This place is conveniently located. Carlos was a very responsive and friendly host. The layout is good for a group of friends travelling together. Memo, the caretaker, was very helpful.

Our stay at Carlos' home was the best experience I have ever had on Airbnb and just saying "5 stars" simply won't do. Through no fault of anyone's, we happened to be renting Carlos' beautiful beachside home when the cartel started fighting the government. Everything shut down and we were ordered to stay inside for a day. First, the home was so secure that us nine visitors felt safe the entire time. Carlos immediately checked on us making sure we had water and access to what food was open at the time. He personally delivered items to us despite him being on vacation himself. He kindly extended our stay when our flights were all rearranged and made sure we felt safe, connected and at home during the craziness. It felt like how Airbnb is supposed to be: kind people sharing their beautiful home. Such kindness is too rare these days. We cannot thank Carlos, Memo and his thoughtful team enough. He was the hero of our trip and I would rent from him again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Carlos!

Carlos's home has become a home away from home for my friends and me. This was our second year here. The location still can't be beaten. Memo remains an attentive and helpful property manager, and the home is comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t recommend this place highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention Carlos puts into creating a truly welcoming experience. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect,close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still peaceful and relaxing when we came back to unwind. It made getting around easy and stress-free, which really added to how much we enjoyed our trip. What truly set this stay apart was Carlos’s attentiveness and hospitality. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive, checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He genuinely made us feel at home, which is something you don’t always find when traveling. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta! Everything was exactly as described, which made the experience super easy and enjoyable. Great host and location—super convenient and close to everything

Excellent condo a block from the beach and many restaurants and shops. The place was perfect for our large family with five bedrooms, each with its private bathroom. The common areas were awesome for hanging out as a family. Carlos and Memo were great. Carlos quickly secured a crib for our grandson upon request and within a very short notice. He was always responsive and attentive to our every need. Do not think further if you are looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta for a large group!

It’s a great place to stay in the Zona Romantica neighborhood of Malecón right next to many great restaurants and bars! Carlos is an awesome host who is quick to respond and offer any possible help.. Momo the local taker is always available for any local needs .. I would strongly recommend the place for your next trip..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the penthouse condo in Puerta Vallarta. The check-in process was smooth and the local property manager let us upstairs to check in a bit early. He also provided a replacement 5 gallon jug for the water dispenser multiple times since we were very thirsty in the hot summer of Puerto Vallarta. The condo was clean and the air-conditioning worked very well. The location is great with easy access to the beach and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Carlos’s place was great! We had some issues with the AC when we first arrived due to the high heat and humidity but Memo was VERY helpful and brought us more fans right away. The place remained cool for the remainder of our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay nearby the beach and other popular/local restaurants.

this was a great stay for 6 of us, but would've been great for even more. Highlights: -building staff (Memo) was responsive and available - location near zona romantica and popular beach clubs -drinking water dispenser - public spaces were separated from bedrooms -rooftop wading pool - check-in and check-out were flexible and painless I'd stay here again

We truly have no notes - the AirBnB was immaculate and the host & staff were courteous, responsive, and extremely helpful. We stayed for 9 days during New Years. The actual apartment was much nicer than shown in pictures - it's modern, with an updated kitchen, and nice bathrooms. Four of the larger bedrooms have very nice outdoors terraces which were nice for meals and starting the day. 4 of the five rooms have their own bathroom. There is a shared pool which was never busy, but nice for meeting other guests. It is steps from mantamar and beyond convenient. It's clear the host takes a lot of pride in the property. It was clean when we got there and they offered complimentary cleaning. There is an onsite property manager who is very responsive. The only negative - the coffee maker didn't work - was immediately replaced. Several of our friends had horror stories with Airbnbs in PV for NYE. It was nice that this one exceeded our expectations and was well worth the price

Carlos’ home was perfect. It was such a perfect layout and size for a larger group and is in an incredible location. 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and shops located all around. Memo the property manager was so wonderful and made sure everything was perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying here! It felt super safe too with the extra security gate and multiple locks. Carlos was incredibly flexible with check in and check out times which made everything super easy!

Place was great. Right in heart of zona romantica with lots of restaurants nearby. Walked everywhere. Beach literally 1 block away. Tons of room in penthouse. Carlos very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay there again. Extra benefit is that you don’t have to walk the steep hill every day to get to beach/restaurants like some of the other listings in the area. We walked up once to check it out and were glad we didn’t have to contend with the hike every day!!

The photos don't do this place justice. It is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and so spacious. Every room had AC. 4 out of the 5 bedrooms had an ensuite. The pool on the roof was nice as well.

Even better than the pictures! So close to everything and was perfect for my group. Host was so helpful and provided us with extra keys so everyone had a set. Highly recommend!

I can’t really think of anything negative to say about Carlos’s place - everything from the location to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to the cleanliness to the amenities were absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing. I came with a group of friends for a birthday celebration, and the superiority of this location over the other listings I had considered (many of which are located up in the hills around town) became immediately apparent after our first night out and our first beach day, as everything was within a (flat, easy) five-minute walk. We only had six people in our group but the place could quite comfortably accommodate more - the common areas are generous, but with all the bedrooms (most of which have a balcony) there was never really a lack of privacy either. Carlos is responsive and attentive, and made sure our check-in and check-out were seamless. Can’t recommend this place highly enough if you’re planning a group trip to PV.

