We stayed just one night, as we were just passing through, and honestly, I would go back. Great location, great communication with the host, very good price, and a super relaxing pool to unwind in at night.

The three Bs: I really liked it, and for its price, I think it's excellent. The bathroom mirror is a little high for an average Costa Rican, and a full-length mirror would work very well. It would also be good to have enclosed parking so you don't have to take all your things out of the car for safety reasons. The floor around the pool is a little slippery, but otherwise it was excellent, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for your attention!!

I had to stay there at the last minute, and the host responded very quickly and made the reservation the same day. I chose this place because it says it has a 220V outlet for charging an electric car. However, when we arrived, there was already a vehicle charging, and we had to take turns. I am very grateful to Greg for welcoming me and my family. And I recommend that if you're going to book because of the convenience of charging your vehicle, you should make sure that the charger will be available throughout the stay. The place is very clean. They have rooms on the first floor and the second floor. So if you have trouble climbing stairs, ask where your room will be located before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay and, overall, had a very nice experience. The pool was definitely the best thing about the place, "although it had a lot of chlorine." As a suggestion for improvement, I think the accommodation is more suitable for short stays, as the space can be small if several people stay for several days. We really enjoyed the stay and appreciate the attention received.

The place was very nice for a private room at that price, with a small pool. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, about 20 minutes, which was very doable if you don’t have a car, and also very close to the Tracopa bus station if you come by bus from the airport, so it is conveniently located for that. The other people staying there were also very friendly. Having AC was nice as well.

Wonderful stay after 3 days with the 4X4 on the road without sleeping. Lovely air conditioning and a reasonably nice bed. Staff responds very quickly and thinks with you. Swimming pool was really too dirty for words in the evening upon arrival, but the next morning it seemed cleaned.

Excellent location, close to bus stops and the Ballena National Marine Park. I was able to walk around. The place was very clean and I had good communication with the hosts. It's a good place to stay if you're traveling alone or with one companion.

exactly like the photos, very helpful and fast host. everything was clean and organized. small but very nice. kitchen had all the new and clean utensils. the hot shower and water pressure were perfect.

Greg was a great guest. He kept the place clean and followed house rules. would definitely host again.

Super clean, very well equipped for cooking and having an aperitif. The pool and terrace, a significant bonus. We had a great time. The only downside is that you can hear the road early in the morning but earplugs solved the problem. Thanks

Excellent location

Everything was as described. The rooms are beautifully designed and well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no way to open a large window to get fresh air at night. Otherwise really well designed, we were very satisfied.

In a good location, and pleasant. Hosts are responsive to messages 👍🏻 The apartment was nice, and the pool was great. Missing may be a few cooking utensils, including a strainer but it's not a big deal at all. I'm happy with my stay!! 😄

Had a fantastic stay at Emi’s place. Greg and Alina are warm and welcoming. They were very responsive and made us feel right at home. The tiny homes are clean and tidy with everything you need and within walking distance of most things in Uvita. The pool and patio are a great addition and we used them a lot! We only stayed one night here and it was great. The place was clean, only a few ants wandering around but we used to rub shoulders with them since we arrived in Costa Rica (don't leave food behind). The hostess was very welcoming and very nice. 30 minute walk to Bahia Ballena Park and a great pizza/pasta restaurant next door.

This place is great! The rooms have everything you need but nothing extra that you don’t. Very minimal and practical. Comfortable bed, tv, kitchen and air conditioning. Nice pool and elevated deck for eating. Easy and safe parking. Every day there were people cleaning the vacant rooms and they always offered to clean mine. The owner Greg was very nice and helpful. The resident host Alina was equally nice and helpful. Good central location as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the shipping container studio in Uvita, Costa Rica, was incredible. The studio was cozy, the pool pristine, and the rooftop sunsets breathtaking. A little container hotel with a cute pet dog Luna wandering around. The small pool was nice, people were swimming and hanging out after dark but everyone went quiet after 9pm. Small room, but just what we needed for one night. Clean and tidy.
