Desert Villas

The villa was more beautiful than the pictures! We had my bachelorette party and fit 14 girls comfortably! We are close to downtown marina area. We got a little lost when placing address into uber but that was resolved quickly since the villa is recognized on the app we just needed to type in our villa name instead. We enjoyed our stay would love to come back soon.

An absolutely amazing stay This villa was 10/10 and exceeded all our expectations. I stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place to celebrate. The views were absolutely stunning, the pool was amazing, and the house itself was spotless. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, so we felt comfortable and stress-free from the moment we arrived. The hosts were amazing: they responded very quickly every time we had questions and provided us with detailed instructions before our arrival, including directions. You can tell they really care about their guests and make sure everyone has a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

Truly such an amazing experience! Can’t recommend this enough for any group trip. Super close to lots of fun restaurants and bars. Anna helped us booked reservations was so helpful with last minute rides. She was so lovely our entire stay and made the trip extra special to celebrate. I had my bachelor party with six girls at the villa. From start to end, it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very responsive and Anna, our concierge, were all incredibly helpful and kind. The location is perfect as it’s close to many different restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We received cleaning service every day, which was fantastic. It was also a couple minutes’ Uber ride away from the beach. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We booked Desert Villas for my buddy’s bachelor party and it was nothing short of an incredible stay. Anna and her team gave us a variety of options for entertainment including yacht rides, shuttle transport services and restaurant recommendations. This location is centrally located and has amazing views. If you’re looking for a bachelor pad or a family getaway then look no further. I’ll be coming back to Villa Fuego in the future.

Great place. The concierge it includes is amazing. They were super attentive with quick responses whenever I had a question or needed something. Perfect location, 10 min away from all the locations I wanted to visit and see. Overall great experience. Beautiful villa.

My group came here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot! The whole experience start to finish was handled so professional and was very organized. The place was huge and fit our party size of 10 comfortably. From the start, we were introduced to a concierge, Anna, who connected me to excursions (private boat, at-home private chef, and private transportation) to help me plan the rest of the bachelorette! She even met us at the boat to give our bride a gift before starting the charter. Couldn’t recommend doing Cabo this way every visit more! Make sure you bring extra cash for tips for the staff, chef, boat, drivers etc for the weekend.

An amazing stay! I booked this house for my best friend’s bachelorette trip and it was an amazing time! I loved everything about the house and us 13 girls had so much space! I can’t say enough about how much Anna helped us through this process to plan things for the group to do! I have planned quite a few trips and Anna made it very easy! I will say sometimes you will have to check up on things with Anna a few times if you are an early planner like me but she is very very responsive when needed! My group and I enjoyed our private chef experience, massages in the villa, a Marachi band and a private yoga class! We also loved the pools and spent quite a bit of time in this beautiful house! I’d highly recommend!!

Miguel and Anna were absolutely amazing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I booked their villa for my son’s high school graduation trip, and my son, his friends, and a group of 18-year-old young men stayed there. To say Miguel and Anna were accommodating and helped make this trip special would be a huge understatement. They went above and beyond with every last-minute request. They arranged groceries, transportation, and incredible chef-prepared meals. Anything I could think of to make this trip memorable, they made happen. We certainly weren’t the perfect guests—we even managed to clog a toilet—but they were incredibly kind and gracious about it. This truly was the experience of a lifetime, and Miguel and Anna played a huge part in making it so special. I would absolutely book another stay with them, this time for a family trip, and create even more unforgettable memories. Well appointed and located villa with wonderful concierge and housekeeping service. Miguel and Maria were very responsive and eager to make our stay ideal. We used transportation services they recommended. We could easily walk to groceries and restaurants—our favorite was Captain Moy.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay STOP looking anywhere else because this IS YOUR PLACE!! I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this stay was for us. We came for my sister’s bachelorette party over Memorial Day weekend. We were party of 15 and everyone had plenty of room. It was so much better than we could have ever imagined. Ana was our Conceirge and she did everything for us—schedule a yacht day, scheduled a chef to come in and cook breakfast every morning & dinner one night. She made all of our dinner reservations outside of the villa too and took care of all of our transportation. She also made sure the house was decorated to go with the bachelorette weekend theme & stocked our fridge. I could go on & on but the take away—this was the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my sister’s weekend and Ana & the staff at this villa made all of our dreams a reality. Would stay again gladly!