This was a good place to stay! We were only in town for a night, but the place would have also been good for a longer vacation. Perfect for a big group like ours (9 people). It’s a lot more charming than we were expecting based on the pictures. Good experience.

Beautiful house only a couple minutes from the beach. Didnt see an elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. Clean water is provided and refilled upon request.

Carlos’ place was so great for our week in PV! First of all, the pictures do not do this place justice. The space is huge, and we never felt crammed with 10 of us staying there. The location is ideal as well, one block away from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the bar areas. Memo and Carlos were always around when we needed something or had questions. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back.

Carlos’s place was amazing. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and there were several close restaurants. The staff were extremely kind and the place was beautiful with plenty of space.

Carlos' place was great. Its location is very close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars. It's a 4 floor walkup, but that wasn't an issue for us...the more steps, the better the view. You can't see the beach from there, but you could see the hillside and all the other places around us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and detergent. We loved sitting out on the front balcony in the morning to have our coffee. Carlos was also very responsive and answered all of our questions. The building manager, Memo, was also really great and took good care of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Memo the care taker was awesome, always there when you needed something. Carlos was easy to get a hold of for info or concerns. Place was quiet, clean, with big rooms plus the pool area was a nice place to chill even tho it was way too small and shallow. Overall a positive experience but not the area to meet women.

What a hidden gem in PV! Could not ask for a better location, just a block from the beach and an easy walk to the most popular bars and restaurants (we only used taxis to/from the airport). The house itself is very spacious, we were a group of 8 and it never felt crowded. If anything, the place is better than the pictures. The onsite manager Memo was very friendly and responsive, and Carlos is the most responsive Airbnb host I've ever encountered. 10/10!

The location of this place is absolutely perfect… walking distance to everything you need within the romantic zone. Quiet building, cozy place large enough for 5 of us! Definitely booking here again next time I’m in town!

Highly recommended if you are looking to enjoy what Puerto Vallarta's local beaches, restaurants and amazing night life in the Zona Romantic area. The rooms and living area were spacious. The location can't be beat at this price. Carlos was very responsive and the building manager Memo and cleaning staff that attended to us was super friendly and helpful. We were provided towels and basic hotel type toiletries. If you need more, you may need to bring your own or get from a nearby convenient store.

We enjoyed our New Year’s stay at Carlos’ penthouse apartment. It is on a quiet side street in a busy, festive neighborhood. The bedrooms are spacious and the flat has many outdoor decks. Being close to the rooftop pool was also a plus, especially for the kids. The caretaker and his wife were also friendly and helpful.

Great place near the beach (blue chairs etc) covert close to all else in Romantic Zone. Bedrooms were quiet and unit had everything we needed. Carlos was a great host!

Carlo's penthouse couldn't be in a better location and the size of this place is like having a house. We had everything we needed and its very secure and in the heart of everything. Great value for groups or even 4 people as our party was. Carlo's was super responsive and easy to get ahold of.

This is our second time staying at Carlos’s place. The location is the best in Vallarta, 3 minute walk to Los Muertos beach and in the heart of town for dining and shopping. The host and his team are attentive and helpful. We appreciated every room having the option for AC and the strong Wi-Fi. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Spacious penthouse just a block away from the beach. The property has 5 bedrooms - great for a large group/ family. The location is in a quiet corner, just two blocks from all of the restaurants and night clubs of the Zona Romantica. Prime property in a prime location!

Great convenient location- easy walk to the beach and downtown. Very spacious condo with large dining room full kitchen, etc. Bedrooms very nice and each with its own air conditioner.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, small corner store and everything in Zona Romántica. The space is HUGE w ample room for all of us and the best part was the private bathrooms. Communication was simple and easy. Memo was my contact for communication and he was always quick to respond and extremely friendly. Check out was also easy and flexible on departure time. Would highly recommend for a larger group traveling as space will def not be an issue.

This place is huge! Great place for staying with friends. Rooftop pool was great for laying in the sun and a quick swim. Check in was quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a great property, perfect location. The roof top deck and pool are lovely. Walking distance t everything. We had 10 people and never felt as if we were on top of each other. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Huge property with space for everyone. If I go to PV with a large group again I will definitely use this property. Carlos was very helpful, a great host.

Carlos's place was amazing! when we arrived we met his property manager, Memo, for check-in. Memo made us all feel very welcome and explained everything we needed to know. During our stay Memo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Memo just might be the best part of Carlo's Airbnb. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Each room had temperature control and comfortable furnishings. It was the perfect spot for a group of friends vacationing together. Also, you can't beat the location. a block away from the beach and walking distance to everywhere your want to be in the Old Town or Zona Romántico. We want to keep this a secret so we can book it the next time we are in P.V. The condo is in an amazing location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and 10 minutes from the old town. Fair warning that you will have to climb 6 flights of steps to get to the penthouse condo. If you are not in decent shape, or had a long night of drinking, those steps can seem like eternity. The 4 main rooms are big and spacious, the 5th is tiny, more suitable for kids. The kitchen is workable, with a gas stove, toaster oven, and a coffee maker. There are pots/pan, and knifes that couldn't slice icecream. There is coffee filter, but you will have to buy sugar/cream and everything else at the local minimart (2 minute walk). Bathroom linen is provided, and so are beach towels. All-in-all, the place is perfect for family or a group of friends to chill
