again. Malu and Rafa are the best hosts I have ever had on Airbnb and other platforms. If there was a way to give them 7 stars, I would. They went above-and-beyond from the beginning, and ensured that we were comfortable, safe, happy, and having fun at all times. I would return to this home in a heartbeat. The home is actually better than advertised. Each room has its own bathroom. The pool is remarkably clean and very pleasant during the summer. The common areas are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and the housekeeping staff is exemplary. WiFi is strong and present throughout the home; we were able to work and Zoom remotely.

The house is absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful stay. The pool temperature was so nice. The neighbor is peaceful with lots of great places near by. The service at the house was great! They cleaned and cooked for us for an additional fee and it made our trip much more enjoyable. We loved it and hope to be back some day.

We really enjoyed Malú's house, everything was as seen in the photos, it is a house from that golden age of Cuernavaca, very spacious and beautiful, the garden is very careful and the cleanliness upon arrival was applause. Everything we liked, however, something left us with a strange feeling, we went with our pet and we had been told about an extra fee, the truth is the first place on Airbnb that happens to us that they charge us for the dog, neither outside Mexico or in Mexico had passed us, I would understand it as a guarantee if you pay it before and if the dog does any destroying then take charge, and if it did not cause any "extra" the dog, to return the fee, it is what at least we would do, the dogs today are more polite than many people, ours sleeps all day, we take care of it ourselves, not a hair we leave, I do not understand which is the end of that extra fee, and it is not the cost, for nothing, it is that rare feeling that leaves you the cost of something that you do not see the matter. In the end we ask on the day of departure that if we could leave later than agreed and it was also at a cost, that we understand, especially when there is a guest in door, however in ALL the Airbnb houses we have stayed in Cuernavaca when you ask if you can stay later they tell you; go at the time you want, today we will not wash it anymore. Here it touched us differently, it doesn't matter, except for those details the house is a nice experience.

We had a wonderful vacation! Everything was perfect; the house is very spacious, the terrace and garden are super nice. And the location is amazing; close to everything (walking distance) and nevertheless very quiet and safe. We spent Christmas and New Years’ Eve with family and friends, including two young kids. They had a blast and we really felt “at home”. Sandra and Javier were super helpful and always ready to give a hand when needed. And the communication with Malu and Rafa was easy. They truly are “super hosts”. We would come back anytime.

Everything was very clean and spacious. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The pool is warm and the people in charge are very attentive and helpful. We had a very pleasant weekend and look forward to returning. My family and I were there from August 24 to 27, 2021, and it was a very beautiful experience. It's a very large house, with high ceilings and spacious rooms. There are four bedrooms, each with a full bathroom (two of them with a tub), all very clean and well maintained. The bedding was impeccable. The furniture is original (old, but beautifully maintained) and tasteful. The kitchen is also very well equipped. There is a room for board games and watching TV. The master bedroom has a huge and beautiful bathroom. The pool is large and its temperature is pleasant. The garden is very enjoyable, the lounge chairs are in good condition. The main room has a nice living room and an elegant dining room. It easily accommodates at least ten people. There's good UberEats service. The property is located in one of the most elegant areas of Cuernavaca. But, the most important thing is the warm attention of Malu and his son, Rafa, who is always accessible and willing to help his guests down to the smallest details. He's a very kind gentleman. Don Javier, the caretaker, can do mandados, bring food, be attentive to open the garage, cover and discover the pool, etc. The cleaning lady does her job well. We look forward to coming back.

Our stay was very pleasant! All the rooms in the house and the house are very large. The pool water is ideal. Our babies had an amazing time. The parking lot can accommodate up to three cars. In addition, Javier and Sandra helped make our stay more peaceful, so the 1,400 pesos were worth it. At first, we didn't quite understand Sandra and Javier's duties, but they told us that they can prepare all the food, wash the dishes, etc. We also brought a little dog that had a great time in the garden.

The house is large, and the rooms make it look like a hotel. Bath and pool towels are available. The beds are comfortable, and the garden is completely green and lush. That's why there are flies. There are two people who take wonderful care of you. There is no air conditioning, but the house is very high, so I don't think it's necessary. It is an old house but fully functional and they have it in excellent condition. Thank you.

Excellent in every way; location, hospitality, heated pool, spacious house... and the most important thing that pets accept. Super comfortable beds, hot water in the showers... and has all the amenities so you don't leave the house. The only different thing is that a person is always going to be with you, it has the super advantage that they support you in everything you need, the only disadvantage is that if you want privacy it is better to look for another option. Malú's house is beautiful, with an excellent layout and design to spend days relaxing among several people, whether friends or family, outdoors and with great comfort. It is an old house with a very peculiar flavor and taste, very well maintained, excellent cleanliness and design. It has all the amenities to stay connected, excellent internet, Netflix, etc. The service provided by Petra, Manuel and then Javier was very professional and kind. And Malú and Rafa's response to all our questions was punctual, very kind and always helpful. In addition, our dogs Lena and Capi have enjoyed the garden very much. The house is incredible and staff who work there so kind. Both house and guests were well cared for (welcome Margaritas!). The pool was clean and warm, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well supplied for cooking. We used the grill too! We basically lived outside on the veranda for five days through rain and sun. The house is very nice and spacious, has great decor and has all the amenities, including four Wi-Fi networks, which allowed us all to be connected at the same time and not experience any online delays.