I came here for my bachelorette party and it was amazing from start to finish! Having Anna as our concierge was great - she helped us book airport shuttles (highly recommend for groups!!) and a yacht excursion (a highlight of the trip!). The place was clean and beautiful with the most stunning views - the pictures don’t lie!! Our host was super responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough! It was a trip I’ll never forget!

Clean large and very nice

The place was very spacious and beautiful! Everything was perfect for our stay. They had everything we needed there. Anna was very responsive and helpful with whatever issues we had and came to help immediately. Miguel was an awesome guy and helped us with everything we needed even local recommendations. Super comfortable and spacious place, everything is very clean, and the view is awesome!! The photos match the place, and there are supermarkets very close by.

The location is in El Tezal and walkable to a few restaurants and drug stores. There is a small grocery store across the street and a large shopping mart with everything about a 10-15 minute walk. Uber is very convenient. I spent about $9 dollars USD to uber to the Corazón Beach. Ilios is down the street. The house is wonderful with three large rooms and one with two double beds. Villa Luna has an amazing rooftop jacuzzi that can be heated. The view is worth it. We had breakfast on the roof top several times during our trip. This is a great home and amazing location.

One of the most amazing houses I've stayed in! We were a group of 13 and all had beds to sleep in and plenty of spaces to hang out. It was even better than the pictures or description!

I booked this for my fiancé’s bachelorette and it was an amazing weekend all around for her and the group of girls she went with! The place was beautiful and communication was great with what the girls were wanted to plan. Location was a big plus too and Miguel and his team were very accommodating to their needs! great stay

Great Villa! Ubers are very easy to get, about 10 min drive to town. There’s a giant Soriana and Costco down the street so no need to make a stop at other grocery stores. Anna the concierge was a Gem! She was quick to respond and provide suggestions.

This place was amazing. Rooftop deck and pool with insane views, we basically never wanted to leave. Huge house, great location, could walk to everything. The concierge made the whole trip stress-free. Miguel was communicative from the beginning and helped us a great deal. Already talking about coming back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great house

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Luna. It was a great location with a market, liquor store and restaurants nearby. Costco was a little over a mile away, we walked there and uber’ed back. The sushi place right next to the Villa was excellent, so fresh! We had tacos at a little place across the street that had the best shrimp and fish tacos, we visited several times. Also recommend Cabo Coffee shop for the best coffee within walking distance. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop of the Villa enjoying the hot tub and bbq area and gorgeous views! The only issue was the jets didn’t work, in the process of repair, and the water didn’t get as warm as we liked so we had to keep bugging Anna to turn it up. Anna and hosts were very responsive and housekeeping came every day. I would definitely stay again!

Have a nice stay

Just had a bachelorette of 14 girls to this Airbnb and it was amazing! Miguel and Ana were so communicative leading up to the stay and throughout the stay as well. Ana made sure the fridge was stocked, transpiration was set up from the airport, and also booked a private chef and mariachi band. The house is beautiful and super clean with daily housekeeping available. I would highly, highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you again Ana and Miguel!

Anna the concierge was sweet and accommodating. The hot tub on the roof was great, we enjoyed it every night The location is a cheap uber away from central cabo sights, and walking distance to good food options (tacos moy across the street was fire, wish we knew about it sooner bc i wouldve eaten there daily)

This was an amazing villa for our family to spend Thanksgiving week together. Service was impeccable and the Villa itself is the perfect setup for a large family with adult kids. We were able to rest, relax and enjoy each other’s company, both at the Villa as well as at local restaurants, beach and deep sea fishing. The cleaning people came daily and kept the house in tip top shape, and Anna, the concierge, was always available, responsive and helpful. Highly appreciated and recommend the chefs that came to prepare dinners a couple of evenings. Their food was excellent and service was amazing. Overall a great trip, and an amazing location and very helpful hosts!

