Everything was great. The house has what it offers.

Our stay was just wonderful. Without a doubt, one of the most special moments was seeing my nephews enjoy the pool. The water temperature is perfect for the little ones and very pleasant for the whole family. The house is even better than we expected. The rooms, common spaces and green areas are spacious, very comfortable, impeccably clean and exactly as they appear in the photos on the platform. I want to highlight Tania, who was always attentive, kind, and ready to make sure our stay was perfect. Her hospitality made a big difference and made us feel very welcome. If I had to sum up this experience in a few words, they would be: fun, comfort, tranquility, privacy and exceptional hospitality. It was the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100% for those looking to rest, socialize, and have a good time!

Excellent accommodation to spend time as a family. Clear instructions upon arrival. There is security, and we had no trouble getting in. The house has plenty of space and several rooms, a heated pool, and everything you need for the kitchen.

The house is very nice and very large. The pool has warm water, but it's a shame that the Jacuzzi doesn't work. The pool depth is ideal if you are bringing children with you. The security guards were very friendly. Good communication and attention at all times when we needed it. Hopefully we can go back soon, 100% recommended.

It's a huge place, with plenty of rooms and comfortable beds. The grilling area is well equipped. The meat cooler is a great option for carrying a lot of food, and the security is very good. I appreciate the service. I would definitely come back.

Everything was great about the house, the rooms, common areas, kitchen, dishes and everything you need to cook wonderfully. Tania gave us all the information we needed to have a good stay. The only bad thing is the location, we arrived in small groups and we all had difficulty finding the subdivision and the cleaning lady offended a girl, since she did not have the flexibility to leave a couple of minutes later. But everything else is fine, I highly recommend it.

Excellent place to enjoy the tranquility and comfort of the house, it is quite large and well distributed, the host is very friendly and helpful, the one who welcomes you is also quite pleasant. The only drawback is that at the entrance of the subdivision, Mr. Lucio is very intolerant, inaccessible and somewhat rude, despite the fact that we left him a perfect list of the names, license plates and how we were distributed in the cars, he did not want to let three people on the list pass, and they arrived separately! If you could improve that aspect, it would be perfect👌🏼. I also understand that it doesn't depend on the host! Except for that inconvenience, I would stay here again without any problem ❤️

It is a very nice and spacious house. It's even prettier than the pictures. We went to rest and it was very easy in this accommodation. The road to the subdivision is direct, although a little bumpy due to the cobblestones, but once you reach the subdivision, everything changes! The house is spacious and spotless. We had no mosquito or insect problems because of all the mosquito nets. All the rooms have a fan, so the heat and humidity were not a problem. Although the forecast indicated rain and storms almost all day, the weather in Oaxtepec did not disappoint, it was sunny and hot enough so we could enjoy the pool. All rooms have a full bathroom and towels. The TV is a little small but it's not a problem because you're going to enjoy yourself, not watch TV. We couldn't get the jacuzzi to work but there was no problem because the water was nice. We had a very quiet and pleasant weekend!! Thank you very much to the hosts!!

The place is quite spacious, the green areas very well cared for and finally a house that does meet the temperature of the pool. Everything very clean and tidy and with sufficient utensils for the number of people.

Tania helped us with everything. I wanted to make a campfire because I took adolescents and he got me a bonfire so we could have the activity we wanted even though I didn't count on him at first. He was always attentive. The pool is at the perfect temperature.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, it has the essentials to cook if you wish, the pool water was delicious. It has a soccer court that both boys and adults enjoyed. Tania was always attentive and answered our messages very quickly, she gave us valuable suggestions before our arrival, including a minisuper with home service that was very useful.

The house is very nice and a great plus for me was the pool, the water was warm, I had always had bad experiences with icy pools, but this one got a 10. The arrival was simple, and the communication was always excellent, we were greeted with complimentary drinks, I had never touched on airbnb, so I highly recommend the house. Just as a suggestion you can be more specific about the rooms since some shared bathroom and had no door, then it was a bit difficult for me to accommodate friends who all want their privacy, but nothing could not be fixed.

The house and the rooms are quite spacious. The pool is very nice and plenty of free space outside. I only suggest they take everything necessary so as not to have to go out or order as it takes a little time for home service. It is a property with a lot of greenery then it is no more to wear insect repellant. I highly recommend it, we had a very pleasant time as a family.
