Manual was very prompt at getting issues resolved and was always available when contacted. The condo is well located, spacious and the view is spectacular. Would go back if available in the future.

The best option to stay in Puerto Vallarta, I've already been twice and I love it!!

Beautiful stay. The apartment was great and the view was very beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Living room, kitchen, everything was good. In addition, the outdoor furniture offered a nice place to relax. The Icon complex is a beautiful location. We'll be back at the Icon and Manuel's apartment if available. Thank you

You will love staying at Manuel's place. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and in my review, I will address the good, the not-great, and everything in between. We stayed in Manuel's place for a month in the summer of 2024. I was there with my 2 sons and then we had my mom or my husband as the 4th person. The Home is wonderful. It's large and has everything you could need in terms of kitchen supplies, appliances, towels, linens, beds, etc. The home is not stocked with shampoo, conditioner, water, condiments, etc. (there are some, but limited). Manuel would respond to any (minor) issue we had and have an answer OR send someone out. Security at Icon is strict, but it isn't uncomfortably so. And different security guards have different rules. So while I am usually a rule-follower, we would amend them as needed/allowed. The gym is really great and I went there frequently. We never did try the restaurant on the property but the pool service is good. We will book again!

Very nice place, clean, excellent reception service, Valet Parking, safe, quality and price, pool and beach level, excellent and Manuel always attentive to everything, great family experience, we were 6 adults.

The place is very clean, the view is beautiful, everything is in accordance with the description, the kitchen is very well equipped. Our family really enjoyed the recreation spaces. We were very happy. It's a very cozy place to go with the whole family. The people in the lobby and the concierge are very friendly and formal, always willing to help. Besides, we were very pleased that they are bilingual.

Manuel's condo is amazing. There are spectacular views looking out towards the pool and ocean as well the city from the back deck. The condo is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The self check in process was really smooth and convenient. We especially like the direct elevator access into the condo. The Icon grounds have many amenities including a great beach restaraunt, comfortable lounge bed and hot tubs. The staff were always very friendly. Manual was an excellent host, providing detailed instructions prior to check in and answering any questions we had. We would definitely return!

The apartment is Perfect for a pleasant stay, it has a very good location and just in front of the sea with a perfect view.

Amazing apartment with view and beach access, guaranteed beach view and access to the beach. Manuel is very friendly and so is the building staff. Regarding COVID, the apartment was impeccable and very clean, it made me and my family feel quite safe. 4 things that I loved and are worth highlighting about Manuel's apartment: - Spectacular view and the location is unbeatable. - Manuel's communication and service was a 10. - Complete apartment with all the necessary utensils to have an amazing weekend. - EXCELLENT cleaning topics.