The place is perfect with the exact description of everything. Miguel was extremely flexible with our arrival time, the number of people, they gave us more sheets and towels. Our concierge was super responsive, always very helpful and kind. The house has an incredible view on the terrace, and an excellent location. My only recommendation would be to have drinking water available, maybe a filter or a jug. I would return 100% and recommend it 10000 times more.

Our group absolutely loved our stay!! We went for my bachelorette and it fit perfectly for a group of 10! Look no further! It’s a beautiful property just like in photos. It was really close to town— we did have to uber which wasn’t bad at all it was maybe 10-15 minutes away from everything we were doing. The rooftop pool view was stunning. Sunrise and sunset was stunning from the big open windows. Miguel was so friendly and very responsive especially when we had a little baby owl we had to rescue he came right away to take it to the vet! Wish I could’ve extended my stay for a day —I didn’t want to leave! Beautiful property, would love to come back here! There’s a really good taco stand within walking distance and a little market around the corner where we restocked on waters. The staff were all very friendly!

Miguel and Anna were both so responsive before the trip and during. I had my bachelorette here with 5 other girls and the space was perfect. We asked to check in early and to leave our bags prior to check in and they were super accommodating with both requests. Miguel came by first thing to show us a few things around the house, we asked and received great recommendations to check out (restaurants, beaches, etc). The pool and house were cleaned daily. They even washed the dishes and prepared/cut our fruit for us. There's a huge grocery store a mile from the house which was super convenient. We grilled out on the rooftop and watched the sunset, the view is beautiful. The pool is small but my group had so much fun regardless. There are a couple restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy around the corner from the house which was also convenient. Overall, super happy we stayed here in Cabo, I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Villa for our networking event. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The house was huge, with plenty of space for nine grown men. We added the bartender service for one night and a personal chef for the next, and we were all very impressed with the drinks and food they prepared. The highlight of the house was definitely the rooftop pool with its amazing views. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. 10/10 service!

Booked this spot for a bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect! I loved the clean, modern aesthetic and how spacious the Airbnb felt. The house had everything we needed: strong WiFi, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a grill for outdoor meals. Miguel was incredibly attentive and super responsive any time we had a question or needed something, he was just a quick text away and always replied promptly. Our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable thanks to his hospitality. Bonus tip: Don’t miss the hamburger and hot dog stand across the street they open at 5 PM and are so good! There’s also a deli right across the street and an OXXO within walking distance for essentials. Coffee lovers should check out the Illy café next to the OXXO perfect for a morning pick me up. We had an amazing stay at Villa Fuego for my bachelorette party! There was plenty of space for our group of 12, and the highlight of our stay was the large spacious pool that allowed for everyone to spend time together, and the rooftop pool that offered the best sunset views. Ana & the concierge team was so helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. It was also a great touch to come home to a freshly cleaned villa daily after our day of activities! I’d recommend this villa to anyone hosting their special event in Cabo.

Villa Fuego was the perfect spot for my bachelorette weekend! 🏝️ We had 12 girls and the villa had plenty of space, bathrooms, and two amazing pools. Miguel and Anna were incredibly helpful from the start—early check-in, grocery delivery, and quick responses to anything we needed. Anna also gave me a house tour, helped us book a fun yacht day, a delicious private chef dinner, and arranged round-trip airport shuttle. The cleaning staff kept everything spotless. Sunset views on the rooftop were gorgeous and made for perfect photos. 📸 A few notes: the kitchen is industrial and takes some getting used to, the plants near the front are sharp so avoid them, and the AC units are individual for each room—it is warm inside when you arrive but all the rooms cool down fast. Ubers to town came within 1–2 mins. The airport is about 45 mins away, but the shuttle made it easy. Overall, an unforgettable, luxurious weekend! 🎉 Thank you Miguel and Anna for helping me make my dream bachelorette happen

If you want a one stop shop for a large party, bachelorette etc. this Is a great pick! Location is perfect - an easy car ride to downtown Cabo, convenient walkable shop for water/alcohol across the street. The house is super comfortable and was perfect for our party of 12. No one ended up sleeping on the sofa beds (I would say they do not appear to be large enough to sleep anyone comfortably). I will say that the person coordinating everything took a lot of hand holding to make sure everything went according to plan. I had to confirm everything several times and sometimes it would take days to get a response. There were definitely some issues (reservations that were not booked, cars that did not have enough seats for us). But all in all this was probably easier than coordinating everything outside of the airbnb. Highly recommend the private chef dinner at the house as well as the yacht!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor trip and were very satisfied with the property and neighborhood. Anna was very responsive and accommodating to our needs, including getting to and from the airport and providing recommendations for food and activities. The maintenance staff did a great job throughout. Would certainly recommend to all, and I would book here again.

We loved this air b n b! The rooftop view is stunning and the host and concierge were responsive and kind. There is a villa next door that is completely separate but the rooftop area is only divided by a cactus wall so noise level depends on your neighbors at the time. It was fine for us but something to note :) There are a few places to walk to close by but most things are an easy uber ride away. Our shuttle driver had a hard time with the address given but typing in “Desert Villas” on google maps was accurate then just look for Villa Sol. The pool/ hot tub takes a bit to heat up and is controlled by the a responsive concierge on an app. Would recommend staying here!!

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful and comfortable, we really enjoyed it

The host (Anna and Miguel) are very responsive and helpful. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which made it easier for our family especially with my dad is on the wheelchair. Anna is very helpful, greeted us when we checked in, show us the property and gave clear instruction to all the appliances. She is also very knowledgeable of the area and would give us recommendation to what we want to do. She is very accommodation to our need (let us drop off our luggages before check-in time, allow us to check out late when it is possible so my dad who is on a wheelchair did not have to wondering around the neighborhood while waiting for our drive to the airport and flight). The location of the property is convenient, about 3 miles from downtown/Marina ($5-10 uber ride). It is also close to Costco (less than 1 mile) so it was easy for us to get our grocery and other supply for the week. It is also walkable distance to a mini-mart, oxxo, gelato place. I would write more.

The villa was perfect for the 11 of us that stayed there. Was large enough to accommodate all of our needs. Loved the pools and the large kitchen for the home cooked meals we had. The concierge Ann was very helpful when booking a private boat along with travel excursions and dinner recommendations. We had a great time

Miguel was a very responsive host. The place was perfect for a group of 8 with one on the futon. Pool/hot tub took well over 3 hours to heat up which I did not expect, but once it was hot it was amazing to be on the rooftop with the view of the ocean. Concierge service was helpful for getting groceries at the house before we arrived. They offer a plethora of options for you at an additional cost. A quick uber (approx 10 min) to downtown. Daily housekeeping services was also a pleasant surprise! Maybe I missed that information in the listing. Host said it was a 20 minute walk to the beach, but the return would be up a gnarly hill. Overall, a great place to stay for the weekend! Would recommend

Staying at Villa Luna was a 10/10, VIP experience. I visited for a bachelorette that I planned and I can’t even BEGIN to express how helpful, kind, and accommodating Miguel was, especially his concierge Anna. Anna helped me book everything, was extremely communicative, warm and friendly. We felt like we had VIP treatment the entire weekend. The villa was even more beautiful in person than the photos. One of the amenities that stood out was a housekeeping service that came to clean the villa and provide new linens each day. It made it feel like a hotel! Everything was within a 5-10 min drive from the villa making commuting to beaches, restaurants, and bars very easy. With a coffee shop and pharmacy just a short walk down the street- it could not have been anymore perfect. If I visit Cabo again I will absolutely be booking with Miguel!! We felt so safe and I would highly recommend staying here for a resort experience at a fraction of the cost.

The location was great! We were able to walk to an OXXO, taco restaurant, ice cream shop and deli for food while we stayed here. The place had plenty of room and the view from the rooftop jacuzzi was beautiful! The only thing we did not like was that I had to sign a contract and a waver 2 hours after we had already checked in. The owner showed up and was clearly looking around to see what was happening. I signed the documents in person, while I was trying to get ready to go out. Also check-out was weird too. She texted me the night before asking what time we would check out. I let her know 11 (which is the set checkout time) she showed up at 10:30 asking us if we were ready to check out. I let her know we would leave at 10:59 since she was rushing us. The girls and I started to leave and she quickly got out of her car. She completed an inspection of the house with 2 cleaning ladies while we were still in the premises. I’ve never experienced something like this at any other Airb&b.
